<![CDATA[M.Taufiq Rahman (2019), Analysis of the Effect of Investment, Exports and Labor on GRDP in Special Economic Zones in Kotabaru Regency The background of this research is that the special economic zone policy is expected to be able to increase the value of investment, exports and labor. With the increase in these three sectors, it will be able to drive the rate of economic growth and increase the value of GDP. The benefit of this research is to provide information related to the investment, export and labor sectors in contributing to the Kotabaru district GRDP value. and this research can provide understanding to the regional government, the developer and community institutions with an interest in developing special economic zones in Mekar Putih, Kotabaru Regency. where this research can be a reference in the preparation of strategic plans in the development of Special Economic Zones in Mekar Putih Kotabaru Regency This research method uses the method of collecting data by retrieving data at the related statistical and service centers. after that multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to see the magnitude of the influence of independent variables on dependent. Software used for regression analysis is using Eviews The results of the analysis of this study indicate that investment has a significant effect and has a positive influence on GDP while exports and labor do not have a significant effect but still have a positive influence on the GDP of Kotabaru Regency.key words: Special Economic Zones, Investment, exports, Labor ]]>

<![CDATA[Fisheries potential contained in Hulu Sungai Utara District into its own record in an attempt to boost a greater role in the economy Hulu Sungai Utara District. Besides this, the human recources to move the fishery sector has prospect for development. Because the fishery potential is very large and is supported by natural resources is great but the production of the fisheries sector is still relatively small so to the need for policies that can encourage to increase fish production in particular subsector of aquaculture in Hulu Sungai Utara and indirectly will improve people’s welfare especially fish farmers. This study aims to determains what factors are some influence on farmers’ income fish pond, method of this study is research that is descriftive quantitative research object income of farmers in HaurGading Village research object income of farmers in HaurGading Village using this type of primary data obtained from interviews of all fish farmers fish pond with a population of 32 respondents and secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies. The result showed that the factors of land, feed, seed and drugs affect concurrently or simultaneislyti the farmers income fish pond, and there are factors of land and seeds that are partially significant effect on the income of farmers fish pond in HaurGading District.Keyword: Fish, Pond, Economy ]]>

Core Business Determination Analysis in the master plan of the Mekar Putih Special Economic Zone in Kotabaru Regency Advisor : Drs Muhammad Effendi, MSThis study aims to (1) To find out what factors are considered in determining the Core Business in the Mekar Putih Special Economic Zone Masterplan in Kotabaru Regency, (2) To determine perceptions government, private sector. and the community in the Core Business choice of the Mekar Putih Special Economic Consultation Masterplan in Kotabaru Regency, (3) To analyze what Core Business is suitable to be developed in the Mekar Putih Special Economic Zone Masterplan in Kotabaru District.Respondents in this study were 5 respondents from local government, 5 respondents from the private sector, 14 respondents from community leaders and institutions and 95 respondents from the community. The method used in processing data is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. and Descriptive Quantitative The results of this study indicate that the choice of regional government for Core Business in the Mekar Putih Special Economic Zone Master Plan is the Core Business Industri 67% and Tourism Core Business 33%, and the choice of private parties for Core Business in the Mekar Putih Special Economic Zone Masterplan Business Industri 80% and Core Business Tourism 20%, for community leaders and community institutions for the determination of Core Business in the Mekar Putih Special Economic Zone Masterplan is the 57% Core Business Industri and 43% Core Business Tourism and the general public in determining Core Business is Core Business Industri 81% and Tourism Core Business 19% With the most dominant conclusion is Industrial Core Business which is the main activity in the White Blooms Special Economic Zone.Keywords: Core Business, Special Economic Zones. <![CDATA[Poverty is one of an obstacle that faced by nearly all of countries around the world, mainly for the developing countries. Poverty may caused of many things such as the low level of education, low level of health, limitation of access towards goods and services, high level of unemployment, a high and rapid growth of population, low level of income, and others. This study aims to analyze the impact of Human Development Index, Gross Domestic Regional Product per capita and Population towards Population of Poor People in South Kalimantan. The method of analysis that using in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and by using panel data (pooled data) that is the combination of time series data started from 2010 until 2017 and cross section data of 13 regencies/cities in South Kalimantan. The analysis in this research doing by help of an Eviews 9 software.The result of this research shows that Human Development Index and Population have a positive effect and not significant towards poor population in South Kalimantan. Meanwhile Gross Domestic Regional Product has a negative effect and significant towards poor population in South Kalimantan. Those three variables have a significant effect simultaneously towards poor populations in South Kalimantan.Key words ; poor population, poverty, population, Human Development Index, GDRP Per capita]]>

