This study aims to analyze the influence of budgetary participation on the managerial performance of the apparatus, the influence of budgetary evaluation on managerial performance of the apparatus, the influence of budget target clarity on the managerial performance of the apparatus, the influence of budget planning on the managerial performance of the apparatus and the influence of budgetary usage on apparatus managerial performance at Search and Relief Agency (BASARNAS).This research is empirical research, with sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criterion of respondent in this research is employee who perform function of accountancy / financial administration at Search and Relief Agency (BASARNAS), covering Head of Agency as official of budget user, head head of the unit as the authorized user of the budget / power of the goods user and the head of the field and part as the commitment maker (PPK). Data obtained through questionnaires distributed to the selected sample respondents. The analysis used was multiple regression analysis with the least squares equation and hypothesis test using t-statistic to test the partial regression coefficient and F-statistic to influence influence together with 5% confidence level.The result of the study shows that budget participation has a significant positive effect on managerial performance. Budget evaluation has positive but insignificant effect on managerial performance. The clarity of budget targets has a significant positive effect on managerial performance. Budget planning has a significant positive effect on managerial performance and Budget use has a significant positive effect on managerial performance. In addition, the variability of dependent variables that can be explained by the variability of independent variables is 94% while the remaining 6% is explained by other variables not included in the regression model.Keywords: Budgeting, Budget Evaluation, Budget Objective Clarity, Budget Planning, Budget Use, Managerial Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal system on the performance of civil servants Satuan Kerja Kota Bandung with contractibility as a moderating variable. Performance appraisal system in this research is divided into two variables: performance appraisal system oriented incentif / reward and performance appraisal system that oriented exploration. While the moderating variable is contractibility (performance agreement).The results showed that there is influence of performance appraisal system oriented incentives / rewards on the performance of civil servants SKPD Bandung of 75.2%. In addition, there is also the influence of exploration-oriented performance appraisal system on the performance of civil servants SKPD Bandung of 56.2%. The existence of the contractibility variable / performance agreement will strengthen the direct correlation of the independent variable to the dependent variable, so the result shows that there is influence of performance appraisal system oriented incentive / reward to the performance of civil servant SKPD Bandung with variable contractibility / performance agreement as moderating variable and there influence of performance appraisal system oriented exploration on the performance of civil servants SKPD Bandung with variable contractibility / performance agreement as a moderating variable.Keywords: incentive / reward oriented performance appraisal system, exploration-oriented performance appraisal system, contractibility (performance agreement), civil servant performance.

This study aims to determine the level of success of SMEs in Central Maluku District by deepening the factors that are considered dominant influence the level of success of SMEs business. The sample used in this research is 40 SMEs. The analytical tool used in this paper is the Multiple Liner Regression Method after passing the Classic assumption test so that the estimation conducted meets the criteria of regression analysis.The result of data processing shows that the capital has significant effect on the success of SMEs in Central Maluku Regency while the long variable of business has no effect. The results show that the accumulation of capital is very real determine the level of business success, because the greater the business capital will encourage the increasing scale of business from SMEs itself.Keywords: Capital, Old Business, Success Rate of Business.

The Effect of Education and Raining, Work Discipline and Compentency on the Employees’ Performance of Religious Education Center Ambon.This study aimed at finding out the effect of education and training on employees’ performance, finding out the effect of competency on employees’ performance.This study was a census research due to the population and samples in this study were the whole employees’ at Religious Education Center amounting for 43 people. The analysis method used in this study was descriptive analysis.Based on the results, it was found that there was a positive and significant effect of education and training on eployees’ performance; there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employees’ performance and finding; there was a positive and significant effect of competency on employees’ performance. These results reveal that all hypoteheses were accepted.Keywords: education and training, disicipline, competence and performcance

