<![CDATA[The number of taxpayers increases from year to year. However, the increase in the number of taxpayers is not offset by awareness of taxpayers in paying taxes. The problem of tax evasion is an obstacle in maximizing tax revenue. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of tax rates, technology and information taxation, fraud detected, and accuracy of tax allocation for tax evasion.This research was conducted by convenience sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents from WPOP UMKM in 4 districts. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study are the validity and reliability tests, as well as the classical assumption test (Multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test) and multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (F statistical test and t statistical test).The results of this study indicate that tax rates have no significant effect on tax evasion, technology and tax information have a significant positive effect on tax evasion, detected fraud has a significant negative effect on tax evasion, accuracy of tax allocation does not have a significant effect on tax evasion. <![CDATA[Word of mouth is an informal communication among people about information from a brand, product, company or service. With the growth of internet nowadays, word-of-mouth is not only happen in offline media but even more in online media known as electronic word of mouth. Several theories and studies state that electronic word of mouth has an influence on brand image and repurchase intentions.This study aims to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth on the brand image and repurchase intentions at Traveloka. The samples used in this study are Traveloka’s consumers who are at least 18 years old and have transacted on the website or application of Traveloka at least 1 times in the last 6 months. The results of this study found that electronic word of mouth influences positively and significantly on brand image and repurchase intentions. Furthermore, the brand image variable becomes the mediation variable in the relationship between the variable of electronic word of mouth and consumer repurchase intention. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze and find out the Financial Performance of BPKAD Ambon City during the period 2007-2018 and to determine the extent of the Regional Government's Financial Performance through the Level of Effectiveness, Dependency, Fiscal Decentralization Degree, Level of Independence of Ambon City Regional Government in implementing Regional Autonomy. This research was conducted at the Ambon City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency using Secondary Data, the Ambon City Government's Financial Realization Report published in 2007-2018.The analysis technique used is Path Analysis which is a development technique of Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the effectiveness ratio of PAD realization achieved by BPKAD was effective and very good, the overall dependency ratio was still very high for the central government, the degree of fiscal decentralization was still very poor and the ratio of independence was very low, this showed that the role of the Ambon City Government in the financing process Regional Finance is still the mainstay of the Central Government, from this it shows that in running the decentralized system the Ambon City Government has not been fully able to use PAD as a major factor in regional financing. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect simultaneously or partially between Credit Interest Rates, Third Party Funds (DPK), and Non Performing Loans (NPLs) on Modern Express BPR lending in the Western Region of Piru Seram Branch in 2016 - 2017 (Monthly ). The choice of multiple regression in addition to seeing the effect between the independent variables and related variables is also because the independent variables in the study amounted to more than one.Based on the research, the results show that the Lending Rate (SBK) has a significant effect on lending at BPR Modern Express. Community Deposits (DPK) have no significant effect on lending at BPR Modern Express. Non-Current Credit (NPL) has no significant effect on lending at BPR Modern Express. While simultaneously the Credit Interest Rate (SKB), Community Deposits (DPK) and Non-Current Credit (NPL) significantly influence the lending at BPR Modren Express in the Western Piru Seram Branch. <![CDATA[Building and developing the competitiveness of the company, especially in the business of selling two-wheeled motor vehicles requires a focus on customers, promoting quality, continuous innovation, prioritizing service and speed. All of them aim to create better after-sales and relationship marketing, so that the process of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers becomes more harmonious and eventually they will decide to repurchase or use the same services in the future.This study aims to test, first partially, the influence of Relationship Marketing Factors on Profitability; second, partially testing the effect of After Sales Service Factors on Profitability at PT. MGM in Ambon City.This research uses primary and secondary data, and the type of research used is the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 computer program.The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is partially positive and significant between relationship marketing to the profitability of PT. MGM in Ambon City with a significance level of 0.05 and a value of Standardized Coefficients of 0.438. Furthermore, the second hypothesis shows that partially or t-test, the significance value of the after-sales service obtained is greater than the significance level of 0.05, with a negative coefficient value of 109. So it can be seen that after-sales service has no significant and negative effect on the profitability of PT. MGM in Ambon City. <![CDATA[The company's financial performance can be used by investors to predict stock returns. