EKOMABIS: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen Bisnis is a journal published twice a year (January and July) by LPPM Universitas Pelita Bangsa that focused on economics, management, and Business Studies. The aim of the journals is to disseminate the research in management studies that include marketing, finance, production, human resources, and strategic management. This journal did not give limitations on research methods, both of quantitative and qualitative can be accepted and the data from primary, secondary, and literature review. The decision for acceptance depends on double-blind review results.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Promosi Penjualan Dan Kualitas Layanan dalam Mempengaruhi Minat Beli Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen RH-Mart. Penelitian akan dilakukan di RH-Mart berlokasi di Jl. Babakan Indah RT02 RW15 Des. Ciangsana, Kec. Gunung Putri Bogor, Jawa Barat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 konsumen ditentukan dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Penelitian menghasilkan; 1) Promosi penjualan memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap minat beli; 2) Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Minat Beli; 3) Minat beli memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Loyalitas; 4) Promosi penjualan melalui minat beli tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas; 5) Kualitas Layanan melalui Minat Beli berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Loyalitas. The purpose of the study was to determine Sales Promotion and Service Quality in Influencing Buying Interest and Its Impact on Consumer Loyalty. The research will be conducted at RH-Mart located on Jl. Babakan Indah RT02 RW15 Dec. Ciangsana, Gunung Putri District, Bogor. A study sample of 50 consumers was determined by the Simple Random Sampling method. The questionnaire result data was analyzed using Smart PLS software. The research data was analyzed using Smart PLS software. Research produces; 1) Sales Promotion has a positive influence on Buying Interest; 2) Service Quality has a positive influence on Buying Interest; 3) Buying Interest has a positive influence on Loyalty; 4) Sales promotion through buying Iinterest has no effect on Loyalty; 5) Quality of Service through Buying Interest has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada produktivitas di unit usaha koperasi, Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya,Norma dan jaringan terhadap Kepercayaan Anggota pada unit usaha koperasi. Penelitiaan ini menggunakan sampel yang dipilih secara acak yang terdiri dari 30 Anggota pada unit usaha koperasi di daerah kecamatan jati asih,Bekasi,Jawa Barat. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 M3, setelah melalui proses penyebaran kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Budaya dan Norma memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan anggota di masa krisis. Kedua faktor ini sangat penting karena Budaya dan Norma memberikan kemampuan bagi pelaku usaha untuk tetap bertahan di masa krisis. Selain itu, pelaku usaha juga sebaiknya melakukan improvisasi atas produknya di masa krisis untuk menjaga kelancaran arus kas keuangan. The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on productivity in cooperative business units, this research aims to analyze the influence of Culture, Norms and networks on membersTrust in cooperative business units. This research uses a randomly selected sample consisting of 30 members at cooperative business units in jati asih sub-district, Bekasi, West Java. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 M3, after going through the process of spreading questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results of the study found that the influence of Culture and Norms has a significant influence on members trust in times of crisis. Both of these factors are very important because Culture and Norms provide the ability for business actors to stay afloat in times of crisis. In addition, business actors should also improvise their products in times of crisis to maintain smooth financial cash flow.

Abstract

Di situasi saat ini dimana era pandemic operasional perusahaan berjalan dengan kekuatan organisasi dengan para pelaku manajemen yang berpikir keras bagaimana mengelola permintaan serta kebutuhan dan memasok kebutuhan kepada para pelanggannya. Penulisan artikel ini membahas tentang pengelolaan manajemen perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode peramalan permintaan dalam memenuhi permintaan para intermiten produk suku cadang pada sebuah perusahaan otomotif, dengan sebuah penelitian permintaan intermiten perusahaan yang menunjukkan pola fluktuatif, adanya permintaan dalam jangka waktu tertentu, dan penelitian ini menguji 2 metode peramalan dalam memprediksi permintaan suku cadang yaitu metode Metode ABC, Simple Exponential Smoothing (SES) dan Moving Average Exponential Smoothing dengan menggunakan data permintaan 2017-2020 untuk meramalkan permintaan pada tahun 2021. Kinerja metode peramalan ditentukan berdasarkan mean squared error, dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Simple Exponential Smoothing memiliki performansi yang paling baik. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan dan memilih metode peramalan terbaik untuk memprediksi kebutuhan dan permintaan kebutuhan suku cadang perusahaan. In the current situation where the pandemic era has caused many companies to experience crises, the company's operational activities are carried out with organizational strength that makes management actors think hard in managing the needs and supplying the needs of their customers. This study discusses the management of the company by using the demand forecasting method in meeting the demand for intermittent spare parts products in an automotive company. In this study, the company's intermittent demand trend shows a fluctuating pattern with demand within a certain period of time. This study examines 2 forecasting methods in predicting the demand for spare parts, namely ABC analysis, the Simple Exponential Smoothing (SES) method and the Moving Average Exponential Smoothing using 2017-2020 demand data to forecast demand in 2021. The performance of the forecasting method is determined based on the mean squared error, and the research results This shows that the use of the Simple Exponential Smoothing method has the best performance. The main purpose of this study is to compare and choose the best forecasting method to predict the needs and demands of the company's spare parts needs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh mediasi Nilai Perusahaan pada Return On Asset dan Earning Per Share terhadap Harga Saham. Populasi penelitian ini Perusahaan Sektor Pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2016-2021. Pemilihan sample secara purpusive menndapatkan lima belas perusahaan. Earning per Share berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan tetapi Return on asset tidak berpengaruh. Nilai perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Nilai Perusahaan tidak memediasi Return On Asset dan Earning Per Share terhadap Harga Saham. This study aims to determine the effect of Company Value mediation on Return On Assets and Earnings Per Share on Share Price. The population of this study is Agricultural Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016-2021. Purpusive sample selection got fifteen companies. Earnings per Share affect Company Value but Return on assets has no effect. Company value affects Share Price. Company Value does not mediate Return On Assets and Earnings Per Share against Share Price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bukti fisik, daya tanggap dan empati dalam mempengaruhi kepuasaan konsumen studio Shutterkeep Photography Cileungsi. Penelitian di Shutterkeep Photography yang berlokasi di Jl. Cileungsi-Setu Pasir Angin, Kec Cileungsi, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 83 konsumen sebagai sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensi diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.0 for windows. Bukti fisik tidak mempengaruhi kepuasaan konsumen sedangkan daya tanggap dan empati positi dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. This study aims to determine physical evidence, responsiveness and empathy in influencing consumer satisfaction of Shutterkeep Photography Cileungsi studio. Research at Shutterkeep Photography located on Jl. Cileungsi-Setu Pasir Angin, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency, West Java by distributing questionnaires to 83 consumers as samples. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inference analysis processed using SPSS program version 22.0 for windows. Physical evidence does not affect consumer satisfaction while responsiveness and empathy affect consumer satisfaction.

