Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Government Expenditure, Unemployment and Economic Growth on Poverty Rate in South Kalimantan Province".               The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Government Expenditure, Unemployment Rate and Economic Growth on Poverty Level in South Kalimantan Province.               The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression time series data of this research using observation of 11 years from 2006 until 2016 existing data processed by using tool of computer program E-views 9.0.               Based on the result of the research, the result of government expenditure has positive and insignificant influence to poverty rate in South Kalimantan Province, unemployment has positive and significant effect to poverty level in South Kalimantan Province, economic growth has negative and insignificant effect on poverty level in South Kalimantan Province.Keywords: Government Expenditure, Unemployment, Economic Growth andPoverty Level

Abstract

This research was conducted to know: the cost factor of care, operational cost, depreciation cost and the means of catching together to income and know the most dominant factor influence the catching fisherman income in Tabanio Village, Takisung Sub-District, Tanah Laut Regency.This thesis research uses quantitative method with numbers such as maintenance cost, operational cost, fishing gear and depreciation cost. Meanwhile, the data used to analyze the thesis is using cross section data. With primary material that is taken a direct data from source, that is obtained from direct interviews from fishing boat owner in Tabanio Village, Takisung District, Tanah Laut Regency.After doing research, it is known that simultaneously the cost factor of care, operational cost, depreciation cost and fishing gear have an effect on to catch fisherman income and appliance catch variable (X3) is the factor which has the most dominant influence to catch fisherman's income in Tabanio Village, Takisung District Tanah Laut District.Keywords:: Maintenance Cost, Operational Cost, Depreciation Cost, Fisherman's Income Catch

Abstract

The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis by using secondary and primary data, through the collection of information and data available at the Regional Financial Agency of Banjarmasin City and related agencies, as well as the literature that is related to this research and conduct interviews or direct interviews with relevant agencies.Based on the above calculation, the efforts that must be done by the Regional Government, especially the Regional Finance Agency of Banjarmasin City are among others: multiplying the event about taxes that appeal to the public, increasing the socialization of the importance of paying taxes, providing transparency about tax income, increasing attractiveness pariwisaata in order to be able to steal visitors to the hotel as well as kerestoran, and provide easy access from the procedures of registering or paying taxes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the description of the tax area now and to find out how the tax potential of Regions in an attempt to increase Revenue of the original South Kalimantan.The object of this research is in the province of South Kalimantan. Type of this research is quantitative in nature, i.e. data-shaped figures or numbers. The data used in this research is secondary and the data in this study using the method of estimation is to figure out how big the tax potential of regions of the province of South Kalimantan belong to Original income area.            The results of this research the potential tax areas of the province in the form of motor vehicle Taxation (PKB), the motor vehicle fuel tax (PBBKB), Customs Tax behind the name of motor vehicle Tax (PBBNKB), surface water (PAP) and taxes of cigarettes owned South Kalimantan very high against the original Revenue areas.Key words: local tax Revenue and the original Area.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know (1) what is the price of carpet, consumer income and age take effect simultaneously to a request of the carpet Market in Sudimampir town of Banjarmasin; (2) where the most dominant Factor effect partially to a request of the carpet Market in Sudimampir town of Banjarmasin.Respondents who were sampled in the processing of the data amounted to 41 people. Data processed by using multiple linear analysis to see the influence of the independent variable (the price of carpet, consumer income and age) of the dependent variable (the demand for carpet).Multiple linear regression results this research proves a significant relationship between the price of carpets and carpet requests against consumer income in the market Sudimampir the city of Banjarmasin.This relationship indicates that the higher the price of the carpet then request the carpet will go down, otherwise when the price is low then the carpet carpet demand is going up.In addition, the greater the income consumers then request the carpet will be increased, on the contrary when consumer income is small then the carpet request will be declined.As for the age to do not significantly to request the carpet on the market Sudimampir the city of Banjarmasin.Keywords: Demand For Carpets, Carpet Prices, Consumer Income, Age

