Abstract

The study aims to analyze influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Third Party Fund (DPK), and Operating Expenses to Operational Income (BOPO) to Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) as a Credit Distribution Proxy. Population  in this study is Government  Bank Maluku and North Maluku with 20 samples(quarterly) for 5 year  period 2011-2015.The method used in this research is descriptive analysis anf multiple regression analysisThese result indicates that the independent variables  CAR, insignificant  influence; LDR and BOPO  are positive and significances influences to LDR. Based to R2 test showed that the  ability to explain the independent  variable on the dependent variable LDR amounted to 51,9 % while remaining 48.1 % is influences by other variables outside the independent variable used in this study Keyword: CAR, DPK, BOPO => LDR

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the variable Total Quality Management (Customer focus, team work, continuous improvement systems and employee involvement and empowerment) to managerial performance. Samples used in this study were 38 respondents who are employees YOUTH Bakery and Cake. Model analysis used is multiple regression. Testing the quality of the data used is the validity and reliability testing. The classical assumption used is normality test, multicollinearity, and test heterokedastisitas. Testing the hypothesis is significant simultaneous test (test - F), partial significance test (t - test) and adjusted R-square. The results showed that TQM simultaneous effect on managerial performance and there is only one variable in the TQM partial effect of variable teamwork. Adjusted R-square value of 0, 156 showed that managerial performance can be explained by the focus on the customer, teamwork, berksinambungan system improvement, and employee engagement and empowerment. Keywords: Total quality managemet, Customer focus, team work, continuous improvement systems, involvement and empowerment of employees, managerial performance.

Abstract

Financial  management  is  the process  of  how  to  manage financial  resources  are structured and systematic way to meet the needs of human life. In financial management, one often thinks partially. So that led to the use of money is not logical. This occurs because the individual financial decision making is heavily influenced by factors that are less well known in the financial models, ie psychological factors and social, one of which is the mental aspect of accounting. Mental accounting focuses on how one should respond and evaluate a situation when there are two or more possible outcomes, particularly how to combine the possibilities of these results. In mental accounting, individuals determine utility rates are different in each account wealth thus affecting their consumption decisions. The results of chi-square analysis shows that there is a relationship between demographic factors sex with mental accounting. Sedengkan other demographic variables such as age and income is not linked to mental accounting.Keywords: mental accounting, demographics, use of credit cards

Abstract

Recently the phenomenon of customer stress is a condition that happened in business reality. Consumer confuses and stress in planning and considering any smartphone that will be bought. It caused by some factor, like product assortment and information overload. Consumer who is stress can influence the low buying intention of consumer on any product. Beside that a lot of information is not easier consumer to make any choice of some. Thus, this research is done to analyze the influence of product assortment and information overload to the customer stress and buying intention. Data were got by questionnaire, which used purposive sampling method, with criteria, as follow: sample was people who visited hand phone store and had buying intention of that. The analysis is frequency distribution analysis, t test and regression linear. The analysis denote that product assortment has positive and significant to the customer stress, information overload has positive and significant to the customer stress, and customer stress has positive and significant influence to the buying intention.Key word: Buying intention, customer stress, product assortment and information overload

