Abstract

This research base on the fact that works performance is an important and challenging for managers. As a result, a manager needs to understand behavior differences and mange them into a positive behavior, called as high performance. This research aims 1) to what extent ability, motivation, and role perception influence perpormance; 2) to what extent ability, motivation, and role perception functioning as three antecedent variables influence job satisfaction; and 3) to what extent appraisal and compensation functioning as moderating variables strengthen the influence of performance on job satisfaction. The explanatory research, analysis unit of this research is middle managers at banks in East Java. This research employed interview with questionnaire model ad observation in collecting the data. In addition, this research utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research reveals that (1) ability, motivation, and role perception influence performance; (2) ability, motivation, and role perception functioning as three antecedent variables influenced job satisfaction; (3) performance and performance appraisal functioning as moderating variables strengthened the influence on job satisfaction; however, compensation as a moderating variable did not strengthen the influence of performance on job satisfaction.Keywords: Ability, Motivation, Role Perception, Performance, Performance Appraisal, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

UMKM mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian. Oleh sebab itu, aktivitas UMKM merupakan kegiatan ekonomi yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan masyarakat dalam mencukupi kebutuhan hidup di masa  Pandemi COVID-19.  Diperlukan strategi yang tepat demi keberlangsungan hidup UMKM.  Kegiatan pengabdian ini  bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi  pelaku UMKM di Jemaat GPM Bethel tentang strategi bertahan di saat Pandemic Covid 19. Yang menjadi tujuan diadakannya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk menjaga semangat berwirausaha bagi UMKM Di Jemaat GPM Bethel Ambon  dalam menghadapi masa sulit selama pandemic covid-19 serta membentuk dan memberikan pengarahan dalam menyusun strategi bertahan bagi UMKM yang terdampak covid-19. Strategi pemasaran melalui inovasi dan digital marketing, serta memiliki jiwa entrepreneurship yang tangguh sehingga pada akhirnya usaha kecil dapat bertahan di masa krisis. Adapun metode  yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah  Penyuluhan atau  Ceramah  yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran para pelaku usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah  terserapnya pengetahuan dan pembentukan motivasi diri dari pelaku UMKM melalui materi  yang dipahami sehingga UMKM  menemukan  strategi bertahan yang tepat  di masa pandemic Covid.

Abstract

Keberadaan UMKM di Indonesia memberi konstribusi besar terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dalam upaya penanggulangan masalah-masalah yang sering dihadapi seperti tingginya tingkat kemiskinan, besarnya jumlah pengangguran, ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan dan lainnya. Aktivitas bisnis Indonesia Pasca Pandemi Covid 19 dan prospek pertumbuhan sektor UMKM cenderung semakin membaik. UMKM Indonesia bangkit dan berada dalam masa pemulihan. Dalam masa pemulihan inilah pelaku UMKM harus benar-benar memiliki dan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kewiirausahaan secara baik dalam mengelola usaha, beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi demi mencapai keunggulan bersaing Memang usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah berdampak signifikan, bukan saja di Indonesia tapi juga dirasakan pada masyarakat seperti masyarakat Desa Sawai Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Dalam menghadapi tantangan Pasca Pandemic Covid 19, maka pelaku usaha yang ada di Desa Sawai harus tetap menampilkan karakter wirausaha yang kuat dan tangguh agar tetap “ survive dan menghasilkan inovasi-inovasi yang berarti. Untuk itu, pentingnya menumbuhkan mental entrepereneur sebagai managerial yang professional dalam mengelola usaha di masa sekarang. Tujuan Kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengembangan kemampuan manajerial dan profesionalisme dalam mengelola usaha kecil di Desa Wisata Sawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penyuluhan atau Ceramah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan pembentukan jiwa kepemimpinan yang handal dan profesional dari pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the characteristics on employee job satisfaction, to analyze the influence of the work motivation on the job satisfaction of employees, to analyze the influence of the work culture on the job satisfaction of the employees.This research uses quantitative approach. This research was conducted at Dr. Regional General Hospital. M. Haulessy with a sample of permanent employees. The population in this study is permanent employees spread in all parts with the number of employees 112 people. In this study using SPSS primarily use multiple regression analysis tools in hypothesis test.The result of the research shows that the characteristic influences on the employee's pontificate, work motivation influences the employee's job satisfaction, the work culture affects the employee's job satisfaction. Keywords : Characteristics,  Job Motivation, Job cultur, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work involvement, commitment and its influence on employee performance. The samples taken were all employees of the Ambon State Christian Institute of 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) work involvement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) engagement work does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) Organizational culture influences performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki peran mediasi Employee Engagement pada hubungan antara Work family Conflict terhadap Turnover intention. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Hotel Bintang 3 di Kota Ambon. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial yaitu Structure Equation Model dengan menggunakan Warpls 5.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Family Conflict berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention secara langsung dan Work Family Conflict mempengaruhi Turnover Intention dengan mediasi Employee Engagem ent.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of external perceptions of prestige on deviant behavior and the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable for employees of PT. Ambon Branch Telecommunications. The type of research used in this study is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Ambon Branch. The sample of this research was taken as many as 42 respondents. Hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that external perception of prestige had a significant effect on deviant behavior, external perception of prestige had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence and interpersonal communication on the performance of PKB employees of the Maluku Province BKKBN Representatives. This type of research is a quantitative research, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The population of this research is the PKB representative of the Maluku Province BKKBN, totaling 100 employees with a total sample of 50 employees. . The results of the study stated that competence and interpersonal communication partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the performance of PKB employees of the Maluku Province BKKBN Representatives. Abstract

MSMEs have a very important role in driving the wheels of the economy. Therefore, MSME activities are economic activities that cannot be separated from people's lives in meeting the needs of life in the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Reliable MSME human resources are needed for the survival of MSMEs. This service activity aims to provide understanding and strengthening for MSME actors in the Village / Ohoi Wain, Southeast Maluku Regency about the Importance of HR Quality and Access to Information in MSME Management. It is hoped that with this Community Service activity, MSMEs will still have the motivation and maintain a survival attitude in managing their business after the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this activity is Counseling or Lectures for 30 MSME actors which aims to increase understanding and awareness of business actors. The result of this activity is the absorption of knowledge and skills from MSME actors through material that is understood so that MSMEs use their capacities well and try to improve their quality and competence in managing and developing MSMEs in the Village / Ohoi Wain, Southeast Maluku Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Menganalisis pengaruh kualitas SDM terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah (2) Menganalisis pengaruh mentoring terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah (3) Menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan perempuan terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah (4) Menganalisis pengaruh kualitas SDM terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah (5) Menganalisis pengaruh mentoring terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah (6) Menganalisis apakah pemberdayaan perempuan mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas SDM terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah (7) Menganalisis apakah pemberdayaan perempuan mampu memediasi pengaruh mentoring terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 54 perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah peserta program Digitalisasi UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas SDM berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah, mentoring berpengaruh positif terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah, pemberdayaan perempuan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah, kualitas SDM tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah, mentoring berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah, pemberdayaan perempuan mampu memediasi penuh (full mediation) pengaruh kualitas SDM terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah serta pemberdayaan perempuan mampu memediasi sebagian (partial mediation) pengaruh mentoring terhadap kinerja perempuan pelaku UMKM Desa Batu Merah.
