Abstract

The progress and development of information technology in this globalization era is growing rapidly, one of which is the internet. Internet can facilitate the public in getting information in various ways, one of which is information about housing promotion. Home is a primary need which must be fulfilled by every human being, family and even an organization. The purpose of this study is to design a website-based mortgage promotion information system (case study: PT. Mulia Indah Permatasari). The development model of this system is waterfall model. As for the workings of the system created, the components that support the making of this system is this system uses the XAMPP software as a local server, MySQL as the database and the programming language used is PHP.

Abstract

This study aims to look at profitability in the furniture business Victory in the city of Sorong. The data used are quantitative data, namely financial statements including the balance sheet, and income statement for 2016 to 2018. This study uses profitability ratio analysis techniques.The results show that the operating profit margin proves that the comparison of data in 2017 increased more in the previous year for operating profit in 2017 with the yield in rupiahs of 73 rupiahs, while in 2018 there was a significant increase from the previous year for operating profits namely obtaining the result in rupiah units is 78 rupiahs. For net income, if the comparison of yield data in rupiahs in 2017 also increased from the previous year in 2016 in net income in rupiahs, it earned 7 rupiahs while in 2018 the same results were in 2017 For ROI results prove that if the comparison of 2017 results data increased ROI from the previous year in 2016 by obtaining results in units of rupiah that is 197 rupiahs while in 2018 experienced a significant decrease by obtaining results for ROI in units of rupiah that is 163 rupiahs. litas in the Chandra Jaya furniture business in Sorong city from 2016 and 2018 there was an increase in operating profit margins and net income, although ROI was still not visible in 2018, as was the case in 2017, so this business capability was needed to increase its profits.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rasio antara daging sapi dan daging babi yang disukai serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio antara daging sapi dan daging babi terhadap sifat organoleptik bakso yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rasio presentasi daging sapi dan daging babi yang berbeda yaitu  P1 (75% daging sapi : 25% daging babi),   P2 (50% daging sapi : 50% daging babi), P3 (25% daging sapi : 75% daging babi), K1 (kontrol bakso sapi) dan K2 (kontrol bakso babi)  dan 35 panelis  sebagai ulangan. Peubah yang diamati adalah sifat organoleptik berupa warna, aroma, tekstur, rasa dan kekenyalan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan metode Kruskal-Wallis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan rasio daging sapi dan daging babi berpengaruh nyata pada taraf (P<0,05) terhadap sifat organoleptik warna dan kekenyalan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap sifat organoleptik aroma, rasa dan tekstur. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa rasio antara daging sapi dan daging babi yang disukai serta memberikan pengaruh terhadap sifat organoleptik adalah P2 (50% daging sapi : 50% daging babi)

Abstract

The developed tourism sector results higher and higher competition level among companies in Indonesia,  especially service companies.  The service companies  compete attempt  for  strengthening marketing strategies. The companies feel need for maintaining the consumers in order not to move to other companies. Not except for the companies in service fields such as hotels that are more and more competitive and demand for using owned resources as well as possible. Hotel industry progress can be followed about the development through indicator levels of hotel stay rooms/accommodation, sold/used room totals, how long average guests stay and also development of other hotel or accommodation totals. Hotel classification stated by Tourism General Directorate, i.e.: Star hotels and other accommodations. The  improvement  of  various  hotel  facilities  and  services  really  enforce  competition  among  hotel managers in the efforts of enchanting consumers and maintaining the consumers. Mariat Hotel Sorong is a hotel that blends business and resort concepts and continues attempt so that it still stays towering and supports Indonesian Republic government programs both in tourism field and improving people welfare field.The problem in this research is: Is there service quality influence  that consists of tangible,reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy toward consumers loyalty of Mariat Hotel Sorong?The used data in this research are primary data gained by distributing questionnaires to the consumers who stay at Mariat Hotel Sorong by using double linear regression analysis.Keywords: service quality, consumers loyalty

