Abstract

The efforts to improve nutritional status for the human resources development must be started as early as possible, one of the things that can be done to improve nutrition status is the fulfillment of balanced nutrition in the period of 1000 first days of life (1000 HPK). This study aims to know the acceptability and the change of knowledge about 1000 HPK of brides at KUA Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta by using the "My1000Days" application. The method that used in this study is Research and Development (R&D). There are 5 stages carried out in this study, namely: (1) needs analysis, (2) application product development, (3) feasibility testing by experts, (4) small-scale trials, (5) large-scale trials. The design used in this study was pre-experimental design with one group pre-post test design. The research samples were 40 brides. The results show that the acceptability of application by experts is 83% and the acceptability of application by brides is 95.7% which is categorized very well. Media feasible test get an n-gain value of 0.77 which is categorized as high and the results of the Paired t-test obtained a p value of 0.000 (p <0.5) which indicates knowledge difference before and after using the application. For this reason, it is necessary to further develop existing features to increase the knowledge regarding 1000 HPK of brides registered in KUA . Abstract

Sumatran Merangin Robusta Coffee has a plant area currently reaching 11,002 hectares. Coffee farming is one of the main livelihoods of the population in three districts, namely Jangkat, Sungai Tenang and Lembah Masurai sub-districts. The development of coffee commodities is very important in order to increase productivity and competitiveness. Regional government political support through various regulations aimed at creating various forms of convenience for agribusiness activities which are expected to boost commodity competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a policy strategy for the development of regional superior commodities, especially coffee, so that in the future the development of the coffee commodity can be more developed and product competitiveness is more competitive. This study aims, to describe the existing conditions of robusta coffee farming, and the strategy and design of the Robusta Coffee Farming Development program in Merangin Regency, the development of robusta coffee in Merangin Regency. The method used in this research is SWOT analysis and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The results show that the majority of robusta coffee farmers in Merangin Regency are of productive age, most of whom have their own land with an area of ​​1 to 3 hectares. The market structure that is formed is an imperfect competitive market. Then the strategy for the development of robusta coffee farming in Merangin Regency is through the downstreaming of robusta coffee farming so that it can increase the added value of coffee-based products, improve farming technical skills to improve the quality of processed products based on robusta coffee and empower members and farmer groups. The priority of designing a robusta coffee development program in Merangin Regency is directed at increasing the capacity of robusta coffee farmers to be able to face competition, developing access to coffee marketing through product promotion, growing investor interest in and outside the region to develop downstream coffee-based products and building supporting infrastructure at centers. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify the principal's perspective on student academic achievement and the strategies carried out in the principal's transformational leadership to improve student academic achievement.This research conducted by qualitative research with research subjects from the principal, vice principal, teachers and students. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, documentation and observation studies. Test the validity of the data used source triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis.The results indicated that the principal had a goal to improve student academic achievement. Student academic achievement is focused on increasing national exam scores and the number of graduates entering tertiary institutions. The principal conducts a number of strategies to improve student academic achievement, including: conducting joint evaluations with school stakeholders to help shape the vision and mission of the school, the principal facilitating the teacher to attend workshops and training, the principal prepares an IT (Information and Technology) consultant or laboratory assistant to help teachers implement internet-based learning, principals provide opportunities for teachers to become resource persons at workshops or training, principals make regulations for teachers to play an active role in MGMP (Subject Teachers' Consultation), Principals involve parents in the process of formulating tutoring and evaluation of learning outcomes, principals collaborate with various figures and experts in various fields to be a resource in a cultural workshop program, Hold a tutoring program at the 0th hour for grade 11, tutoring class 12, tutoring on Saturdays, giving In the form of a free learning program, the school principal addresses the administrative problems of teachers through the MGMP, and the school principal conducts an evaluation workshop every semester. Abstract

Accreditation is one of the governments to improve the quality of education. Likewise, to ensure the quality of education at the PAUD and PNF levels, the government held an accreditation program. However, it still has issues that need to be resolved. This study aims to identify and describe the problems of accreditation and quality mapping in the Education Office of Kulonprogo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Based on the results of this research, in mapping the quality of accreditation in PAUD and PNF in Kulonprogo Regency, the first activity carried out was to conduct a quality mapping analysis of each institution. And the results show that the average standard kindergarten, KB, Pos PAUD, LPK and PKBM institutions that must be supervised strictly is the standard of financing. After conducting the analysis, a workshop was conducted with the Dikpora and all PAUD and PNF heads. Keywords: Quality mapping, accreditation, PAUD, PNF.

