Abstract

The existence of RGL orange marketing institutions is very important for the development of RGL orange agribusiness from the marketing aspect. The services of a marketing agency are divided into several dimensions, each of which has service attribute items. This study aims to: (1) analyze the level of marketing institutional performance in RGL orange farming (2) analyze the level of farmer satisfaction with marketing institutional performance in RGL orange farming and (3) analyze the factors that influence the level of farmer satisfaction with marketing institutional performance in RGL orange farming in Bermani Ulu Raya District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The study was conducted in May to October 2019 in Bermani Ulu Raya District, Rejang Lebong Regency. Census data collection of 117 RGL citrus farmers. Data were analyzed with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and multinomial logistic regression. The results showed the marketing institutional performance was good. The quality of service that needs to be improved is the dimension of trustworthiness, assurance, direct evidence and empathy and responsiveness. The level of satisfaction of RGL citrus farmers to their marketing institutions is in the satisfied category (73.58%). The factor that significantly influences satisfaction on marketing institutions is price suitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the economic leading sectors, determine the position of the ecoomic leading sectors Agriculture sector specially and the priority sectors in the economic developement in South Tapanuli Regency. The data used is secondary data of the Gross Domestic Regional Bruto year 2011 to 2018 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistic. Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) , Shift-share, and Overlay analysis were applied in this research. The result of the analysis showed that the economic leading sectors in Souths Tapanuli regency are Transportation and Warehousing sector, Other Services Activities, Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishing, Manufacturing, and Electricity and Gas sector. These sectors are also a priority order to be developed. The study also showed that the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sector is one of the leading sector with description: not progressive and weak competitiveness.

Abstract

Tourism with the concept of halal / sharia is a tour that implements Islamic laws in it , which aims to meet the desires of tourists . The purpose of this paper is to identify sustainability status condition, to formulate sustainable development models and scenarios , and formulate a strategy or policy development halal tourism sustainability at Banyuwangi Regency. This paper used a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches ( mixed method ). The analytical tool used in this paper is the Multi Dimensional Scaling Analysis (MDS) to identify the condition of the status of halal tourism sustainability and Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) to formulate a strategy or policy for the development of halal tourism sustainability . Data obtained through the observation, surveys , expert interviews , and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the economic dimension is the most influential dimension on the sustainability of halal tourism in Banyuwangi Regency. In the MDS analysis, on the economic dimension there are two priority attributes and their RMS values, namely Halal Tourism Marketing Access (2 , 73 ) and Labor Absorption (2.68). Furthermore, in the ISM analysis, the sub-element hierarchy structure that has the strongest influence on sustainable halal tourism management at the highest level (level 4) is E8 Transparency in Policy.

Abstract

Na-oogst tobacco commodity is an export commodity that has a role in increasing national income through excise tax. Many factors can influence the decision of farmers to conduct tobacco cultivation in the midst of enormous pressure on tobacco products. This study aims to analyze  the economic dimension sustainability of the na-oogst tobacco business in Jember. The metodology used is Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) to analyze sustainability by using 10 atributs. The results of the analysis of the economic dimension show that the na-oogst tobacco business in Jember is categorized as "quite sustainable" with a value of 51,17. The factor that greatly affect the sustainability of the economic dimension and need to be considered is Price Stability with an attribute effect value of 6.77.

Abstract

One of the ground coffee businesses in Kepahiang Regency is “Sintaro” operated from 2008 – Today and produces ground coffee through two material selection systems using all ground and red bean. The purpose of the present study was to estimate and analyze the revenue, value-added and marketing of the ground coffee processing which uses red bead and all grade bean.  Value added was analysed using Hayami approach while revenue and marketing were analysed decriptively.  Based on the research result, the revenue of ground coffee processing which  uses red bead was Rp2,512,351/month or profitability level of 58 % while the revenue of ground coffee processing used all grade bean was Rp3,340,409 month profitability level of 42 %. The value-added of processing red bean was Rp 9,676 /Kg with value added ratio of 62% in a single production. The value-added of processing all grade bean was Rp2,834 /Kg with value added ratio of 46% in a single production. Red bean ground coffee marketing covered Bengkulu, Palembang, and Jakarta, with distribution percentages of 62 %, 26 %, and 12%, respectively. Meanwhile, all grade ground coffee covered Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu, Lubuk Linggau and Lampung, with distribution percentages of 35 %, 28 %, 24 %, and 12 %, respectively.