The phenomenon of education that can be destructive even become a killer pest college education system in Ambon City is that students still consider that the diploma is only a means to be pursued without understanding the meaning of education which then the diploma will be used as capital to become civil servants, or who will eventually dive to politics and run for legislative (DPRD). Another fact that is also quite apprehensive is still a lot of students at universities in Ambon City who copy and paste the work of others to be a thesis to complete the study (plagiarism). So without us knowing it has now become a tradition in college.The main objective of this research is to identify the determinants of total quality management at universities in Ambon City. The substance of this study is to investigate the efficient and effective utilization of intangible resources by Christian entrepreneurs in Ambon city as a determinant of the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The purpose of this study, (1) To test the direct influence of spiritual intelligence on manejerial skills of Christian entrepreneurs in Ambon City. (2) To test the direct influence of emotional intelligence on manejerial skills of Christian entrepreneurs in Ambon City. (3) Testing the direct influence of entrepreneurial manejerial skills on SME's performance. (4) Examine the direct influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of SMEs. (5) Examine the direct influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of SMEs. (6) Examining the influence of spiritual intelligence on SMEs performance through entrepreneurial manejerial skills. (7) Examine the effect of emotional intelligence on SME performance through entrepreneurial manejerial skills.The result using Path Analysis resulted (1) Spiritual intelligence proved to have direct positive and significant direct effect to the managerial skill of Christian entrepreneur in Ambon City. (2) Spiritual intelligence proved to have direct positive and significant direct impact on the performance of SMEs of Christian entrepreneurs in Ambon City. (3) Spiritual intelligence proved to positively indirectly affect the performance of SMEs of Christian entrepreneurs in Ambon City through managerial skills (although not dominant influences). (4) Emotional intelligence proved to have direct positive and significant direct impact on the managerial skills of Christian entrepreneurs in Ambon City. (5) Emotional intelligence proved to have a direct positive and direct significant impact on the performance of SMEs of Christian entrepreneurs in Ambon City. (6) Emotional intelligence proved to positively indirectly affect the performance of SMEs of Christian entrepreneurs in Ambon City through managerial skills (although not dominant influences). (7) Managerial skill has proved directly and directly positive to the performance of SMEs of Christian entrepreneurs in Ambon City.Keywords: Spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, manejerial skills, SME performance.

This study aims to examine the influence of Promotion and Price Influence on Iron Iron Purchase Decision In Ambon City (Empirical Study On The Original White Iron Store (Typical) Maluku In Ambon City) ". Population in this research is Population in this research is consumer of Original White Iron Store (Typical) Maluku In Ambon City. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with sample of 100 people. While the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Promotion Variables based on the test results showed significant influence to the purchase decision of 4.953 with a significance of 0.000. Variable Price based on the test results showed a significant influence on the Purchase Decision of 4.680 with a significance of 0.000. From the results of statistical tests of Promotion and Price variables to purchase decisions, it is known that Promotion variables have a greater influence on purchasing decisions that amounted to 4.953 with a significance of 0.000, compared to the variable price of 4.680 with a significance value of0.000.Keywords: Promotion, Price and Purchase Decision

Companies must have a competitive advantage in the products they offer in order to maintain customer loyalty. To achieve the competitive advantage is by experiential marketing and customer satisfaction. This study aims to test: (1) The influence of experiential marketing on the creation of customer loyalty. (2) The influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. (3) The influence of experiential marketing and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The population of this research is Imperial Resto Restaurant customers and samples taken as many as 115 respondents, selected by using accidental sampling technique.Collection data using questionnaire and using likert scale. Analyze using descriptive analysis method percentage and multiple regression analysis. The result of research shows that partial of experiential marketing (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) have significant influence on customer loyalty (Y) because it has tcount value greater than ttable value and has significance value 0,000 < 0,05. Test results by using the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the number of Adjusted R2 of 0.439 or 43.9%. This means that the independent variables of experiential marketing (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) together or simultaneously can explain the dependent variable that is customer loyalty (Y) of 43.9%, while the remaining 56.1% is explained by other variables not covered in this research.Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

The quality of human resources is an important factor that can support the success of an organization, to achieve the goal to achieve. Want a pullback of an organization depend largely on the quality of human resources, to improve the performance of existing employees in the instani. To raise the achievements of the work of employees, there are factors that are necessary in instances, these factors include the increased discipline employees and provides an opportunity to develop a career employee, thus passing all that any employee accomplishments can ditigkatkan. This research aims to examine and analyze the pegaruh quality of human resources, career development and Discipline against the achievements of the work of employees. The research method used is the quantitative methods of research i.e. research survey to describe the relationships between variables and explanatory research is to explain the relationship between variables through testing The hypothesis. Analysis of the test tools used in this enelitian that is by using multiple regression.The hypothesis was tested with the test method F, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2), research results show that (1) the quality of HR positive effect towards the Accomplishment of work, (2) the work of influential positive Discipline against the work achievement, (3) career development a positive effect against Department Employees work achievement of transportation Province of Maluku. Financial management is the process of how to manage financial resources are structured and systematic way to meet the needs of human life. In financial management, one often thinks partially. So that led to the use of money is not logical. This occurs because the individual financial decision making is heavily influenced by factors that are less well known in the financial models, ie psychological factors and social, one of which is the mental aspect of accounting.Mental accounting focuses on how one should respond and evaluate a situation when there are two or more possible outcomes, particularly how to combine the possibilities of these results. In mental accounting, individuals determine utility rates are different in each account wealth thus affecting their consumption decisions.The results of chi-square analysis shows that there is a relationship between demographic factors sex with mental accounting. Sedengkan other demographic variables such as age and income is not linked to mental accounting.Keywords: mental accounting, demographics, use of credit cards