Abstract

Analisis Kontribusi Pendapatan Asli Daerah Dan Dana Perimbangan Pada Belanja Modal Di Kota Mojokerto. Bagaimana Analisis Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Perimbangan pada Belanja Modal?Bagaimana Kontribusi Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Perimbangan dan Belanja Modal? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui analisis pendapatan asli daerah, dana perimbangan pada belanja modal 2. Untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan asli daerah, dana perimbangan dan belanja modal. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Mojokerto berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam tahun anggaran 2014 sampai 2019 masih banyak yang kurang dari kriteria. Dari tahun ke tahun realisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah terus mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Namun presentase anggaran dan realisasi PAD terus mengalami penurunan yang signifikan pada tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2019. Sedangkan realisasi dana perimbangan tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2019 selalu meningkat dan mengalami fluktuasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the role of the school library in supporting the learning process at SMPIT Salman Alfarisi Sleman DIY and to describe and know the library facilities at SMPIT Salman Alfarisi Sleman DIY. This research is descriptive research. Data collection techniques used in this research are through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The subjects of this research are library staff, school principals, teachers and students of SMPIT Salman Alfarisi Sleman DIY. The data analysis technique used descriptive data analysis, through the stages namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that; (1) The library facilities of SMPIT Salman Alfarisi Sleman DIY are very narrow rooms, the storage places for the collections are not regular, the room lighting is also not bright, the library room also does not have air ventilation, adding to the library getting darker and infrastructure in the library, namely 2 large bookshelves, 2 small bookshelves, 5 reading chairs, 1 cupboard, 1 magazine rack, 1 desk and chair for library staff, (2) The role of school libraries in supporting the learning process at SMPIT Salman Alfarisi Sleman DIY, the supporting aspects are book collections , the 2013 curriculum book collection available is 44% of the total, loan services that are carried out openly, not computerized and student visits to the library every day are between 5-10 people, then one library staff is in charge of providing services and managing and book collection management is done by making put the inventory number, label it, stamp the school.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah membawa dunia modern dalam kepanikan yang dengan cepat mengubah tatanan sosial, ekonomi, politik, dan budaya masyarakat. Hal ini mendorong pemerintah melakukan redefinisi terhadap perubahan dalam pola kerja kebijakan dan pelayanan publik. Kantor Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Timur ikut terimbas kondisi yang dinamis tersebut. Artikel ini bertujuan membahas tentang bagaimana dampak perubahan yang terjadi pada cara kerja birokrasi dan pelayanan publik setelah adanya Covid-19 di kantor Kementerian Agama Provinsi jawa Timur. Teori yang digunakan adalah konsep New Public Service yang menggariskan tentang pentingnya birokrasi fleksibel terhadap perubahan sosial di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Timur bersikap tangkas dan adaptif terhadap perubahan kondisi sosial yang ada. Sikap tangkas merujuk pada kelincahan dalam merespon pandemi, sedangkan pola adaptif mengacu pada perubahan di tingkat sistem di seluruh unit. Perubahan kebijakan yang cukup progresif dalam kurun waktu yang singkat menggambarkan respon yang tanggap dalam menyikapi situasi krisis. Perubahan yang dimaksud antara lain adanya mekanisme Work From Home (WFH) dan Work From Office (WFO) dalam kondisi tertentu sesuai zona wilayah. Kajian ini diharapkan bisa menambah khazanah penelitian di bidang birokrasi, pelayanan publik, dan perubahan masyarakat di era pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas tentang tren pemberitaan Covid-19 yang berkenaan dengan pemerintah provinsi Jawa Timur di media online. Tren yang dimaksud adalah muatan berita, narasumber berita, dan topik pemberitaan. Teori yang digunakan adalah komunikasi kehumasan dalam cakupan komunikasi publik. Teori tersebut dipakai untuk melihat bagaimana posisi pemerintah provinsi Jawa Timur pada pemberitaan-pemberitaan di media online. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan perspektif analisis konten audit komunikasi. Data yang teliti berasal artikel berita dari media online www.detik.com, sebagai representasi media nasional, dan www.beritajatim.com, sebagai representasi media lokal Jawa Timur. Berita-berita yang diteliti adalah yang terbit pada rentang Maret hingga November 2020, tiap bulan dipilih empat berita dari www.detik.com dan empat berita dari www.beritajatim.com sebagai sample, sehingga total ada 72 berita yang diteliti. Hasil dari kajian ini, pertama, dari sejumlah 72 berita, sebagian besar atau 29 berita bermuatan positif. Disusul 24 berita bermuatan netral dan 19 berita bermuatan negatif. Kedua, dari sejumlah 72 berita, sebagian besar atau 28 berita (39 persen) memakai narasumber utama dari pihak Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur, disusul 19 berita yang narasumbernya dari kalangan masyarakat, 9 berita dari kalangan Pemerintah Daerah, 7 dari kepolisian, 6 dari pemerintah pusat, dan 3 dari lembaga negara. Dari sejumlah 72 berita, sebagian memiliki topik tentang kampanye melawan Covid-19 sebanyak 16 berita sama dengan berita tentang inovasi penanganan Covid-19 yang banyaknya 16 berita. Disusul berita tentang bidang-bidang lain terdampak Covid-19 sebanyak 12 berita, kondisi pasien 11 berita, dan urgensi penambahan fasilitas rumah sakit 5 berita. Kajian ini diharapkan bisa menambah khazanah penelitian di bidang ilmu komunikasi kehumasan, komunikasi publik, dan tren media online.