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelayanan Online dan Fasilitas Pembelajaran online Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan di Gunung Puteri, Bogor selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan jalan meneybar kuesioner kepada 83 mahasiswa dari total populasi 465. Data penelitian merupakan hasil kuesioner online yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 16 dengan metode analisis regresilinier ganda. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa pelayanan online dan fasilitas pembelajaran online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. This study is to determine the Effect of Online Services and Online Learning Facilities on Student Satisfaction. The study was conducted in Gunung Puteri, Bogor during the COVID-19 pandemic by distributing questionnaires to 83 students from a total population of 465. The research data was the result of an online questionnaire which was then processed using SPSS version 16 with multiple regression analysis methods. This research resulted in findings that online services and online learning facilities have a significant effect on student satisfaction.

Abstract

Demand Forecasting (peramalan) merupakan isu yang krusial untuk menjalankan management operasi yang efisien, hal ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan stok, mengurangi biaya, meningkatkan penjualan, laba, dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Berikut merupakan studi kasus pada perusahaan bergerak di bidang manufaktur khususnya di komponen suku cadang (spareparts) yang mana kebutuhan pasar tidak menentu dan tingginya nilai inventory di perusahaan tersebut. Metode forecast yang digunakan oleh perusahaan manufaktur adalah metode likelihood function dengan perhitungan yang sudah dijalankan sejak lama, penulis membandingkan dengan 2 metode yang lain yaitu metode moving average dan metode naif, hasilnya nilai Deviasi Rata-Rata Absolut (MAD) yang paling kecil adalah hasil dengan menggunakan metode moving average forecast. Demand Forecasting (Prediction) is a crucial issue to run efficient operations management, it aims to optimize stock, reduce costs, increase sales, profit, and increase customer loyalty. The following is a case study on manufacturing company, especially in spare parts components where market needs are uncertain and high inventory value in the manufacturing company. The forecast method used by manufacturing companya is the likelihood function method with calculations that have been carried out for a long time, the author compares with 2 other methods, namely the moving average method and the naive method, the result is that the smallest Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) value is the result with using the moving average forecast method.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze digital marketing strategy on Instagram among local brand fashion in Indonesia by assessing the content marketing and consumer engagement to build competitive advantages. This research is using content analysis method. A content analysis of 196 social media posts was conducted from the Instagram accounts of 2 local brand fashions in Indonesia during two months between December 2020 and January 2021. The data collected from each social media post generated by those brands were coded and analyzed in terms of their marketing content and consumer engagement. This research found that brand, product information, photo, and consumer appreciation were frequently appearing and effective for informative marketing content. Meanwhile, conversations about brand and product which are consist of quality, emotion, relations, and services were the frequently appearing topics in the comment column and its effective for consumer engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi digital marketing Instagram di kalangan brand fashion lokal di Indonesia dengan mengkaji content marketing dan consumer engagement untuk membangun keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi. Peneliit melakukan analisis konten terhadap 196 postingan media sosial dilakukan dari akun Instagram 2 merek fashion lokal di Indonesia selama dua bulan antara Desember 2020 dan Januari 2021. Data yang dikumpulkan dari setiap postingan media sosial yang dihasilkan oleh merek-merek tersebut diberi kode dan dianalisis dalam bentuk konten pemasaran dan keterlibatan konsumen mereka. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa merek, informasi produk, foto, dan apresiasi konsumen sering muncul dan efektif untuk konten pemasaran yang informatif. Sedangkan perbincangan tentang merek dan produk yang terdiri dari kualitas, emosi, relasi, dan layanan menjadi topik yang sering muncul di kolom komentar dan efektif untuk keterlibatan konsumen. Tulisan ini memiliki keterbatasan, hanya terfokus pada Instagram.

Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang diproksi melalui current ratio (CR), return on aset (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), dan total aset turn over (TATO) terhadap Return Saham perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu semua perusahaan LQ45 tahun 2019 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear ganda. Current ratio berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Return on assets, debt to equity ratio dan total assets turn over tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Research to determine the effect of financial performance proxied through current ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), and total asset turn over (TATO) on the Return of LQ45 company shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study used saturated sampling, namely all LQ45 companies in 2019 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The current ratio affects stock returns. Return on assets, debt to equity ratio and total assets turn over have no effect on stock returns.
