Abstract

Famys Circle Label (FCL) is a modest fashion brand that offers thousands of articles from well-known local modest brands in Indonesia and is the only brand in Pekanbaru, giving it a strong competitive edge in the modest fashion market due to its ability to attract a variety of customer groups with diverse tastes and fashion styles. This study aims to examine the effect of brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty, with brand trust as a mediating variable. The research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach to illustrate the characteristics of a group, such as the characteristics of users or products, estimate product users' characteristics, and understand users' perceptions of a product. The study uses non-probability sampling, with 384 respondents who are FCL consumers. The data was processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS3 software. The study results show a partial positive and significant effect of brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty and brand trust. Simultaneous testing also showed the same results, where the independent variables had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, brand loyalty, mediated by the intervening variable brand trust among FCL consumers in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has heightened awareness among Indonesian citizens regarding the significance of investing. The increased market capitalization of the IHSG has contributed to enhanced stock liquidity during this period. Prospective investors assess both internal and external factors of companies to make informed investment decisions, aligning their capital allocation with the perceived potential of the target firms. The objective of this research is to empirically analyze the determinants of stock liquidity, including firm size, profitability, leverage, firm growth, inflation, and dividend policy, focusing on non-financial companies listed in Indonesia during the COVID-19 period. The empirical results indicate a negative and significant relationship between stock liquidity and company size, profitability, leverage, growth, inflation, and dividend policy among non-financial firms listed on the IDX30 for the period February to July 2023.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the dependence of aeronautical revenue on external factors, making it crucial to increase non-aeronautical revenue. Major global airports like Changi and Incheon have achieved this revenue balance, but Indonesia's five largest airports, including Soekarno-Hatta and I Gusti Ngurah Rai, have not. Balanced non-aeronautical revenue can cover investment and promotional costs without relying on aeronautical income. Soekarno-Hatta, as a major hub, still has limited tenants, and retail and F&B revenues in Terminal 3 have significantly declined. To address this issue, reducing passenger queue times through digitalization and improving airport facilities has become a primary focus. This research uses 400 questionnaires analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The focus is on identifying the influence of the 7P—covering product (tenant variety), price, promotion, place, people (service quality), process (self check-in and immigration autogates), and physical evidence (cleanliness and terminal design)—on customer satisfaction and loyalty in Soekarno-Hatta's Terminal 3. Digitalization, such as self check-in and immigration autogates, is expected to reduce queue times, providing passengers with more time to shop and thus increasing non-aeronautical revenue. This study aims to find the most significant factors affecting customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at the airport. The results indicate that product, process and physical evidence have a positive and significant impact on both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The heating stage of oil and gas refining commences with a heat exchanger. Using the pressure drop method and dirt factor in conjunction with the utmost standard permissible limit is one method of evaluating the thermal efficiency of a heat exchanger. This is performed to ascertain the value of the pressure drop, or pressure drop, which is directed at the fluid passage in the shell and pipeline. Moreover, a dust factor value is necessary to account for the potential accumulation of impurities and scale on the walls outside the heat exchanger conduit. The dust factor value is the maximum value that the parameter permits to ascertain the feasibility of the heat exchanger. Heat Exchanger 011-E-112 in the Fuel Oil Complex Unit The results indicate that heat exchanger 11E-112 can still be utilized despite the necessity for design enhancements. The design data for the shell is 1.7 psi, and the tube is approximately 18.92 psi. The Dirt Factor values for the shell and tube are 0.017 BTU/hour ft2°F and 0.034 BTU/hour ft2°F, respectively. The tube pressure drop value is 130.32 psi, while the shell pressure drop value is 2.53 psi.

Abstract

This research explores the use of natural dyes extracted from ketapang leaves (Terminalia catappa) and mangrove wood (Rhizophora mucronata Poir) as environmentally friendly alternatives in the batik dyeing process in Pekalongan City. The experimental method was applied to pieces of cotton cloth dipped in natural dye extraction, with a variety of fixators in the form of alum, chalk and tunjung. The results showed that the type of fixator and pen frequency of dyeing influenced the intensity and character of the color on the fabric. The color produced from ketapang leaves with a tunjung fixator produces a blackish green nuance, while mangrove wood fixed with calcium hydroxide produces a brick red color. This research offers a sustainable solution for the batik industry through natural dyeing, supporting environmental preservation and public health in the Pekalongan batik center area.
