<![CDATA[WPP (Fisheries Production Area) Seram for all new fish species is utilized 30% to 40% and specifically for small pelagic potential in Kab. SBB has only been used 3.8% which shows that there are still opportunities to be developed. Fishing Effort or capture effort in SBB which greatly determines the output of Purse Seine capture fisheries business is Running Cost (Sea Cost), Shore Cost (Landing Cost), Number of crew members, and Sea Time.Based on the Proposive Sampling method, 30 business groups were established whose data was taken for 2 consecutive years (2013 - 2014) so that the number of samples became 60 samples. The business groups are spread in Kairatu Barat Sub-district, West Seram District, Huamual Sub-District, Rear Haamual Sub-District, and Kec. Manipa Islands. This research is a Quantitative Descriptive study, where ROA (Return On Assets) to calculate the ability of Assets to generate profits, and Multiple Regression to determine the effect of variables - independent variables on the dependent variable partially.The results showed that Running Cost had a positive and significant effect on Profitability (ROA) which proved the waters of KabBB were still under Exploited for small pelagic fish, then Shore Cost had a negative and significant effect on Profitability (ROA) which illustrates that Fishing Based Distance to the target market is quite an obstacle, and the variable number of ABK does not affect profitability (ROA) which indicates that the number of catches is not only determined by the number of crew members related to the size of the net but also determined by the skills and abilities of the crew. . And finally the Sea Time variable has a negative and significant effect on Profitability (ROA) which is a description that the distance to go home to Fishing Ground needs to be considered carefully. <![CDATA[ The condition of the lecturers of Private Universities in the Region XII of Maluku and North Maluku who have few new academic levels. Many lecturers who have not carried out tridharma activities in full are only limited to education and teaching activities. There are still many lecturers who carry out Tri darma research and dedication only to take care of the academic level. Not yet used as a target of the performance of the lecturers themselves. Competence, commitment and motivation are the main factors that influence the performance of private university lecturers. This study aims to obtain the results of studies on competency, commitment, motivation and performance of lecturers and to reveal the analysis of the influence of competence, commitment and motivation on the performance of lecturers. The research method used is descriptive and explanatory survey with a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. The sample size of 81 lecturers was taken through purposive random sampling technique, with lecturer information sources spread across 9 private universities in the Kopertis Region XII Maluku and North Maluku in Ambon City. Data analysis using multiple regression tests with SPSS. The results showed that competence had a significant and positive influence on the performance of the Lecturer with a score of 8.408 > table 1.665 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, commitment had a significant and positive influence on the performance of lecturers with t count 2.936 > t table 1.665 and significance 0.004 < 0.05. Motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of lecturers with t count 2.697 > t table 1.665 and the significance value of 009 < 0.05, and Competence, Commitment and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of lecturers F 222.254 > Ftable 2.72 and significance 0.000 < 0.05 The results of this study are that there is a significant effect of competence on the performance of lecturers, then there is a significant influence on commitment to lecturer performance and there is a significant effect of motivation in improving lecturer performance and significant influence jointly on competence, commitment and motivation on lecturer performance.Keywords: Competence, Commitment, Motivation, Lecture Performance]]>

<![CDATA[The developed tourism sector results higher and higher competition level among companies in Indonesia, especially service companies. The service companies compete attempt for strengthening marketing strategies. The companies feel need for maintaining the consumers in order not to move to other companies. Not except for the companies in service fields such as hotels that are more and more competitive and demand for using owned resources as well as possible. Hotel industry progress can be followed about the development through indicator levels of hotel stay rooms/accommodation, sold/used room totals, how long average guests stay and also development of other hotel or accommodation totals. Hotel classification stated by Tourism General Directorate, i.e.: Star hotels and other accommodations. The improvement of various hotel facilities and services really enforce competition among hotel managers in the efforts of enchanting consumers and maintaining the consumers. Mariat Hotel Sorong is a hotel that blends business and resort concepts and continues attempt so that it still stays towering and supports Indonesian Republic government programs both in tourism field and improving people welfare field.The problem in this research is: Is there service quality influence that consists of tangible,reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy toward consumers loyalty of Mariat Hotel Sorong?The used data in this research are primary data gained by distributing questionnaires to the consumers who stay at Mariat Hotel Sorong by using double linear regression analysis.Keywords: service quality, consumers loyalty]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of the performance measurement system, decision-making authority, support of internal stakeholders, external environment, individual perceptions of the use of performance information for decision making. The population in this study were Ambon City Government SKPD officials. The sampling method used is judgment sampling with a total sample of 66 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there were four factors that influence the use of performance information contained in the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) Ambon City Government, namely the quality of information systems, support of internal stakeholders, external environment and individual perceptions of performance measurement system users, while factors the autonomy of decision making does not affect the use of performance information for decision making. <![CDATA[The developed nation need to be supported by adequate resources and also qualified human resources so as to process them. As one of the nations progress movers The Labor and Transmigration Department is required to be able to provide good service. For that will be also required the good performance of civilian state apparatus. To be able to realize it all needs to be given a stimulus