Abstract

Beauty clinic is a skin care service that offers products and services to protect and improve skin. Already many in the city of Ambon run a beauty clinic service business. Natasha Skin Care beauty clinic which is located in Maluku City Mall in Ambon City. Natasha Skin Care is not only for women but men can also buy products or do beauty treatments. The purposes of this study were: To determine the effect of the quality of Natasha Skin Care on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The samples in this study were 100 respondents who had used Natasha Skin Care Clinic services. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of multiple analyzes and results t test proves that service quality (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y1) and customer loyalty (Y2), has a positive and significant effect.Kata Kunci: Quality and Satisfaction of Services, and Cutomer Loyalities

Abstract

The first case of the covid-19 in Indonesia was announced on March 2nd 2020. This research aims to find out the significant difference between stock prices and transaction volume at PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk due to covid-19 pandemic. These data have been taken for 31 days before and 31 days after the first announcement of covid-19 corona virus in Indonesia. The data have been processed by paired sample ttest using SPSS version 26. The data processing results showed that there is a significant difference stock price of PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk. between before and after the first announcement of the covid-19 case in Indonesia. This is indicated by the significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, which the stock price has decreased compared to before the covid-19 case. As for the volume transaction also showed difference significant, which the significance value is 0.01 < 0.05. The transaction volume after the announcement of shares shows an increasing value. Keywords: Stock Prices, Transaction Volume, Covid 19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial health condition of banks at PT Bank Permata, TBk during the COVID-19 pandemic by using the CAMEL method even though Bank Indonesia has perfected the health assessment method from CAMELS to RGEC in accordance with SE BI number 13/24 / DPNP dated 25 October 2011 concerning The Rating of Commercial Bank Soundness is an implementation guideline for Bank Indonesia Regulation No.13 / 1 / PBI / 2011. The reason the researcher does not use RGEC is because the Capital assessment in CAMELS uses credit and market risk, does not see the operational risk used in RGEC. Then. The ASSET assessment in CAMELS uses the NPL, RORA, PPAP ratio indicators while in the RGEC assessment there is no asset assessment.The population in this study is the financial statements of PT Bank Permata, Tbk. With a sample of 4 financial reports for the period of the fourth quarter of 2019 to the third quarter of 2020 based on the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The data source of this research uses secondary data sources obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The results of the study found that the CAMEL value at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, the fourth quarter showed that the bank's financial health condition was NOT HEALTHY, in 2020 the first quarter showed that the financial health condition of the bank was NOT HEALTHY, in 2020 the second quarter showed the financial health condition of the bank in the condition is NOT HEALTHY and in 2020 the third quarter shows that the financial health condition of the bank is not HEALTHY.Kata Kunci: Bank Health Condition, CAMEL

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the Sumber Hidup GPM Hospital(RSSH GPM) financial performance based on Direct Service Cost Ratio, Wage Cost Ratio/Employee Salary, and Administration and General Cost Ratio. This research was conducted at the Ambon City GPM Sumber Hidup Hospital. Collecting data using Field Research and Literature Research which are secondary, namely the Financial Statements of Sumber Hidup Hospital 2015 - 2017. The data analysis technique used is the Cost Ratio Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis.                  The results showed that each relative ratio increased from 2015 to 2017. This is due to the increase in inpatient and outpatient income, high wages / staff costs, and high administrative and general spending. If viewed from its development, RSSH revenue is not proportional to the amount of operational financing that supports this income. This indicates that the finances of Sumber Hidup Hospital are in the Unhealthy category.               In statistical testing, it proves the existence of a relationship between each ratio with the financial performance of RSSH.Keywords : Direct Service Cost Ratio, Wage Cost Ratio/Employee Salary, and Administration and General Cost Ratio=> Financial Performance, Cost Ratio

