Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of compensation, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of BUMN employees at PT. Pos Indonesia in Ambon City. The study was conducted on employees at PT Pos Indonesia with the population in this study were all employees of BUMN PT. Pos Indonesia totaling 30 people and using saturated samples were all used as samples in this study, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS for windows version 23. The hypothesis was tested using the F test and t test, the results showed that (1) Compensation had a significant or significant effect on the performance of BUMN PT. Pos Indonesia (2) Work discipline has a significant or significant effect on performance (3) Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on performance (4) Compensation, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees of BUMN PT Pos IndonesiaKeywords: Compensation, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is an important factor that can support the success of an organization, to achieve the goal to achieve. Want a pullback of an organization depend largely on the quality of human resources, to improve the performance of existing employees in the instani. To raise the achievements of the work of employees, there are factors that are necessary in instances, these factors include the increased discipline employees and provides an opportunity to develop a career employee, thus passing all that any employee accomplishments can ditigkatkan. This research aims to examine and analyze the pegaruh quality of human resources, career development and Discipline against the achievements of the work of employees. The research method used is the quantitative methods of research i.e. research survey to describe the relationships between variables and explanatory research is to explain the relationship between variables through testing The hypothesis. Analysis of the test tools used in this enelitian that is by using multiple regression.The hypothesis was tested with the test method F, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2), research results show that (1) the quality of HR positive effect towards the Accomplishment of work, (2) the work of influential positive Discipline against the work achievement, (3) career development a positive effect against Department Employees work achievement of transportation Province of Maluku. Keywords: Quality Of Human Resources, Career Development, Work Discipline, Work Achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant effect of motivation, work discipline on employee performance at the Ambon City Manpower Office. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. And the sample used in this study were 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is found that the most dominant factor influencing employee performance. This motivation is evidenced by the largest standardized coefficient value, which is 0.650, compared to the standardized coefficient of Work Discipline, which is 0.472. Thus, motivation has a very positive and significant effect on employee performance. The better the motivation, the employee performance will increase. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that if the motivation system provided is better, employee performance will increase. Kata Kunci :Motivasi , Disiplin Kerja , Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the significant effect of  work environment, work  trust on work performance  at  the  certified  teachers  at  city  of  Ambon.  The  method  used  in  this  research  is quantitative research methods. And the sample used in this study were 375 employees. Based on the  results  of  multiple  linear  regression  analysis,  it  is  found  that  the  most  dominant  factor influencing work performance. This  work environment is evidenced by the largest standardized coefficient value, which is 0.413, compared to the standardized coefficient of trust, which is 0.190. Thus,  work  environmenet  has  a  very  positive  and  significant  effect  on  work  performance.  The better the work environment, the work performance will increase. Trust has a positive effect on work  performance,  meaning  that  if  the  work  encironment  system  provided  is  better,  work performance will increase.  Kata Kunci :Work Environment , Trust , Work Performance

Abstract

Job rotation policy is a strategy for developing employee skills by the company to improve employee performance, and this can provide refreshment and a sense of a new atmosphere for employees. So that it can provide job satisfaction or satisfaction to employees. The method in this research is a literature study by reviewing some of the results of previous research which originates from national and international articles. The research results were analyzed and used as material for discussion to determine answers to problems regarding the relationship between job rotation policies and job satisfaction which can have an impact on employee performance. All ideas from each study provide information about the methodologically desirable theory of the study being analyzed. The results of the literature review show that the job rotation policy implemented by the company has a good impact on employee job satisfaction, so it is good for improving employee performance. Abstract

