Abstract

This research was conducted at the Soppeng Police Station. The Population is all 200 Police officer, because of the large number, Slovin is used, the result is 67 respondent who are sampled with a margin of error set 10% or 0.10. Data collection methods used are direct interviews with parties involved with the problem being discussed and giving questionnaires to Police in accordance with the research conducted. Data analysis was performed using linear multiple regression analysis, T- test, F-test and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the analysis show that (1) leadership influences performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police; (2) competence influences performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police; (3) discipline that supports performance of the Police in Soppeng District Police; (4) leadership, competence, and discipline influence performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Cabang Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT Mandiri Tunas Finance Cabang Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 2.390 pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling yang berjumlah 96 pelanggan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Y = 14,820 + 1,035 dan uji t menunjukkan bahwa t hitung> dari t tabel (18,471> 1,98552) hal ini berarti Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Cabang Pekanbaru. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 78.4% sedangkan sisanya 21.6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

The research location is at the DPRD Secretariat of Soppeng Regency. The sample in this study used the census method where the entire population was sampled in the study as many as 103 employees. In conducting statistical tests using path analysis. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance through employee motivation. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance through employee work motivation at the Soppeng Regency DPRD Secretariat.

Abstract

This type of research used in this research is associative research. The research location is at PT. Surveyor Indonesia in the Pangkep Region. The sample in this study used the census method where the entire population was sampled in the study as many as 57 employees. In conducting statistical tests using path analysis. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis proses restitusi Pajak Pertambahan Nilai pada PT. Tri Star Mandiri di Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan MetodeDeskriptif Kuantitatif. Pengujian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data dengan cara Observasi dan Dokumentasi, dengan Jenis data Kuantitatif dan Sumber data Sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Tri Star Mandiri tiap tahunnya mengajukan restitusiLebih Bayar pada SPT Masa PPN, karna Faktur Pajak yang dikeluarkan diperuntukkan Bendaharawan yang memungut pajak. Dalam proses restitusi jumlah yang di ajukan tidak serta merta dikembalikan dengan 100% karna adanya ketentuan dari DJP, ataupun kesalahan dari perusahaan. Adapun hambatan yang sering dialami karna rekanan pekerjaan pihak bendarawan kurangnya memperhatikan berkas untuk lawan transaksi yang telah dipungut

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perlakuan akuntansi aset tetap pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Bupati Nomor 19 Tahun 2019. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah dekskriptif kuantitatif. Obyek penelitian Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD). Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa perlakuan akuntansi aset tetap pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) berpedoman pada Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 71 Tahun 2010 serta Peraturan Bupati Nomor 19 Tahun 2019. Artinya bahwa semua perlakuan aset tetap yang diterapkan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Aset tetap yang tercantum didalam Neraca Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) pada tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019 sudah sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (PSAP No. 07 Tentang Akuntansi Aset Tetap) masing-masing aset tetap diungkapkan dalam laporan keuangan Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) menggunakan aplikasi SIMDA.