<![CDATA[Poverty is a complex problem in a development and related to many aspects. The problem of poverty has a close relation with low level of income received by the labors which caused of education quality that still in low level, the population growth which relatively high may caused more unemployment, a different growth of investment in every region that may difficult to create more job field for poor people, if economic growth in a region only dominated by a certain production activities and using more labors with high education background from other regions, and it caused poor people should to live in poverty circle.This research is a quantitative research and using the analysis of panel data.Data from period 2013-2017 and which including all of the regencies/cities in South Kalimantan that consists of 13 regencies/cities. The purpose of this research is to analyze how big the effect of education, population growth and investment towards poverty in South Kalimantan.The result shows that education has a negative effect and not significant, population growth has a negative effect and significant and investment has a positive effect and not significant towards poverty in South Kalimantan. <![CDATA[The aims research are (1) to know rele and sinergity managerial local community on tourism village know rele and sinergity managerial local community on tourism village in Wanasari village (2) to know obstacles or problems of community on development tourism village in Wanasari village.This research do in Wanasari village, Sungai Loban district, Tanah Bumbu regency. Tehnical collection data uses depth interview and observational direct. Technical analysis data use descriptive qualitative with triangulation analysis. The result research show role of community Wanasari village in planning development of tourism village are very greatly which like the community help to help clean culture tourism center and developing community like art or dance then community too donation their money or some of plants or vas to tourism village, then role of government and private sector has significant effect because local government given funds to build infrastructure to tourism village and private sector investment to supporting economic activity village.Keyword: Tourism, Tourism Village, Local Community, Community Based Tourism ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship of aspects of working capital, raw materials, labor and marketing to the development of the purun home industry. Respondents interviewed 10 craftsmen with data collection technique through interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive, namely the data presented in tabulation form and the persentage of each answer category is calculated and to find out the existence of independent variabels both free and bound without linking the relationship between these variables.This study shows that limited aspects of capital and unskilled labor influence the development of the purun craft home industry. The difficulty of capital lending requirements from related parties makes it difficult for craftsmen to manage it and the imbalance of skills among craftsmen hinders the production process.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the influence of (1) to identify the value of depletion, forest degradation and depreciation Tabalong Regency in South Kalimantan Province (2) can see the value of Forestry Sector Green GRDP Tabalong Regency in South Kalimantan Province. Data is processed using the Green GRDP calculation method. The result of this study prove that the value of the Forestry Sector Green GRDP is smaller than Conventional GRDP. This Green GDRP shows the implementation that Tabalong Regency actually suffered losses due to the exploitation of the forest. The result of the Forestry Sector Green GRDP calculation on 2015 amount to Rp -24,413 milion, in 2016 amount to Rp. -10.816 milion and 2017 amount to Rp28,665 million. <![CDATA[Erlina (2019) Influence of Population, Number of Poor Population, and Open Unemployment on Economic Growth in Banjarbaru city. Advisor : Lina Suherty, SE, MP. This Research was conducted to (1) analyze the Influence of Population, Poor Population, and Open Unemployment on Economic Growth in Banjarbaru city ; (2) to find out what factors are most dominant in influencing economic growth ini the city of Banjarbaru. This research was conducted in the city of Banjarbaru with data from the central Kalimantas Statistics Agency that can be used indata processing. Data is processed using multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis) with F Test and T Test. The result of this study prove a positive relationship betwaan the level of population and economic growth. <![CDATA[Poverty is a major problem in the economy. Therefore it needs to be studied to find solutions to reduce poverty in an area. This study aims to determine the effect of education level, economic growth and whether the population has a significant effect on poverty levels in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.This research was carried out in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency using multiple linear regression with secondary data obtained from BPS South Kalimantan and BPS in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency using time series data from 2001 to 2017. The data was analyzed using Eviews by looking at the magnitude of the coefficient of determination test (R2 test), simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (T test).Adjusted R2 which shows the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable has a strong effect of 79,42%. Probability F count of 0,000025 is smaller than 0,05 which means the estimated regression model is worth using for research. The results obtained from research conducted using the T test showed that the level of education and the number of inhabitants had a significant effect, but economic growth had no significant effect on poverty levels in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.keywords: poverty level, education level, economic growth, and population]]>
