Abstract

Ngadiwinatan 1, Karanganyar, Borobudur, Magelang Regency is one of the craft’s areas that needs to be considered by the Government. Since the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Borobudur Temple Tourism Park has temporarily closed for visitors, so the craftsmen difficult to sell their products. The purpose of this service is optimizing digital marketing, in order to expand the market for handicrafts, as well as increasing the human resources of the IKM ‘Mandiri Bambu Craft’. The service implementation method is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) through socialization, FGD, training, and mentoring. The results are the regrouping of groups of craftsmen who are no longer active, making new craft products, the new IKM logo 'Mandiri Bambu Craft', and digital marketing development of IKM products.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the digital world and the internet has an impact on the world of marketing. One of the problems with the low competitiveness of SMEs is the limited ability of businessman in doing marketing. This community service was carried out to introduce skin cracker ‘Tiga Berlian’ products to a wider market and increase business competitiveness through the digital marketing. The method used is to provide training and assistance to SME entrepreneurs. This activity is carried out over a period of approximately 1 month. The outputs of the activities that have been carried out are the skin cracker ‘Tiga Berlian’ website, financial reports and account creation in the marketplace. The community service can provide increased partner skills regarding the concept of digital marketing and financial report management, so that they can support increased sales and increase the competitiveness of SMEs.

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga (RT) is the forefront of government services to the citizens as the RT's position is in the midst of society. Communication and information transparency are the main assets for the implementation of good governance. The covid-19 pandemic has changed a lot in human behavior. There are many restrictions to break the chain of Covid-19, for example, there are no crowds, maintain the distance, and other restrictions. Of course, this will complicate the RT's role in communicating and delivering information to residents. In addition, restrictions on social activities also force citizens not to be able to socialize freely with each other. The solution offered to solve this problem is the creation of an RT information system website which aims to facilitate communication and information transparency in the pandemic era. In addition, there is also assistance in the use of information systems to ensure that all citizens can use the information system. Based on the evaluation, the solutions offered are proven to facilitate communication and information transparency between citizens and between heads of RT and citizens in the pandemic era.

Abstract

Community service in the form of increasing the economy through Grenden tourism aims to increase public awareness by jointly building Grenden Nature Tourism to be known by public. This activity is carried out by training in human resources in managing tourism sites, training in allocating human resources, and assisting in the use of social media. The methods are mentoring and empowerment. The result of this service is that the community is quite understand to promote the tourism destination through digital marketing, the improvement of human resources quality and repairing the photo spots in Grenden tourism to increase tourist attraction.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to malnutrition in the womb. Stunting cases in Indonesia have decreased every year, but the handling in each region has not been evenly distributed, so there are still many stunting cases, especially in villages. The purpose of this service is to succeed in government programs in reducing stunting rates in Somoketro Village, Salam District, Magelang Regency and to improve community skills in innovating food manufacturing to increase nutritional intake. The service is carried out using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method which actively involves the community. The results of this service have a positive impact, namely increasing community knowledge and innovation about stunting prevention by utilizing Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA).

Abstract

The community service at SLB-C Dharma Rena Ring Putra II aims to improve students' understanding of mathematics, especially in the subject of mixed arithmetic operations using the MUTU (Mudah Berhitung) application. In their daily life, mentally retarded students at SLB-C Dharma Rena Ring Putra II are quite difficult in participating in mathematics learning, because they only rely on textbooks, so students cannot focus and the learning process is less than optimal. The service method is carried out in 3 stages, pretest-assistance-posttest. Comparison of pretest and posttest scores showed an increase in the average ability of students in understanding the material and solving mixed arithmetic operations, from 38 to 79. The results were used as a reference for mentally retarded students to improve their understanding of mixed arithmetic operations and become a reference for learning media for teachers at SLB-C Dharma Rena Ring Putra II.

Abstract

The community service aims to increase the application of social media usage as a digital marketing in order to expand market and increase sales. In addition, digitization is also disseminated on cash flow recording and implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) in the production scope. This activity was carried out on the “Semprong Nining” MSME located in Kramat Hamlet RT03/RW04, Gondang Village, Mungkid District, Magelang Regency. The method used is to educate partners about digital marketing and its application in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Tokopedia, and Whatsapp Business, as well as to promote the use of the Android-based BukuKas app and hold joint discussions about strategies that must be implemented so that MSMEs can expand their market reach even further. From the activities, Partners understand and are able to use social media as a promotional tool and the BukuKas application as a digital recorder.

Abstract

The industrial Revolution 4.0 is the integration of cyber technology, and automation, to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, accessibility to the information can be done at any-time and anywhere through the availability of internet networks. The Integrated Islamic School Ibnu Hajar is the institution that manages early childhood education school, elementary school and junior high school. It needs information systems in managing employee and student presence record. The systems development processes are consisted of pre-development, system analysis, system design, system development, system training and testing, and system implementation. The results are multimedia based on information system and the application of presence (http://sim.ibnuhajarbpn.sch.id). The employee presence system using android and web app which can be done by displaying QR and scanning QR in e-billboard or displaying QR on the laser scanner.

Abstract

In East Manggarai Regency, NTT there are still many schools that haven’t a school website. One of them is SMA Negeri 1 Poco Ranaka. The purpose of this community service is to develop a school website for SMA Negeri 1 Poco Ranaka. This school website development activity is carried out with Focused Group Discussions, presentation of materials, and website development. The results of this activity indicate that partners' understanding of the importance of the school website has increased so that the collaboration to develop school websites can be established. In addition, the developed school website prioritizes features that suit the needs of the school, both for communication purposes with stakeholders and to facilitate school promotions.

Abstract

Mangrove ecotourism in Margasari Village is a new tourism that is experiencing problems in promotion due to pandemic conditions and the promotion system is still conventional. The solution proposed by the University of Lampung community empowerment team is to promote through online media such as websites, Instagram, and Facebook. The purpose of this activity is to increase the promotion of mangrove ecotourism in Margasari Village through training in the creation and management of online media. The method of this activity is counseling and training on ecotourism promotion using online media. Some of the outcomes of this activity included the manager's understanding of the importance of promotion, as well as the benefits and opportunities of using online media to promote ecotourism. Websites, Instagram, and Facebook have been created and used for promotional media for Mangrove Ecotourism in Margasari Village.
