Abstract

Opak Gambir, or better known as the "semprong cake" community, is one of the leading commodities in the City of Small and Medium Enterprises (IKM) of Kediri. This community service program is a processed business "Opak Gambir" which is made from tapioca flour which is one of the household industries in Kediri City. The purpose of this community service program is as an effort to overcome the problems faced by partners with the following stages: 1) Making a semi-automatic production machine does not need to flip through the Opak Gambir dough and there are many molds in the machine. At present the production that is carried out still uses manual labor so that in producing it is still less efficient it requires a long time and a lot of costs, 2) Providing training and assistance to find out the efficiency of the production used. The result of this service program was to produce a semi-automatic Opak Gambir machine with an electric dynamo for production efficiency so that the business would get optimal profits. Keywords—: Production Machines; Opak Gambir; Production Efficiency.

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga (RT) is the forefront of government services to the citizens as the RT's position is in the midst of society. Communication and information transparency are the main assets for the implementation of good governance. The covid-19 pandemic has changed a lot in human behavior. There are many restrictions to break the chain of Covid-19, for example, there are no crowds, maintain the distance, and other restrictions. Of course, this will complicate the RT's role in communicating and delivering information to residents. In addition, restrictions on social activities also force citizens not to be able to socialize freely with each other. The solution offered to solve this problem is the creation of an RT information system website which aims to facilitate communication and information transparency in the pandemic era. In addition, there is also assistance in the use of information systems to ensure that all citizens can use the information system. Based on the evaluation, the solutions offered are proven to facilitate communication and information transparency between citizens and between heads of RT and citizens in the pandemic era.

Abstract

MSME Dele Jaya is a soy milk producer in Kediri. Because MSME Dele Jaya only has a soybean grinding equipment, the soy milk boiling process has be done separately. Offline sales are still done by entrusting the product to shops, vegetable vendors, sales and resellers. The adoption of appropriate technology, such as semi-automatic 2in1 machines and web markets, is thought to aid ease work and save time. Preparation, design, fabrication of essential technologies, and mentoring in theory and practice are all part of this community service. Currently, MSME Dele Jaya has a soy milk processing equipment, a web market place www.delejaya.com, and greater skills in managing the transferred technology.

Abstract

The Permana International English Program (PIEP) is one of the learning institutions in the city of Pare, Kediri which was just established in 2021. The pandemic condition due to the Covid19 virus has hampered the institution's promotional activities. The existence of a website  and social media can be used as a means of marketing. Managing the content of a website  can give customers trust, make the agency look more professional, and can attract new customers. This community service activity aims to provide website  management training and help produce more interesting website  content. The stages carried out in this community service activity are conducting discussions with partners, helping to prepare interesting website  content, and conducting content management training for PIEP as partners. The results of service activities are in the form of developing a website  for PIEP that can be accessed from anywhere and has interesting content. The website  that has been developed has been tested and can run well. It also been advertised using the Google Ads service. Website  Traffic  visitor shows an increase in visits during one month of installation on Google Ads.

Abstract

Usaha pembuatan telur asin memiliki pasar kuliner yang bagus Indonesia. Salah satu UMKM pembuatan telur asin dari Kediri, Indonesia adalah “Telur Asin Berkah”. UMKM ini dapat memasak 3000-5000 biji telur dalam satu kali perendaman. Selain diperjualbelikan ke warung-warung, telur asin juga ditawarkan melalui status WhatsApp. Selama melakukan produksi dan pemasaran, UMKM ini mengalami beberapa kendala antara lain belum memiliki logo untuk branding kuat, pengemasan masih sederhana, dan pemasaran online yang sebatas menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian masyarakat ini menawarkan sejumlah solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yakni membuatkan logo sebagai upaya menaikkan branding awarness, memperbaiki proses pengemasan, dan memperluas pemasaran online menggunakan e-commerce dan sosial media. Tahapan kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi persiapan dan diskusi dengan mitra, membuatkan logo, memperbaiki tampilan pengemasan, membuat akun ecommerce dan sosial media, pelatihan foto produk dan pengelolaan ecommerce/sosial media, dan pendampingan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra tentang teknik pemasaran online dan meluasnya target pasar dari UMKM “Telur Asin Berkah”.
