<![CDATA[Present research is proposed to examine empirically the influences of human resource capasity, utilization of information technology, internal control of accounting over value of information of local financial reporting information. Technical sampling is performed using purposive sampling with criteria of employees (head and staff) of financial administration in SKPD Maluku Province. 100 respondents are asked to fill questioner which taken as primary data. Hypothetical analysis is performed by SPSS program.Empirically, the result present that capacity of human resource did not significantly affect the value of the area of financial reporting information. While the use of information technology and accounting internal controls significantly affect the value of the area of financial reporting information. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Wages, Human Capital, intensity of use of production factors, capital, goods and Request for Production of Labor requests Maluku Province.The model used is multiple linear regression models are useful for testing and estimating the effect of partial or simultaneous set of independent variables on the dependent variables. Area sampling techniques are combined with Purposive Sampling Method Sampling Method with a selected sample area to be investigated which produce the sample of 148 respondents.The findings in this study is that with variable degrees of freedom 0.10 working capital, production, and significant negative effect on employment. While the variable wage, education level and Demand of goods does not affect the demand for labor in small craft industries in the province of Maluku.This analysis is closely related to the nature of the industrial production of small craft that are orders resulted in the development of small craft industries in the province of Maluku to grow. Oroduksi nature of the orders on one side and labor utilization from dulikan family irrespective of educational level is a condition that makes small craft industries to flourish. <![CDATA[This study aims to prove the effect of deferred tax assets and current tax expense in detecting income maximization when seasoned equity offeringsData obtained from the results of data collection of financial statements of companies listed on the stock exchange of Indonesia from 2005-2014 with a total sample of 30 companies.The results show that the deferred tax assets and the current tax burden have a significant effect in detecting income maximization when the company does seasoned equity offering activities. This is because each company has a target achievement of earnings management and strives to achieve high revenue targets, thus encouraging the company to conduct stock offering activities in order to obtain profits as much as possible. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of traditional food in the city of Ambon. The population of this study is the consumers who live in the city of Ambon, aged ≥ 17 years, and never eat traditional food more than twice Ambon. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique. The questionnaire used as a research instrument in order to obtain primary data that can be used to identify the facts or the actual conditions in the field. Data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that: (1) Image Products and Customer Satisfaction in Customer Loyalty significant positive influence of Traditional Foods in the City of Ambon either simultaneously or partial, and (2) Customer satisfaction is the most dominant variable affecting the Customer Loyalty Traditional Foods in the city of Ambon. <![CDATA[This analysis is the adoption of the use of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which consists of three main variables, namely perceived ease of use (perceived ease of use), perceived usefulness (perceived usefulness), and acceptance of IT (IT acceptance). Analysis technique used is a model structure with respondents equition experts who work on construction planners services company. The results show an IT support to the perceived ease of use (perceived ease of use), perceived usefulness (perceived usefulness), and acceptance of IT (IT acceptance), each received can significant effect on a significant level of 0.05, and increasing impact on company performance . <![CDATA[This study aims to examine the factors that influence consumer satisfaction in Amans hotels in Ambon City. The population studied was hotel guests staying at Hotel Amans Ambon. The sample used in this study was 104 respondents. The results of this study prove that the variables Reability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty and Tangible together have a positive relationship to consumer satisfaction of Hotel Amans Ambon. All variables studied, found that the most significant is the Tangible variable which is the appearance of physical facilities and infrastructure facilities owned by the Amans Ambon Hotel. <![CDATA[This paper aims to assess the prospects for the development of tuna fishing RTNP in Central Maluku regency through the analysis of business profitability. Variables used in this analysis is the variable Return on Assets (ROA) as dependent variable and independent variables are the investment, the experience of fishing and fishing fees.The sampling method used is a simple method of sample Ransom (Simple Random Sample Method) by using regression analysis utilize computer software as a data processor.It turned out that the investment is positive but not significant effect on profitability business RTNP tuna catch, while the fishing experience of a positive effect on profitability of the business expenses otherwise negatively affect the profitability of fishing effort RTNP Tuna fishing in Central Maluku regency. This means that a major requirement for business development RTNP tuna catch is that apparently control the cost of fishing has a negative effect on profitability. <![CDATA[The study was conducted with a view to determining the value chain activities of the smallest on the contract costs and operating costs, such that the company's profit margin in the pearl industry in the province of Maluku became larger above the industry average.By using the analysis of the concept of value chain or value chain in the primary activity and the activity of middle-class pearl cultivation companies analyzed the level of the industry value chain activities in Maluku province through the analysis of the concept of value chains (value chains). Costs associated with the primary activities and support activities are divided into two types of contract costs and operating costs.Population of middle-class pearl cultivation companies in the province of Maluku that as many as 9 units wholly used as the study sample (sample saturated) so that the contract revenue, contract costs, gross profit, operating expenses, operating profit can be determined.The results showed that the efficiency cost of the contract by 9:01% lead to gross operating profit margin increased from 79% to 88.01%. Furthermore, operating expenses decreased by 2.0% causing the operating profit margin industry average increase of 52% to 54%. <![CDATA[The research was to find and analyze the determinants and the effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth and Economic Growth in 6 (six) Big Island in Indonesia by using: (i) Expansion of the Solow-Swan model and endogenous growth models, adding a factor of Education (PDDK), Sector Utilization Potential (PSP), (ii) as well as some factors that become sources of economic growth in Indonesia, the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Political Stability and Security (STAB). In contrast to previous studies that use a lot of cross section data or time series data covering several countries including Indonesia, in this study all data using the data per province to measure its impact on economic growth in each major island, with the approach of General Least Square (GLS ), during the period 2002-2008. <![CDATA[This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the Influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Public Accountability on the Performance of Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in the Ambon City Government Environment. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire, in which questionnaires are given directly to SKPD employees in several departments in the Ambon City Government Environment. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the Organizational Culture variable had a positive effect on SKPD performance. The variable Organizational Commitment has no influence on the SKPD Performance and the Public Accountability variable also has no influence on SKPD Performance.