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan pada PT. Bank Mega, Tbk selama tahun 2014-2017 dengan menggunakan metode RGEC. Metode RGEC merupakan salah satu alat analisis yang memudahkan dalam menilai tingkat kesehatan bank karena memberikan penilian yang terbuka terhadap faktor-faktor penting dalam usaha perbankan. Faktor-faktor yang dianggap penting tersebut diantaranya adalah : Penilaian profil resiko (Risk Profile), Penilaian Good Corporate Governance (GC), Penilaian rentabilitas (Earning) dan penilaian permodalan (Capital).Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Data sekunder yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2014-2017. Dari data laporan keuangan tersebut kemudian dihitung rasio-rasio yang berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan dalam metode RGEC. Hasil dari rasio-rasio tersebut kemudian dipergunakan dalam penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank atau diteliti guna memperoleh predikat atau rating di mata bank indonesia, yaitu sangat sehat, sehat, cukup sehat, kurang sehat, atau tidak sehat.Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini didapatkan bahwa dengan Metode RGEC PT Bank Mega, Tbk berada dalam kriteria sehat.Kata kunci : Tingkat Kesehatan Bank, PT. Bank Permata, Tbk, Metode RGEC.

Abstract

This study aimed at examining the influence of service quality and tax extensification on the success of regional autonomy. The population in this study were motor vehicle taxpayers at the Maluku Provincial Government. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling.The collection of primary data collection was conducted by using questionnaire (questionnaire). The number of samples collected up to the specified limit was 200, while the number of questionnaires for the data to be used was 188.Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that service quality and tax extensification influenced the success of regional autonomy. The increasing of service quality and the success of tax extensification can affect taxpayers in carrying out their tax obligations, so that regional revenue from tax sources will increase, and will affect the success of regional autonomy. Keywords: Service quality, Regional Extensification, Success of Regional Autonomy

Abstract

Senda Yunita Leatemia, in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, a business is required to adopt existing technology to run its business. This study aims to determine the benefits that are felt after adopting e-commerce, the technology capabilities of UMKM to adopt e-commerce, and the level of application of e-commerce adoption to UMKM. The research method in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis method used in descriptive statistical analysis using frequency tables. The results of this study state that the benefits of e-commerce are classified in the useful category, the technology capabilities are in the low category, and the level of e-commerce adoption is in the category low.

Abstract

In this study, there were three hypotheses tested, namely (1) It is assumed that OEOI has a positive effect on the profitability of PT. Bank Maluku-Malut Ambon City, (2) It is assumed that NPL has a negative effect on the profitability of PT. Bank Maluku-Malut Ambon City, (3) It is assumed that the liquidity ratio has a positive effect on the profitability of PT. Bank Maluku-Malut Ambon City.The population in this study were all financial reports at PT. Bank Maluku-Malut which had been published from 2015-2019, with samples of financial report data in the form of balance sheets and income statements at PT. Bank Maluku-Malut from 2015-2019 as many as 60 samples. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The t-test was used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study were (1) OEOI had a positive effect on profitability, (2) NPL had a positive effect on profitability, and (3) LDR had a negative effect on profitability.Keywords: Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), profitability ratio, ROA

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the position of Sumber Hidup Hospital, Maluku Protestant Church according to the financial distress analysis. In this study, the hypothesis being tested was how is the position of Sumber Hidup Hospital, Maluku Protestant Church in accordance with financial distress analysis? The data used in this study were 19 months of monthly financial reports on Sumber Hidup Hospital, Maluku Protestant Church from 2019-2020. The independent variables were the liquidity ratio, leverage ratio and profitability ratio. The dependent variable in this study was financial distress. The analysis technique used was the comparative method. This study used the Altman Z-Score model to determine financial distress. The results of this study was categorized as being in financial distress for two consecutive years, namely from the year 2019 to 2020 where this condition showed the potential for bankruptcy of the company.  Keywords: Altman Score, Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Profitability Ratio, Financial Distress

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant effect of motivation, work discipline on employee performance at the Ambon City Manpower Office. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. And the sample used in this study were 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is found that the most dominant factor influencing employee performance. This motivation is evidenced by the largest standardized coefficient value, which is 0.650, compared to the standardized coefficient of Work Discipline, which is 0.472. Thus, motivation has a very positive and significant effect on employee performance. The better the motivation, the employee performance will increase. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that if the motivation system provided is better, employee performance will increase. Kata Kunci :Motivasi , Disiplin Kerja , Kinerja Pegawai
