Abstract

Organizational justice is a central theme adopted by many studies in the last 30 years, it is the perception of members/workers of organization about what is fair and unfair in the organization where they work with. In the last few decades, private higher educations are grown well. There are difference in the funding or operational contexts between public and private higher educations. This difference leads also to the difference in organizational justice system. Meanwhile, research examining the difference of organizational justice between these two types of higher educations is still few. This paper is then aimed to explain the difference of organizational justice among higher educations based on preliminary empirical studies and normative reviews on relevant documents. This paper is also a prescription for empirical studies in understanding organizational justice at two types higher educations.

Abstract

In the era of advances in science and technology today, knowledge has an important role for organizations. On the other side, many organizations are faced with knowledge management problems. The development of Knowledge Management is currently the concern of many researchers. One of the elements in Knowledge Management that is considered crucial is the knowledge sharing. Ideal practice of knowledge sharing in an organizational environment will have an impact on individuals. Higher education as a knowledge-based organization has an important function in the creation and dissemination of knowledge. Academics tend to cling to knowledge and are reluctant to spread their intellectual resources. This study examines the effects of organizational commitment as mediation to the effect of organisational trust and knowledge sharing behavior. Sample in the research is 52 lecturers of Economy and Business Faculty, Pattimura University. Collected data then analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics Structure Equation Model using smartLPS 3. The result shows that organizational trust directly affect the knowledge sharing behavior and organizational trust can affects knowledge sharing behavior with mediation of organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-motivation and empowerment of human resources (down line) on the effectiveness of transformational leadership (study at PT.Ratu Nusantara in Ambon City), using the several technical analysis model / tool. There are several techniques / approaches to collecting data, namely through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature. Indicators used to measure the effect of self motivation and downline empowerment on the effectiveness of transformational leadership are motivation, namely the need for achievement, affiliation needs, power needs. Whereas for empowerment that builds strengths and resources by encouraging, motivating and raising employee awareness of their authority and striving for their development. While the effectiveness of transformational leadership is a leader with integrity according to words and actions, which shows the attitude of trustworthiness / honesty as the foundation of a trusting relationship between leaders and employees. The results showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.563 or 56.3%. This means that the two independent variables (self-motivation variables and empowerment variables) in this study were only able to explain 56.3% of the variation that occurred in the dependent variable (the effectiveness of transformational leadership). While other variations of 100% - 56.3% = 43.7% are explained by other variables not explained in this research model. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous Quality Human Resources and Organizational Flexibility on Employee Performance (Paramedic Care) in Hospital Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon    The study was carried out on RSUD dr. M. Haulussy at Kota Ambon Ambon, Maluku Province, starting in January until February 2014. Employees in the unit of analysis is the study of nursing paramedical district general hospital dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. The population of this study is the paramedical nursing at RSU dr. M. Haulussy Ambon totaling 420 people, while the samples used in this study as large as 81 people were taken using cluster sampling method.A survey of data collection through dissemination of nursing paramedic who formed the sample. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis method to measure the influence of large contributions or independent variables on the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneous influence of the quality of human resources and flexibility to the performance.The results showed that the variable quality of Human Resources (HR) partially positive and significant effect on hospital performance of Paramadis at dr.M.Haulussy Ambon, this means that the first hypothesis proposed in this study received. Further flexibility is partially variable positive and significant impact on the performance Paramedic, this means the second hypothesis proposed in this study received. Furthermore, the variable quality of Human Resources and Flesksibilitas simultaneously positive and significant impact on the performance dr.M. Hospital Paramedic Haulussy Ambon, this means that the third hypothesis proposed in this study received.Keywords: Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Fleksibilitas Organisasi, Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon at BPKP to provide suggestions regarding the problems faced by the personnel of the Maluku Province BPKP Representatives and to find out how much influence Human Relations and Organization Based Self Esteem had on the Work Ethic of the Maluku Province BPKP Representatives. The type of research used is quantitative research using primary data in the form of interviews, questionnaires and library research which is carried out systematically based on research objectives to BPKP employees of Maluku Province. The sample collection technique in this study used a saturated sample (non probability sampling), that is, all members of the population were used as samples. The results showed that the Human Relations and Organization Based Self Esteem variables had a significant influence on the work ethic of the Maluku Province BPKP Representative. The equation Y = 2.420 + 0.460X1 + 0.450X2 means that the Human Relations and Organization Based Self Esteem variables have a positive effect on work ethic. This study can be concluded that based on statistical tests (partial t test) all variables have a positive and significant influence on the work ethic variable and obtain an adjusted R value of 0.640. this shows that 64.0% work ethic is influenced by the two independent variables.