Abstract

Aksara Incung Kerinci merupakan bukti kecerdasan peradaban suku Kerinci pada zamannya. Aksara ini menjadi media komunikasi suku Kerinci sejak abad ke-13. Kumpulan naskahnya menjadi naskah kuno yang bernilai budaya tinggi dengan makna kearifan lokal tak ternilai. Sebagai sub sistem budaya, aksara incung menjadi inspirasi seniman lokal, khususnya pembatik dalam corak desain motif batik, baik teknik cap maupun tulis. Latar belakang penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan motif aksara incung kerinci pada motif batik serta proses terciptanya ide motif batik tersebut. Tahapan penentuan corak dan motif batik dimulai dengan menentukan konsep dan inspirasi dari alam kerinci dan bentuk aksara incung yang dielaborasi menjadi bentuk-bentuk motif batik yang menarik secara visual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa narasumber, dokumentasi dan visualisasi motif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan fokus pada motif batik di Kabupaten Kerinci dan Kota Sungai Penuh. Aksara Incung Kerinci yang sarat dengan makna kearifan lokal dituangkan pada motif batik. Cara ini melahirkan banyak varian motif batik yang sesuai dengan konteks lokal maupun zaman masyarakat Kerinci. Sehingga pembatik kerinci dapat terus berkreasi dengan ragam corak baik nuansa tradisional maupun kontemporer guna meminimalisir kejenuhan konsumen.

Abstract

So far, the culture of civil servants is still at issue especially supported by personalities that are in the public spotlight in providing services to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of a person's personality through Big Culture, Organizational Culture Overview and Balitbangda Employee Performance in Jambi Province and determine the relationship of influence between big five personality and organizational culture on employee performance both simultaneously and partially and to test organizational culture as a moderating variable on the influence Big five personality on performance. This study uses survey research techniques, census sampling techniques that are all Balitbangda employees as samples and data analysis is done descriptively and perivikatip. Descriptively describe the variables studied from the variables without testing. Perivikatip examine the relationship of influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of data processing indicate that descriptively Big Five Personality, organizational culture and performance are in the quite good category. The perivikatip test shows that there is a significant significant influence on the Big Five Personality of organizational culture and has a positive relationship. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance, Big Five Personality has a positive and significant influence on performance. There is a significant mediating effect of the interaction of the Big Five Personality and Organizational Culture on the influence of the Big Five Personality on the Performance of Balitbangda Jambi Province Employees