Abstract

This study aims to benchmark financial performance on two Cradit Union in the Province of Maluku namely CU Ain Hov Ain with CU Hati Amboina  by using PEARLS Analysis Approach. The types of Ratios used for benchmarking are Protection Ratios; The ratio of outstanding loans; Asset Quality Ratio; Return and cost ratio Net SHU Ratio; Asset Growth Rate.Results obtained from calculations using the PEARLS method; The CU AHA Protection Ratio is in a better position than CU HA from the outstanding Loan Ratio it appears that CU HA delivers more cautious credit so it is in a position not far from ideal standard while CU AHA is far above the ideal standard set, asset CU HA is better than CU AHA asset quality. Asset Quality Ratio in AHA CU shows that fluctuating  with tendency continue to rise while CU HA is also very fluctuating with spike in extreme but the increase further; The development of return and cost ratio shows that the development of CU HA has increased higher than CU AHA so that for this ratio CU AHA has a good cost ratio compared to CU HA; The net SHU ratio can be said that the development of CU HA is better and potentially better in the future; Asset Growth Ratio then it is concluded that the growth of AHA CU is better than CU HA. Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the characteristics on employee job satisfaction, to analyze the influence of the work motivation on the job satisfaction of employees, to analyze the influence of the work culture on the job satisfaction of the employees.This research uses quantitative approach. This research was conducted at Dr. Regional General Hospital. M. Haulessy with a sample of permanent employees. The population in this study is permanent employees spread in all parts with the number of employees 112 people. In this study using SPSS primarily use multiple regression analysis tools in hypothesis test.The result of the research shows that the characteristic influences on the employee's pontificate, work motivation influences the employee's job satisfaction, the work culture affects the employee's job satisfaction. Keywords : Characteristics,  Job Motivation, Job cultur, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of active billing (Rebuke, Forced Letter and Sita) actions partially and simultaneously on the disbursement of tax arrears. The population in this study are taxpayers who have businesses registered in the Ambon Primary KPP area. The sample in this study are corporate taxpayers and private business people who have a NPWP. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods carried out are interview and documentation methods. Analysis of the data used in this study through data obtained in the field and library data. The results showed that the active collection action in the form of Reprimand and Forced Letter partially did not have a significant effect on the disbursement of tax arrears, while the Order to Conduct Foreclosure partially had a significant effect on the disbursement of tax arrears. This means that efforts are still needed to increase the awareness of taxpayers in fulfilling their obligations. Abstract

This study discusses the effect of individual capacity, organizational commitment and locus of control on budgetary slack to provide evidence of whether individual, organizational commitment and locus of control affect the budgetary slack. This study is a type of survey research by distributing questionnaires to financial managers and finance staff to financial managers and financial staff to State-Owned Enterprises and Regional Owned Enterprises in Ambon City. Questionnaires were distributed to 80 respondents questionnaires.The results of this study provide evidence that individual capacity has no effect on budgetary slack and is not significant, organizational commitment has an effect on budgetary slack and locus of control has no effect on budgetary slack but significant.Keywords: Individual Capacity, organizational commitment, locus of control and budgetary slack.

Abstract

This study has a purpose to determine the effect of cash turnover, receivables turnover, inventory turnover on profitability. Population in this research is manufacture company listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia as many as 15 companies sub sector of food and beverage industry and 6 sub industry sector cosmetics and household goods period of year 2004-2014. With Purposive Sampling technique, 10 samples were obtained. Data analysis technique used is ratio analysis and multiple linier regression analysis method, F test, and T test that is test of influence between independent variable and dependent variable. The main goal of the company is to maximize prosperity for its shareholders. One way to achieve that goal is to increase the profitability of the company. All company resources must be driven to gain profitability.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Cash turnover has a positive and significant impact on profitability; 2) Involvement Turnover has a positive and significant impact on profitability; 3) Inventory turnover has a positive and significant impact on profitability; 4) cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Profitability shows the company's superiority in business competition. The higher the level of profitability then the company's performance the better.Keywords: cash turnover, receivable turnover, inventory turnover and profitability

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of machiavellian, locus of control, and to examine the effect of locus of control on the relationship of machiavellian properties with auditor dysfunctional behavior. Respondent is the auditor of BPK RI representative of Maluku Province 42 people and all of them are used as sample in this research. Number of Auditors in BPK RI Representatives of Maluku Province amounted to 42 people but from questionnaires distributed as many as 42 questionnaires, only 35 questionnaires were returned. The method used is Partial Least Squares Method (PLS).The result obtained is that Machiavellian properties have a positive effect on auditor dysfunctional behavior. Locus of control positively affects auditor dysfunctional behavior. Locus of control affects the relationship of machiavellian properties and auditor dysfunctional behavior. This is indicated by the influence of time budget pressure on the relationship between machiavellian properties and auditor dysfunctional behavior is negative