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadaan peternakan babi Di Kampung Emous. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli -September 2020 di Kampung Emous. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif yaitu menjelaskan serta menggambarkan secara umum tentang bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap peternakan Babi di Kampung Emous. Populasi yaitu masyarakat yang tinggal berdekatan dengan peternakan babi yaitu sebanyak 825 orang. Penentuan jumlah sampel dengan Rumus Slovin sebanyak 89 orang dan metode pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Kampung Emous tidak setuju dengan adanya keberadaan peternakan babi di Kampung Emous karna menggangu kenyamanan masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan serbuk gergaji kayu benuang dapat mengurangi limbah karbon hasil pembakaran serbuk gergajian kayu benuang yang ada di Kabupaten Sorong Papua Barat. Serbuk kayu benuang termasuk serbuk kayu yang tidak mengandung getah, tidak mengandung minyak dan bahan kimia sehingga cocok untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai media tanam. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemanfaatan limbah serbuk gergaji kayu benuang sebagai media tanam jamur tiram putih, yang dilaksanakan pada Usaha D’Papua Jamur yang merupakan salah satu usaha pembudidayaan Jamur Tiram Putih, dan dikelola langsung oleh anak asli Papua Barat yang bernama Bapak Frengki Duwit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan limbah serbuk kayu benuang sebagai media tanam jamur tiram putih dapat mengurangi limbah gergaji kayu yang ada di Kabupaten Sorong. Kayu atau serbuk gergaji yang digunakan sebagai media tanam harus steril, tidak mengandung Pestisida atau bahan beracun lainnya, serta memilih jenis kayu yang tidak terlalu keras dan serbuk gergaji kayu dapat mempertahankan bablog agar tidak berubah bentuk. Tahapan pengelolaan limbah serbuk gergaji kayu benuang sebagai media tanam jamur tiram putih pada Usaha D’Papua Jamur terdiri dari Penyediaan bahan berupa serbuk kayu benuang. Serbuk gergaji ditambahkan dengan beberapa bahan pelengkap nutrisi untuk pertumbuhan jamur tiram, seperti dedak, kapur, dan air. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah Pengkomposan, Pembuatan Media Tanam (disebut sebagai bablog), Sterilisasi, Inokulasi atau Penanaman Bibit Jamur, Inkubasi, Pemeliharaan, Pertumbuhan, dan Pemanenan. Pemanfaatan limbah serbuk kayu benuang sebagai media tanam jamur sangat baik, dimana jenis kayu benuang merupakan kayu yang sangat ringan, tidak bergetah dan harga serbuk relatif  murah. Berat jamur yang dihasilkan dari pemanfaatan limbah serbuk gergaji kayu benuang berkisar antara 0,5 ons sampai 3,527 ons dengan masa pemanenan sebanyak 3 kali panen per bablog.

Abstract

The profitability of sales is one of the main goals of companies to measureperformance leadership or management in other words efficiency andeffectiveness of companies.The cost of my ingredients, how long it will last, and the cost of the factory headmust be calculated quickly. Especially the overheads factory which is oftenoverlooked in production calculations. In addition to the cost of the material andthe cost of the process, the costs include the cost of overhead mill electricity, thecost of shrinking, the cost of repairing the machine, and the maintenance of themachine. All costs must be calculated quickly because they affect the profitabilityof sales.This research took place at Jalan General Ahmad Yani Sorong No. 24 byusing a method of costing in establishing the profitability of the seller and usingthe deposit policy for the main factory price in the overhead charge that is chargedto each product.Based on the results of a comparative data analysis, the method of thecompany with the full costing method has different results in the profitability ofsales.

Abstract

Malagufuk Village is one of the most famous bird watching areas throughout the world. This is due to the various types of endemic Papuan birds that inhabit the area. Since its founding in 2014, this village has been visited by thousands of visitors. The problem for Papuans is that birdwatching tourism is not yet familiar to the local community, their knowledge of English and types of birds is low, and they do not understand the management of facilities that can support birdwatching tourism activities. The weak ability to utilize this potential affects the partner's standard of living. The current birdwatching market is foreign tourists who are fluent in Indonesian. To increase people's income through birdwatching tourism, it is necessary to conduct outreach and tourism management training. The specific target is to provide socialization and basic English training to provide the best service to bird watchers. With this community service activity, the people of Malagufuk Tourism Village have increased their ability and capacity to develop and utilize the potential that exists in tourism activities.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang sedang terjadi sekarang ini, membuat masyarakat mengisolasi diri agar terhindar dari bahaya COVID-19. Untuk tetap menjaga diri dan keluarga, masyarakat harus mempersiapkan ketersediaan pangan secara mandiri dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan rumah, salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan tersebut adalah tanaman seperti sayuran. Di Kampung Malagufuk Kabupaten Sorong sudah ada masyarakat yang memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan rumahnya, namun belum maksimal. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk mendorong serta memberi motivasi agar dapat mengoptimalkan lahan pekarangan rumah dalam membudidayakan tanaman pangan sesuai dengan luasan lahan pekarangan dan komoditas yang dapat ditanamami. Lahan pekarangan yang dimanfaatkan merupakan suatu wujud pemenuhan ketersediaan pangan keluarga yang juga daiharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian kelaurga selama pandemic COVID-19. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu pengamatan, dan penyuluhan. Hasil yang dicapai dari penyuluhan ini adalah yaitu masyarakat memahami dan mengerti tentang pemanfaatan laha pekarangan untuk budidaya sayuran, yang akan meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan alam pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan rumah mereka guna pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan keluarga sekaligus membantu pemenuhan ketersediaan pangan dan perekonomian keluarga.
