Abstract

Beton merupakan bahan komposit yang umum digunakan dalam konstruksi namun penggunaan limbah beton sebagai agregat kasar masih menjadi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas beton Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan limbah keramik sebagai pengganti sebagian agregat kasar dalam campuran beton dengan penambahan silica fume Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan eksperimen untuk menguji kuat tekan beton dengan variasi 20 persen limbah keramik sebagai pengganti agregat kasar serta penambahan silica fume sebesar 0 persen 5 persen 10 persen 15 persen dan 20 persen Setiap variasi dibuat dalam tiga benda uji berbentuk silinder dengan rencana mutu beton fc 25 MPa Perawatan beton dilakukan selama 28 hari Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan 10 persen silica fume pada campuran beton dengan 20 persen limbah keramik menghasilkan kuat tekan tertinggi dengan nilai rata rata kuat tekan sebesar 1982 MPa Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa limbah keramik dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif yang efektif dalam campuran beton dan penambahan silica fume dapat meningkatkan performa beton

Abstract

The increasing demand for energy at the national level has encouraged the development of renewable energy sources, including biomass briquettes. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of briquettes made from cocoa pod husk and coconut shell waste and to evaluate their influence on combustion chamber performance. The briquettes were produced through several stages, including carbonization for approximately 1.5 hours, grinding to a particle size of 60 mesh, and molding under a pressure of 100 kg/cm² using a starch binder with a ratio of 3:1. The results show that cocoa pod husk briquettes have an average density of 0.9575 g/cm³, influenced by a lignin content of 60.67%. These briquettes also exhibit low ash content (0.205%) and moisture content (0.1975%). In contrast, coconut shell briquettes have a lower moisture content of 0.046%, but a higher ash content of 3.058%. Both briquettes meet the SNI No.1/6235/2000 standard, with moisture content below 8%. However, despite their high calorific value, their application still faces thermal efficiency challenges due to suboptimal combustion chamber design, which results in uneven heat distribution. Therefore, optimizing combustion chamber geometry and air supply is essential.

Abstract

— Pengelasan ini merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari pertumbuhan industri karena memegang peranan utama dalam rekayasa, konstruksi dan reparasi produksi logam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi arus las SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) terhadap kekerasan dan kekuatan tarik pada sambungan baja SS400 menggunakan elektroda E6013 berdiameter 3,2 mm. Variasi arus menggunakan arus 80 A, 100 A, 120 A. Setelah proses pengelasan, dilanjutkan dengan pengujian tarik dan pengujian kekerasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi besar arus pengelasan berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan tarik dan kekerasan, di mana semakin tinggi arus pengelasan, kekuatan tarik dan kekerasan semakin meningkat. Kekuatan tarik meningkat antara 20%–25%, sedangkan kekerasan meningkat 14,4% dibandingkan dengan raw material. Untuk semua spesimen yang mengalami putus pada daerah HAZ, kekuatan tarik tertinggi didapat pada arus 100 A dengan kenaikan 25,21% dibandingkan dengan raw material. Pada daerah HAZ, kekerasan tertinggi didapat pada arus 120 A sebesar 88 HRB.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged the use of web-based systems to transparently monitor and display data. The Free Nutritional Meals Program in Indonesia requires a robust monitoring system, given the large volume of data involved and its distribution across many regions. However, the manual monitoring process has led to delays and a lack of transparency. This study aims to develop a web-based monitoring dashboard to enhance the program's effectiveness and transparency. The prototype method used consists of several stages: requirements gathering, prototype creation, evaluation, and system improvement. The study shows that the dashboard can display data in a direct, systematic, and easily understandable way. This system helps make the monitoring process more efficient and facilitates decision-making. This study concludes that a web-based monitoring dashboard can be an effective way to increase transparency and improve implementation of the Free Nutritional Meals Program in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and the growing need for personalized career guidance have driven the transformation of career counseling services in higher education. Many students still face difficulties in determining career paths that align with their interests, potential, and competencies. This issue is worsened by the limitations of conventional counseling services that are not yet data-driven. Therefore, this study develops a student career counseling platform based on digital profiling integrated with a recommendation system using Machine Learning. The research employed literature review and prototyping methodology. Student data (interests, academic performance, activities, and skills) were processed using Decision Tree and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms to generate relevant career-path recommendations. The results indicate that integrating digital profiling with a machine learning-based recommendation system enhances personalization, accuracy, and adaptability of career recommendations.
