Abstract

Education is a comprehensive thing and involves many systematic aspects. Therefore one of the determining factors for the success of our education program. At present there is the recruitment of students who get the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP). This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the procurement of smart jakarta program in SMP Negeri 120. The sample in the study was all student in the junior high school. The results of the study showed that the card-giving program was very effective, even though there were students who refused the card.

Abstract

In an organization or institution, there should be an administration procedure that control all the entire goods movement weather the aquepments or tools that are needed to the production process or the purchasing of the goods wich will be sold in the future, the inventory or return goods that are broken or complained by the customer. This research is an action research which is aiming to know the administration implementation of the inventory of the internet installation toolls in PT Maxindo Solusi Mitra Jakarta, to know the administration procedure, method, and the document used. This is aqualitative research that use interview, observation, documentation, and literature review to collect the data. The staffs that are involved in the administration procedure of the goods inventory begin from the purchasing, operational manager, warehouse supervisor, inventory administration, operational staff, and customer. This reseach shows that to make the administration procedure more effective and efficient in the inventory, the company needs to change the employees behavior, situation, and the work mechanism between the divisions in the company.

Abstract

Currently, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) has succeeded in becoming the 6th largest bank in Indonesia, passing PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA), which is a conventional bank. Based on the financial reports up to the fourth quarter of 2022, Bank Syariah Indonesia posted a significant increase in assets from the previous Rp. 265.28 trillion to Rp. 305.72 trillion, which means it has overtaken CIMB Niaga., which recorded assets of Rp. 306.75 trillion until the quarter IV 2022. However, it turns out that Bank CIMB Niaga in the 1st quarter of 2023 has regained this position and is above the BSI, and this position is expected to change one after the other. This is interesting because it is related to BSI's vision of becoming a world-class Islamic bank, which will shift the position of conventional banks which have always been above Islamic banks. The purpose of this research is to compare the financial performance of the two banks to their level of profit (ROA). The sample data is the financial performance of BSI and Bank CIMB Niaga for the first quarter of 2021 to the first quarter of 2023. The data is taken from the first quarter of 2018 - the fourth quarter of 2021. Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Costs/Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) are independent variables and the level of profit earned is represented by Return On Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. The statistical test is the normality test, multicollinearity, Multiple Linear Regression , determinants, t test (t-test) and F test (F-test) with a significance of 0.05. The result is that simultaneously all financial performance indicators (CAR, NPL, NIM, BOPO, LDR) on BSI and Bank CIMB Niaga have a significant influence significant. However, partially, there is no significant effect of all the financial performance on the level of profit (ROA) of the two banks

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas pada sub sektor Food and Beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019 – 2021. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif statistik dan data yang digunakan data sekunder melalui www.idx.co.id. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi linier berganda, pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa secara parsial perputaran kas berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara simultan perputaran kas dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman agar lebih meningkatkan perputaran persediaan untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan individu produktif yang bekerja sebagai penggerak suatu perusahaan sehingga harus dilatih dan dikembangkan kemampuannya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada PT. Antilope Madju Puri Indah. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner kepada 77 responden dengan teknik samling jenuh. . Analisis data yang digunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung > ttabel yaitu 3.752 > 1,666 . Kompensasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 4,974 > 1,666 dan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Secara simultan disiplin kerja dan kompensasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 35,757 > 3,12 . Uji determinasi sebesar 0,491 menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompensasi kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Antilope Madju Puri Indah sebesar 49,1% dan sisanya 50,9%, termasuk kategori moderat.