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Eva and Mva on stock returns. This research is a research using a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) publication report. The data used in this study are financial reports audited in 2013-2017. From the results of the study showed that the Economic Value Added (EVA) of PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk during 2013-2017 was not optimal because the results of Negative EVA or EVA <0. While Market Value Added (MVA) of PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk during 2013-2017 is good because the results of MVA, although it tends to decrease, but the results are positive or MVA> 0. <![CDATA[This study aims to assess the Financial Performance of the Maluku Provincial Government in 2008 - 2018 viewed from: (1) Regional Financial Independence Ratio, (2) PAD Effectiveness Ratio, (3) Dependency Ratio, (4) Fiscal Effort Ratio, and (5) Fiscal Decentralization Ratio. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, by calculating the values in the realization report of the Maluku Province Regional Budget 2008 - 2018. The results of the study during the study period showed that the financial performance of Maluku Province based on the Independence Ratio was in the Poor Criteria, Based on the PAD Effectiveness Ratio Ineffective Criteria, Regional Finance Dependency Ratio is very high dependency on funds originating from the central government, Fiscal Efforts Ratio has Poor Criteria because it has not been able to reach the PAD target, and the Fiscal Decentralization Ratio has a poor criterion. <![CDATA[Quality costs are costs associated with preventing, identifying, repairing and correcting low quality products and with the opportunity costs of lost production and sales time as a result of poor quality. Quality costs are evaluated by comparing actual costs with budgeted costs. Comparison of quality costs still uses the absolute amount of costs actually spent with those budgeted.This study aims to calculate and analyze the costs of quality (prevention costs, valuation costs, failure costs) and profit achievement, so it can be seen that the variable costs have a significant relationship to the profit achievement of the Sumber Sumber Ambon Hospital. This type of research uses a quantitative methodology, by calculating the values in the financial statements of Sumber Hidup Hospital Ambon in 2015 - 2017.The results showed that the cost of quality has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of profits simultaneously. Partially, prevention costs have a positive and significant effect on the achievement of earnings, valuation costs have no significant effect on the achievement of profits, while the cost of failure has a negative and significant impact on the achievement of profits at the Ambon Sumber Hidup Hospital in 2015 - 2017. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of service dimensions (comfort and on time) on maternity patient satisfaction at RSUD Dr. Haulussy. The population of this study were all maternity patients who were or had used services at Dr. Haulussy Ambon. Sampling uses a purposive sampling method so that the final sample size is 42 respondents. Analysis of research data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that comfort and on time proved to have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the RSUD Dr. Haulussy. This can be proven through the regression coefficient which shows that if comfort and on time increase, then the increase will be followed by an increase in maternal patient satisfaction at RSUD Dr. Haulussy. Thus it can be said that increasing comfort and on time will increase the satisfaction of maternity patients in Dr. Haulussy. Keywords: Comfort, Timely, Satisfaction of Maternity Patients.]]>

<![CDATA[The results of this study indicate that: 1) In terms of capital, the quality of capital for the 2016-2018 Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative for the Period of 2016-2018 is categorized as quite healthy. 2) In terms of earning asset quality aspects, the quality of earning assets of the Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative in the 2016-2018 Period is categorized as being less healthy. 3) In terms of management, the quality of management of the Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative for the 2016-2018 Period was categorized as quite healthy. 4) In terms of efficiency, the quality of efficiency of the 2016-2018 Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative is categorized as healthy. 5) Judging from the level of liquidity, the quality of the liquidity of the Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative for the 2016-2018 Period is categorized as less healthy. 6) From the aspect of independence and growth, the quality of independence and growth of the 2016-2018 Multipurpose Cooperative of Nailaka Business is categorized as being less healthy. 7) From the aspect of identity, the quality of the Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative in the 2016-2018 Period is categorized as healthy. 8) The results of the assessment of the health level of the Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative for the 2016-2018 Period are quite healthy.
