Abstract

Oemah Djari Kitchen Salatiga merupakan usah perhotelan yang juga mengembangkan restoran, didirikan pada tahun 2017 di Salatiga dengan konsep restoran dan bar yang menawarkan makanan khas tradisional, masakan timur dan sedikit makanan barat. Dalam melakukan proses bisnisnya Oemah Djari Kitchen Salatiga, belum menerapkan SI/TI secara optimal dalam bisnisnya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi untuk menghasilkan renstra yang efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan Ward and Peppard yang akan menghasilkan portofolio aplikasi yang bermanfaat bagi perusaaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu Oemah Djari Kitchen Salatiga mengoptimalkan penerapan SI/TI dalam proses bisnisnya. Pemodelan bisnis menggunakan SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), Value Chain, Five Forces Model dan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Output yang akan dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah portfolio aplikasi yang dapat diterapkan dalam kurun waktu dua tahun.

Abstract

The application of this information technology has been carried out in government agencies. BPKP together with the Ministry of Home Affairs developed the Village Financial System Application. One that has implemented this application is a village in Gunung Megang District, Muara Enim Regency. This system makes it easier for the village government to make village budgets, bookkeeping and financial reporting to the central government, in order to oversee the transparency of village financial reporting and the use of policies in the use of village budgets. To see the quality of this application service to users, namely Staff perangkat desa, it is necessary to evaluate user satisfaction. This research activity was carried out using the Webqual 4.0 method because this method has been used by several researchers and they concluded that this method provides results that are always valid with a description of which variables have an effect on user satisfaction. This method has 4 variables, namely usability, information quality, service interaction and Overall Impression. Based on the evaluation results with 35 respondents and 15 questions using validity testing, the correlation value for each question item is greater than r table, while in reliability testing Cronbach's alpha is 0.971 and in testing based on the Likert scale range it is stated that the level of satisfaction of SISKEUDES users is in good category

Abstract

Mister Pithik is a small and medium business engaged in the food business in the form of rice bowls which is quite well known in Salatiga and Ambarawa. Currently, Mister Pithik has experienced many developments in his business, but in his business processes, Mister Pithik has not implemented systems and information technology as a whole and is still applying manual methods in the work process, such as recording sales, cashiers, and bookkeeping, so the work process is not effective. and frequent errors in processing business data. Therefore, it is necessary to have the right IS/IT strategic planning to meet the business needs of Mister Pithik to support existing business processes to be more effective and efficient. This research was conducted using the Ward and Peppard method which consists of several stages of analysis, namely Value Chain analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, and internal and external analysis from Mister Pithik. The results of this study are strategic recommendations from the results of the analysis of the internal and external business environment which are compiled and mapped using the McFarlan Strategic Grid, accompanied by gap analysis and implementation plans for the next few years.

Abstract

Perumahan Green Kedaton adalah sebuah kompleks perumahan yang terletak di Desa Bantengan Wugu, Kabupaten Madiun, dengan total 200 rumah, dan saat ini dihuni hingga 100 kepala keluarga. Dalam kegiatannya sehari-hari, warga di lingkungan Perumahan Kedaton Hijau memiliki beberapa sumber dana yang berasal dari iuran masyarakat, antara lain Dana Kas Arisan, Dana Kas Jimpitan, dan Dana Kas Pengelolaan Sampah. Hingga saat ini pengelolaannya masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku catatan. Untuk membantu pengelolaan dana kas dapat digunakan Teknologi Informasi. Sistem berbasis komputer yang dapat menyimpan data keuangan kas juga dapat mempermudah seorang pengelola kas untuk melaporkan keadaan kas secara bulanan. Pada penelitian ini dibangun Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan keuangan warga berbasis teknologi informasi di Perumahan Green Kedaton Kabupaten Madiun. Pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen kas keuangan ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Proses Waterfall meliputi analisis, desain sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, dan manajemen. Sistem informasi manajemen keuangan juga telah diuji dengan metode Blackbox dengan tingkat keberhasilan sistem 100%.

Abstract

In the current era of information development, companies are required to be able to innovate and compete with other companies. The sales process at the Salatiga Hydroponic Bale currently utilizes simple but not optimal information technology. Thus, IS/IT Strategic Planning was made to analyze internal and external business and determine IS/IT strategies for selling organic and hydroponic vegetables at Bale Hydroponics Salatiga to make it more profitable in the future. Data collection in this study used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is the Ward and Peppard method with analysis tools namely Value Chain, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), McFarlan Strategic Grid. This research produces an IS/IT proposal which is mapped using the McFarlan Strategic Grid and produces an output in the form of recommendations for the company from the analysis of the IS/IT internal and external business environment within the company.