Pengetahuan dan keterampilan pekerja yang diperoleh melalui pelatihan telah menjadi penting dalam menghadapi perubahan teknologi, produk, dan sistem yang semakin cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan di sebuah perusahaan. Dalam ulasan yang disajikan dalam artikel ini, fokusnya terutama pada penelitian yang diterbitkan di banyak jurnal Nasional maupun internasional yang bereputasi yang sesuai dengan kajian pada artikel ini yakni Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Kajian Pustaka secara konsisten dengan menggunakan metode pendeketan metedologi tepat adalah jenis dari penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian literature. Hal tersebut digunakan secara induktif sehingga tidak menimbulkan pertanyaan lanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan tinjauan literatur tentang pelatihan karyawan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja di perusahaan dan mengembangkan dan mengusulkan kerangka kerja untuk menganalisis pelatihan dan masalah kinerja perusahaan untuk menilai kelebihan dan kekurangan dari banyak penelitian sebelumnya (misalnya, desain penelitian, pengukuran variabel dan kinerja perusahaan atau metode estimasi), untuk menyarankan arah untuk penelitian di masa depan, dan meningkatkan akurasi hasil penelitian di masa depan tentang topik ini. Abstract

Komponen utama yang tidak bisa digantikan oleh teknologi adalah human capital. Jika dibandingkan dengan faktor produksi lainnya, sumber daya manusia perusahaan memainkan peran penting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat efektivitas pengaruh emotional intelegence terhadap career adaptability. Artikel ilmiah ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, studi pustaka, dan penelitian kepustakaan. mengkaji buku-buku sastra sesuai dengan teori yang dibahas, khususnya dalam konteks Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Emotional Intelegence berpengaruh signifikan dan positif Terhadap Career Adaptability.

Abstract

Memberdayakan masyarakat merupakan upaya strategi memerangi kemiskinan dan ketimpangan serta mendorong masyarakat untuk lebih aktif lagi. Sementara pemberdayaan adalah suatu proses yang mengubah individu menjadi cukup kuat untuk berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kontrol atas berbagai usaha yang mempengaruhi kehidupannya. Individu yang berpartisipasi dalam proses pemberdayaan memperoleh keterampilan, pengetahuan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kehidupannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi pelaku usaha di Desa Lilibooi Kabupaten Maluku Tengah tentang pentignya strategi SDM dan upaya meningkatkan usaha masyarakat. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan atau ceramah bagi 20 pelaku usaha yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran para pelaku usaha. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dari pelaku usaha melalui materi yang dipahami berupa strategi pemberdayaan sehingga pelaku usaha dalam menggunakan strategi secara lebih baik dan berusaha meningkatkan kualitas dalam mengelola, mengembangkan usaha di Desa Lilibooi Kabupaten Maluku Tengah.

Abstract

The performance of lecturers plays a crucial role in achieving educational goals, and the lack of adequate human resource development can hinder the quality of teaching. This research was conducted to develop human resources and improve the performance of Management Department lecturers at Pattimura University Ambon. Using qualitative research methods, in-depth interviews with lecturers and staff in the department were conducted, along with questionnaires to measure satisfaction levels with human resource development. The study revealed that the Management Department has implemented training and skills development, seminars and workshops, and curriculum development to enhance the performance of lecturers. Appropriate education and training can improve the skills and knowledge of lecturers, and their involvement in research and community service activities can enhance their ability to produce quality research and contribute to society. Institutional support and project-based or collaborative learning activities can also improve the performance of lecturers and increase student participation and skills. Recognizing and appreciating good lecturer performance can motivate them to continue performing well and contributing to the university and society. In conclusion, optimizing education and training, involvement in research and community service, institutional support, project-based or collaborative learning activities, and recognition and appreciation of good performance is crucial for human resource development to improve the performance of Management Department lecturers at Pattimura University Ambon.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Student Department of Economics andBusiness Faculty of Pattimura University of Ambon. The purpose of this study isamong others to get a picture of student entrepreneurship interest. The formulationof the problem is how the culture and motivation directly influence the role oflecturers and how the culture and motivation directly affect the entrepreneurshipintent of the students majoring in the management of the Faculty of Economicsand Business Pattimura University Ambon. This research method is Survey withsimple random sampling technique with quantitative analysis approach. Datacollection using questionnaires. Data is processed using Lisrel. Analyzer usingMultivariate SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result shows that culture andmotivation influence to the role of lecturer, culture and motivation influence toentrepreneurship intention and lecturer role influence to student entrepreneurshipintention.
