Abstract

The use of package delivery services today is very influential on one's motives for package delivery services, the post office's dedication is arguably very good, because if we examine the performance traces of its services, the post office has long been providing services about package delivery services. research carried out by secondary and primary data collection methods, including observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and documentation. the sample needed for this study amounted to 30 people with a random sampling method, the instrument was tested with validity and reliability, then a standardized coefficient of determination process of the two variables was carried out to find the level of relationship and the determinant effect of the variable x on the variable y, while to find out the significance of the effect of the service on the motive for using package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia is t-test by looking at the level of significance.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry has a large contribution to the Indonesian economy, employment, and empowerment of human resources. But the development of the manufacturing industry also has challenges, where there are still many industries that have low competitiveness. This paper analyzes competitiveness by using a measure of labor productivity. Using data from Large Industrial Companies Medium in 2009-2012, this study analyzes the relationship of trade liberalization seen from economic openness in the form of the flow of goods and capital into the manufacturing industry sector to its productivity. The results of the study showed an increase in productivity with trade liberalization, besides that FDI Spillover Effects also occurred in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify and examine the factors that may affect the customer's satisfaction and loyalty in Don's Warnet Cikarang. With a sample size of 200 people, the research carried out on the visitors who have used the services of Don's Warnet, and conducted by purposive sampling technique. The results show that customer satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by the quality of service and location factors. As for the only customer loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by customer satisfaction factors. The moderating variable frequency of visits and customer's place of residence does not give significant results on satisfaction and customer loyalty. Thus , it can be concluded that in order to get satisfaction and customer loyalty , besides place the business location that is close to the customer's environment, Don 's Warnet should further improve the quality of services , especially in the field of reliability of internet access , responsiveness operators , security environment and a sense of empathy towards the customer . So the satisfaction perceived by customers, is expected to make a loyal customer to the products / services used. Abstract

The development of technology today is very advanced. In every field, it is very much in need of technology, especially information system technology. This must be balanced with the existence of an information system audit so that losses can be reduced. This study aims to determine the stock information system audit at PT.Semangat Sejahtera Bersama and Cobit 4.1 framework is only as a liaison between the stock information system audit. PT. SSB has implemented a stock information system at the Defined Process level. The results of processing the questionnaire found the average value for the PO and ME domains was 2.55 from the range of values ​​from 0 to 5. PT. SSB has implemented a good stock information system. From the results of the study found weaknesses in the PO6 sub-domain with an average value of 2.31 meaning that it is still at level 2 - Repeatable but Intuitive. The most fatal weakness is that the company has not been able to develop and maintain a framework that defines the company's overall approach to risk and which is in line with the stock information system, company risk and control framework environmental policies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cocoa bean fermentation on farmers' income in Wawonggole Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency. Determination of the location is done intentionally (purposive) on the basis of the consideration that the area is quite potential for agricultural development, especially cocoa. The population in this study were 78 farmers working on cocoa plants. Sampling is done by cluster random sampling, the population is grouped into 2 (two), namely farmers who carry out fermentation as many as 48 people and farmers who do not carry out fermentation as many as 30 people and each group randomly selected samples, the number of samples determined by using the Slopin formula at 10% accuracy, the number of samples taken was 32 people who carried out fermentation and 23 people who did not carry out fermentation. With the testing criteria, the F Test is used to determine whether the regressor variable has a real effect on the regression variable. Based on the results of the study shows that the production variable, the area of ​​arable land and the use of fermentation technology simultaneously (together) have a very real influence on farm income cocoa

Abstract

This study discusses the results of investigations into book selection research based on covers in children aged 3-12 years. The aim is to find out how verbal and visual modes are represented in children's book covers and identify whether they influence children's decisions to buy books. This research focuses on the identification of multimodality texts and visual modes in children's books "Words of Life" and "A Dash of Magic." The Multimodal Discourse Analysis Theory (MDA) by Kress and van Lueeween is applied by systematically describing the data found on the covers of children's books. Based on the analysis, it was found that there were three metafunctions found; representational, interactive, and compositional; each plays a certain role in the cover of this child's book. Moreover, research also shows that children aged 3-12 years buy books because they are interested in book covers, with 83.3% of children agreeing to buy books that have engaging titles, images, colors, and designs.

Abstract

Effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Konawe Regency, this study aims to analyze how much influence the Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry Office of Konawe Regency. The population in this study amounted to 35 employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Konawe Regency, with sampling techniques using saturated sample techniques. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment have a significant and positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is conducted to measure whether there is a correlation between English reading aloud and English reading comprehension. It consists of two variables namely; English reading aloud as independent variable and English reading comprehension as dependent variable. The population of this research is the students of SMP N 192 Jakarta that consist of 60 students and divided into two classes and the method that is used is simple random sampling, with the sample consist of 30 students. The method that is used in this research is survey. It means that, the research use oral test for reading aloud and multiple choice tests for reading comprehension. Then, all of answers which are got by researcher are noted, processed and analyzed. The oral test is related to the theme above that is used for getting information of population. In this research, first of all the researcher tests the population through reading English text loudly to know the students’ reading aloud score. Then, researcher gives multiple choice tests to know student’s reading comprehension.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision on increasing employee productivity at PT Simpatik Citra Adi Sarana Unaaha Konawe District. Data collection methods used are the method of observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis. Based on the discussion of the results of research that has been done, conclusions can be drawn relating to the effect of supervision on increasing employee productivity of PT Simpatik Citra Adi Sarana Unaaha Konawe Regency that the influence of supervision has a role and relationship to increasing employee productivity at PT Simpatik Citra Adi Sarana Unaaha Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Today the rapid development of information technology has a very important role for any company in preparing and processing data. Computer information technology of a set consisting of hardware and software for data processing which can provide any information required and will increase effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency of a company. CV. Cimanggis Jaya is a company range in the field of repair and maintenance services and trading motor vehicle spare parts of motorcycles and cars. In the purchase, calculation of purchases is manually so it can cause the occurrence of human errors. In search and checking data items takes a long time so it is not effective, and if the employee wants to make a purchase report often occur errors. These problems can be avoided by using a computerized system, by making a purchase application program that can speed in completing the work and the company produced accurate data at a faster time.