Abstract

The application of comprehensive quality management and the best leadership style must be followed by Implementing elements of the management accounting system, one of which is the performance measurement system because it can help achieve strategic goals and short-term goals of the company.  This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of total quality management and leadership style on the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Ambon City. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Squares (PLS). The sample of this study was employees who worked for Islamic banks in Ambon City. The results showed that total quality management and leadership style had a positive effect on financial performance. Keywords: total quality management, leadership style, financial performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perkembangan sarana, dan prasarana seperti jumlah kendaraan, panjang jalan, yang kaitannya dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Ambon. Serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah dalam hal ini belanja modal pembangunan infrastruktur jalan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Ambon.Penelitian ini belokasi di Kota Ambon. Data didapatkan dari Badan Pusat Stasistik (BPS) Kota ambon, tentang PDRB, panjang jalan, jumlah kendaraan, serta indikator ekonomi. Metode Regresi Sederhana yaitu menganalisis data untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah dalam hal ini pembiayaan jalan untuk transportasi darat terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota ambon. Dari hasil regresi, pengeluaran pemerintah mempunyai  nilai koefisien sebesar 0.270621 dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar 2.762270 dengan tingkat signifikansi di mana tingkat probabilitas adalah sebesar 0,0211 dimana nilainya < 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan signifikan pada ? = 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Ambon adalah posiitif dan signifikan. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa jika pengeluaran pemerintah naik 1% maka pertumbuhan ekonomi juga naik sebesar 0,270621% dengan asumsi citeris paribus. Kata Kunci: Pengeluaran pemerintah, pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

Potensi sumber daya alam Ohoi Elaar Let yang terletak di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara sangat melimpah. Lingkungan yang masih terjaga serta masih banyaknya lahan produktif yang dimiliki membuat warga mampu menghasilkan banyak hasil alam dari kegiatan bercocok tanam. Berlimpahnya hasil alam ini harus diimbangi dengan tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang mampu mengelola hasil alam tersebut. Aktivitas yang dilakukan warga diharapkan berkontribusi pada  pendapatan masyarakat, namun kegiatan ini masih belum menggunakan manajemen usaha yang  agar kinerja dari kegiatan usaha dapat mengalami peningkatan. Salah satu faktor penting untuk pencapaian kinerja usaha maka diperlukannya perilaku knowledge sharing antar wirausaha. Untuk itu, pentingnya mengedukasi wirausahawan Ohoi Elaar Let dengan manajemen usaha dan motivasi yang lebih baik agar meningkatnya kinerja usaha dengan tetap menjaga kepercayaan diri dan ketangguhan diri dalam berwirausaha. Metode edukasi yang digunakan berupa ceramah dan games. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan tentang wirausaha dan timbulnya perilaku knowledge sharing yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha masyarakat Ohoi Elaar Let. The natural resource potential of Ohoi Elaar Let, which is located in Southeast Maluku Regency, is very abundant. The environment is still well-maintained, and there are still many productive lands that are owned by the residents, making them able to produce many natural products from farming activities. The abundance of natural products must be balanced with the availability of human resources capable of managing these natural products. Activities carried out by residents are expected to contribute to community income, but these activities still do not use business management so that the performance of business activities can increase. One of the important factors for achieving business performance is the need for knowledge sharing among entrepreneurs. For this reason, it is important to educate entrepreneurs on better business management and motivation in order to increase business performance while maintaining integrity and self-confidence in entrepreneurship. The educational method used is in the form of lectures and games. The result of this activity is the absorption of knowledge about entrepreneurship and the emergence of knowledge-sharing behaviors that can improve the business performance of the Ohoi Elaar Let community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan melalui work engagement sebagai variabel pemediasi pada karyawan di CV. Saburo Ambon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di CV. Saburo Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 52 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0 dengan metode analisisnya menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) variabel quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, (2) variabel quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, (3) variabel work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, (4) variabel quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang dimediasi oleh work engagement.

Abstract

Hadirnya UMKM di Indonesia memberi konstribusi besar terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dalam upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan, dan besarnya jumlah pengangguran,.. Dalam masa pemulihan UMKM Pasca Covid 19, pemimpin atau manajer UMKM harus memiliki perilaku dan sikap yang baik dan tepat dalam mengelola usaha, beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi demi mencapai keunggulan bersaing . Pelaku usaha yang ada di Desa Liliboy sebagai Objek dalam kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan mampun menampilkan karakter pemimpin yang kuat dan tangguh agar dapat menghasilkan inovasi-inovasi yang berarti. Untuk itu, pentingnya menumbuhkan perilaku pemimpin yang bercirikan pemimpin transformasional, transaksional dan pemimpin yang melayani dalam mengelola usaha secara professional di masa sekarang. Tujuan Kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengembangan kemampuan manajerial dan mengubah perilaku serta sikap pemimpin yang tepat di Desa Liliboy . Metode yang digunakan adalah Penyuluhan atau Ceramah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan pembentukan perilaku dan sikap kepemimpinan yang handal dan profesional dari pelaku UMKM.