that can make civil state apparatus to improve its performance, such as providing local performance allowances according to standards and rules, keeping a good standing of human relation and strengthening the understanding and sense of belonging to organizational culture that become the identity of organization. This research aims to test and analyze influence of of Local Performance Allowances, Human Relation and organization culture on performance of civilian state apparatus based on the formulation of problems. The research method used is Quantitative with the survey type research to explain the relationship between variables and explanatory research to explain the relationship between variables through hypotheses test. Analytical test tool used is multiple regression analysis.Hypotheses were tested by F test method, t test and determination coefficient (R2), the result showed that (1) Local Performance Allowances had a significant positive influence on performance of civilian state apparatus ; (2) Human Relation has a significant positively affect the performance of civilian state apparatus ; (3) Culture Organization has a significant positive effect on performance of civilian state apparatus. <![CDATA[In the business world, economic events can affect the price and volume of trading in the stock market. The capital market is now more sensitive to the economic changes that occur, including the announcement of increases or decreases in fuel oil. The purpose of this study was to determine the reaction of the capital market to the announcement of fuel reduction. This study uses the event study method where the event study is a study that studies the market reaction to an event (event) whose information is published as an announcement. In this study the calculation of abnormal returns uses the Single Index Model (Market Model).This study uses an event study approach, with samples of energy and mining-based companies listed on LQ 45. The results of this study indicate that the capital market reacts to the announcement of the reduction in fuel prices. Based on this research, the announcement of the third reduction in BBM has significant information content around the announcement area or after the event date ... but it does not have high information content around the area before the announcement.Keywords: Announcement of Fuel Reduction, Abnormal Return, Study Event.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see the development of exports in the country, to know how the exchange rate (exchange rate) and economic growth (GDP) affect the export conducted and to know how much time it will take to get back to the initial balance if the economy experiences shocks.The method used in this research was Cointegration Test and Error Correction Model Engle-Granger. The results showed that there was a long-term relationship (cointegration) between independent variables and dependent variables. <![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the influence of working capital management to the level of liquidity in UD. Cahaya Mandiri in the city of Ambon from years 2014-2016. Variables used in this study is the management of working capital and liquidity as the independent variable as the dependent variable. Statistical methods used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis in ad vance of working capital management with measurement tools that turnover of working capital and liquidity analysis measuring devices are used, among others Curren Ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio. The result showed that the management of working capital have a negative impact and no significant effect on the level of liquidity in the company UD. <![CDATA[Marketing is one of the main activities carried out by entrepreneurs in their efforts to maintain their survival, to develop and to get profits as expected so that the company's business runs smoothly and get a positive character from consumers, then marketing activities must be able to fulfill the desires from consumers, then marketing activities must be able to fulfill the desires of consumers. Thus the task of a marketer is to examine the needs of consumers who are always changing and affect the company to adjust the combination of production in the form of goods and services to the needs needed.The consumer behavior model can be seen from the decision making process, where in the process of decision making this is influenced by external factors and internal factors in the process input stage. Through this research, it is expected that it can provide a clear picture of the process of product purchasing decisions through the needs recognition stage, information retrieval, evaluation of alternatives, purchasing decisions and post-purchase behavior towards Yamaha Mio products, especially in Ambon City. This can also be used as material for consideration to determine the next marketing strategy for the company concerned.The process of making consumer purchasing decisions on Yamaha Mio products through five stages, namely: introduction of needs, information retrieval, evaluation of alternatives, purchases and post-purchase behavior. The majority of respondents bought Yamaha Mio products because of work requirements. The majority of information sources in purchasing Yamaha Mio products are TV advertisements. In the alternative evaluation phase the main criteria for purchasing Yamaha Mio products are brands. <![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous Quality Human Resources and Organizational Flexibility on Employee Performance (Paramedic Care) in Hospital Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon The study was carried out on RSUD dr. M. Haulussy at Kota Ambon Ambon, Maluku Province, starting in January until February 2014. Employees in the unit of analysis is the study of nursing paramedical district general hospital dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. The population of this study is the paramedical nursing at RSU dr. M. Haulussy Ambon totaling 420 people, while the samples used in this study as large as 81 people were taken using cluster sampling method.A survey of data collection through dissemination of nursing paramedic who formed the sample. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis method to measure the influence of large contributions or independent variables on the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneous influence of the quality of human resources and flexibility to the performance.The results showed that the variable quality of Human Resources (HR) partially positive and significant effect on hospital performance of Paramadis at dr.M.Haulussy Ambon, this means that the first hypothesis proposed in this study received. Further flexibility is partially variable positive and significant impact on the performance Paramedic, this means the second hypothesis proposed in this study received. Furthermore, the variable quality of Human Resources and Flesksibilitas simultaneously positive and significant impact on the performance dr.M.
