Abstract

Breast milk is the best food for babies. Breastfeeding is carried out exclusively during the first 6 months of life, but in giving it, there are several factors that can influence it. The purpose of the study was to determine how the effect of milk advertising and family income on exclusive breastfeeding. This study used a cross sectional approach, the sample of this study were mothers who had babies aged 0-24 months. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 150 respondents. The results of the study of 150 respondents, seen from the milk advertising factor, 50.6% were interested in milk advertising (p = 0.020). Meanwhile, viewed from the income factor, 61.3% have income < UMK (p = 0.995). Conclusion: there is an effect of formula milk advertising on exclusive breastfeeding, but there is no effect of family income on exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Menurut WHO 810 wanita meninggal setiap hari karena Preeklampsia dan Eklampsia (2020). Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian preeklampsia pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja RSI Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat. Metode penelitian deskriptif korelasional, jumlah sampel 55 orang ibu hamil. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan disain penelitian cross sectional. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Penelitian dilakukan di RSI Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat bulan Maret-Agustus 2021.Angka kejadian Preeklampsia sebesar 47,3%. ibu hamil yang memiliki paritas berisiko 52,7%, status nutrisi berisiko 47,3%, memiliki riwayat hipertensi 49,1%, kebiasaan pola makan tidak sehat 61,8%, ibu tidak melakukan aktivitas fisik 61,8%, ibu yang terpapar asap rokok 63,6%, mengalami stres 60,0%. Hasil analisa bivariat ada hubungan preeklampsia dengan paritas (p=0,002), tidak ada hubungan preeklampsia dengan status nutrisi (p=0,083), ada hubungan preeklampsia dengan riwayat hipertensi (p=0,001), ada hubungan kebiasaan pola makan dengan preeklampsia (p=0,003), tidak ada hubungan preeklampsia dengan aktivitas fisik (p=1,000), ada hubungan preeklampsia dengan paparan asap rokok (p=0,003) dan ada hubungan stres dengan preeklampsia (p=0,004). Saran untuk rumah sakit agar memotivasi ibu untuk pemeriksaan ANC, tekanan darah, cek urin dan melakukan konseling tentang preeklampsia, agar menghindari hal-hal yang dapat menyebabkan preeklampsia. Abstract

A Family planning is an effort to regulate the number and distance of desired children through several ways to prevent/delay pregnancy in the work area of ​​the Lamasi Health Center. Several factors are thought to affect the high level of Unmet Need for Family Planning, including education, knowledge and income. , education and income in family planning participation at PUS in the working area of ​​the Lamasi Health Center. This type of research is descriptive analytic research by analyzing the description of a study. The population of this study were all PUS in the working area of ​​the Lamasi Health Center. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 128 respondents in the working area of ​​the Lamasi Health Center. Data were collected by interview based on questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using SPSS program. The test used to determine the existence of a relationship using the chi square test with the results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the level of education and family planning participation at PUS with a p value of 0.000 (< 0.05).

Abstract

Permasalahan pada remaja diIndonesia makin memprihatinkan. Karena kurangny apengetahuan reproduksi dan seksual yang benar, membuat banyak remaja sudah aktif melakukan hubungan seksual pranikah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi Melalui Media Video Terhadap Remaja Laki-Laki Tentang Dampak Seks Bebas di SMK Humaniora Kabupaten Kerinci Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen dengan bentuk rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Humaniora berjumlah 64 siswa, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling terdiri dari 20 orang siswa SMK Humaniora. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dengan rata-rata 32,30, rata-rata setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi adalah 44,45 dan ujistatistik didapatan p-value sebesar 0,005 yang artinya Ha diterima. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi tentang dampak seks bebas di SMK Humaniora Kabupaten Kerinci Tahun 2020. Diharakan siswa dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi terutama tentang seks bebas.

Abstract

Breast milk is the best food for babies in the first 0-6 months of life. The nutritional needs of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals can all be fulfilled from breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by many factors including work and education. This study aims to determine the effect of work and education on exclusive breastfeeding at the Bulili Health Center, Palu City. This research is a descriptive correlative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 6-24 months in the working area of ​​the Bulili Health Center. The sample of this research is 150 people, the sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this research is univariate and crosstab analysis. The results showed that of the 150 respondents, judging from the occupation, 57.3% of working and non-working mothers/IRT 42.7%, (p= 0.826). When viewed from the education factor, it was found that 34.7% had basic education, 30.7% had secondary education and 34.7% had higher education (p: 0.555). The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is no effect of work and education on exclusive breastfeeding at the Bulili Health Center, Palu City.