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the factors that influence the development of creative industries craft sub-sector in Banjarmasin and How the condition of SDA, HR, technology, Marketing and Capital, And how its influence and what the right development strategy what is the right developmentThe data used is Primary data obtained through questionnaire, interviews, and observations on the creative industries sub-sector craft art in Banjarmasin by using descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis.The results showed that the condition of natural resources and human resources is sufficient but the quality is still low, then the technology used is relatively traditional, while the marketing conditions are not broad, then the capital used is still small because it is only limited to own capital and family. Factors affecting the development of creative industries craft sub-sector in Banjarmasin are SDA, SDM, technology, Marketing and capital are interrelated and each other. Strategy that can be used based on SWOT is horizontal strategy which means that the creative industry should be more expansive in its business.Keywords: craft art sub-sector in creative industry, human resources, natural resources, marketing, technology, capital, development strategy, SWOT analysis

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the dominant factor determining tourist visit to the tourism object of Siring Tendean Floating Market and Muara Kuin Floating Market in Banjarmasin City; and (2) to know knowing the preferences of tourists on the choice of visits to the Siring Tendean Floating Market and Muara Kuin Floating MarketResearch respondents are 5 respondents who are considered to have an effect on the development and development of Tourism in Banjarmasin City that can be used in data processing. Data is processed by using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process).The results of this study indicate that mileage, accommodation, and characteristics are factors or criteria that can affect the interest of tourists and the people of Banjarmasin City to visit the attractions of the Floating Market Siring Tendean and Muara Kuin Floating Market with a reference sequence of 62% for Feature Typical, 24% for Distance, and last 14% for Accommodation. From these factors to the preferences of the choice of tourists to the choice of visits to the Floating Market Siring Tendean Ascension 74% and Muara Kuin Floating Market of 26%. Abstract

M. suryansyah, (2018), “Factors Affecting Banjarbaru City Development” This thesis writing under the guidance of Dr. H. Ahmad Yunani, SE, M.SiThis research was undertaken to (1) the influence of the number of industries, the number of transport, the number of housing on the development of the city of Banjarbaru together. (2) which influences the most dominant influence the development of Banjarbaru City.The object of this research was conducted in Kota Banjarbaru using 10-year time series data using multiple linear regression analysis..The results of this study indicate that the number of industries, the number of transport, and the number of homes affect together on the development of Banjarbaru City by conducting f. The most dominant factor influencing the development of Banjarbaru City individually is the number of transport. This is evidenced by a t test that shows the probability of transport <0.05.Keywords: City development, industry, transportation, housing.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to see  how the impact of Local Own Revenue, Gross Domestic Regional Product  and General Allocation Funds on theFinancial Self Sufficiency in Regency/Cities in South Kalimantan Province. The population of this study are 13 Regency/Cities in South Kalimantan during 2007-2016.               This  research is descriptive and quantitative research and using secondary data obtained by DJPK and BPS. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this sutdy indicate that Local Own Revenue impact positive effect, Gross Domestic Regional Product did not effect and General Allocation Funds impact negative effect on the level of Financial Self Sufficiency.Regions with mining mainstay sectors have low Financial Self Sufficiency while areas with non-mining mainstay sector have a high Financial Self SufficiencyKeywords : Financial Self Sufficiency, Local Own Revenue, Gross Domestic Regional Product, General Allocation Funds

Abstract

Carried out during the construction of the government sometimes does not correspond to the actual needs of the community. The pattern of government that is not based on the needs of the community mayb lead to cuts in public welfare in the area as seen from high to low Human Debelopment Index (HDI) as a benchmark. Human development is a process of development that aims to be able to have more choices, particularly in income, health and education.This research is a quantitative study using secondary data, the data used in the from of time series in 2006-20016. Analysis of data using linier regression method. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence the variabeles of economic growth and employment simultaneously and partly variable HDI and determine which variable most dominant influenceHDI variable.The results showed the simultaneous effect of two independent variables determinan coefficient of 0,696 (R-square). And when tested partially showing economic growth and no significant positive effect on the HDI. Employment and significant positive effect on the HDI and  the most dominant variable that has seen the work of t-count and most sig-t close to 0 (zero).Keywords :Human Development Index, Economic Growth,Employment.
