Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the relationship between independent variables, namely; product development (X1) and service quality (X2) with the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y) PT. Adhi Karya Jakarta, both individually and collectively. The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of five answer choices. Analysis of quantitative data using two methods of analysis, namely by using frequency distribution tables and by using correlation and regression tests. In this study, there are three main conclusions, namely (1) There is a positive relationship between product development and customer satisfaction. PT. Adhi Karya Jakarta. This means that the better the product development according to the customer, the higher the customer satisfaction. Vice versa, product development is an important variable that needs to be considered in predicting customer satisfaction. (2) There is a positive relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. PT. Adhi Karya Jakarta. This means that the higher the quality of service received by consumers, the higher customer satisfaction. Vice versa, service quality is an important variable that needs to be considered in predicting customer satisfaction. (3) There is a positive relationship between product development and service quality together with customer satisfaction of PT. Adhi Karya Jakarta concludes that the better the product development according to the customer and the higher the quality of service received by the customer, the higher the customer satisfaction. Conversely, the less good product development according to customers and the lower the quality of service received by customers, the lower customer satisfaction. This condition indicates that product development and service quality are two important variables that need to be considered in explaining increased customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, location, facilities and promotions on consumer satisfaction at Villa Pertiwi housing either partially or simultaneously. Data collection using interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Work on data analysis methods using the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows software. This study used a sample of 40 employees who were drawn using census techniques. The results of the research based on the test simultaneously (F test) show that simultaneously (simultaneously) price (X1), location (X2) facilities (X3) and promotion (X4) have an effect on customer satisfaction (Y) Housing Villa Pertiwi, where the value of Fcount (477,687) > Ftable (2.63) with a probability of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at Villa Pertiwi Housing where tcount (6.149) > ttable (1.689) with a probability of 0.000 < 0.05; location (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) Housing Villa Pertiwi., where the value of tcount (8.728) > ttable (1.689) with a probability of 0.000 < 0.05; Facility (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) in Villa Pertiwi Housing, where the value of tcount (21.980) > ttable (1.689) with a probability of 0.001 < 0.05. promotion (X4) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) in Villa Pertiwi Housing, where the value of tcount (2.095) > ttable (1.689) with a probability of 0.001 < 0.05. The value of Adjusted R Square shows that customer satisfaction can be explained by price, location, facilities and promotions, while the remaining 2.0% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, taste and promotion on consumer satisfaction at Mbak Siti's restaurant in Sosopan Village, Kotapinang District, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination and this data is processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 program. Hypothesis test results show that partially the product (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for product quality is tcount 0.009> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.993 <0.05. Hagra (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for price is tcount 2.273> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.32 <0.05. Taste (X3) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for taste is tcount 0.541> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.593 <0.05. Promotion (X4) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for promotion is tcount 6.794> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The value of Ftable in the 4: 26 distribution is 2.74, so based on table 4.14 it can be seen that the Fcount value is 36.656> 2.70, and a significant value is 0.000 <0.05, this shows that simultaneously the Independent Variable has a positive and significant effect on the Dependent Variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility moderate the relationship of Value-Based Management with the corporate equity. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the year 2019 to 2020. Purposive sampling method was used to determine samples and 103 observations were obtained. The statistical analysis which was done included the classic assumption test and goodness of fit test. Testing the influence of moderating variables in this research hypothesis was conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) which is a special application of multiple linear regressions. Based on the research results and their discussions, it can be concluded that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility is not proven significantly as a moderating variable of the relationship between the Value-Based Management with the corporate equity. It is indicated that way because investors do not need to look at the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility anymore which has no longer been a voluntary but a mandatory. Using Value-based Management as an indicator which is measured by the Economic Value Added, the investor does not consider the corporate social responsibility in making investment decisions. This is consistent with the concept of Value-based Management that investors tend to have a main purpose to obtain maximum returns from investment with the view that the economic value of a commercial enterprise is legitimated only by the benefits gained.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja perusahaan akan menggambarkan tingkat efisiensi dan efektifitas keuangan perusahaan. Konsep yang sering digunakan dalam penilaian kinerja keuangan perusahaan adalah analisa laporan keuangan. Salah satu alternatif penilaian kinerja keuangan yang telah diakui mampu memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dari penilaian kinerja lainnya salah satunya dengan mempertimbangkan aspek non keuangan yaitu MVA (Market Value Added). Hasil analisis regresi tidak ada pengaruh Market Value Added dengan harga saham karena MVA yang cenderung rendah akan memberikan informasi bahwa kinerja perusahaan kurang baik, sehingga investor cenderung menghindari pembeliaan saham pada perusahaan yang bersangkutan bahkan melepas atau menjual saham yang dimilki yang berakibat pada penurunan permintaan bahkan terjadi adanya peningkatan penawaran yang berakibat pada turunnya harga saham selain itu juga karena tidak adanya efisiensi pasar modal di Indonesia (BEJ), dimana para investor belum menggunakan sepenuhnya informasi yang tersedia untuk menganalisis suatu saham perusahaan, sehingga harga saham yang terjadi belum mencerminkan semua informasi yang ada. Kontribusi MVA terhadap Harga Saham, diperoleh nilai yang kecil dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini berarti selain MVA harga saham juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain seperti kondisi keuangan (inflasi), tingkat suku bunga maupun faktor keamanan dalam negara

Abstract

Perceptions of the Community Concerning the Existence of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Stabat, This study explains the stabat community's perception of the existence of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Stabat City. The perception in question is the perception arising from the knowledge and profession of the community and the share of Islamic banks. This research is a qualitative research. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection by doing obsevation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of the research by Bank Syariah Mandiri is a bank located on the cross road of Stabat city. Its location is very strategic and facilitate stabat society to find it. Good service is provided by employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Stabat. Motivation of work provided by the head of branches is also very influential to improve the work ethic is good. Good leaders are people who are able to motivate their employees to work in the spirit and can finish the job in accordance with the target work. Public interest arose because of the good service provided by the employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Stabat. Bank Syariah Mandiri has a very important role to promote the Economy in Indonesia. So the result of research of public perception about Bank Syariah Mandiri kebaradaan very good effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Learning By Doing model on the reasoning abilities of students in class X SMKS-PP Putra Jaya Jabal Rahmah Stabat, Langkat Regency. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research (quasi-experimental) with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all students of class X SMKS-PP Putra Jaya Jabal Rahmah with the determination of the sample through random sampling technique (random sampling). Based on this technique, obtained class X Livestock B as the experimental class and class X Plantation B as the control class. Each class consists of 34 and 35 students. Data collection techniques using test techniques, namely pretest and posttest. The validation used is Pearson correlation which shows the instrument is valid. Reliability test using Alpha Crobanch which shows a reliability index of 0.665 for the pretest instrument and 0.66 for the posttest instrument, which means both are reliable. Before analyzing the data, the normality test and homogeneity test were conducted which showed that the pretest and posttest scores were normally distributed and homogeneous. The data analysis technique used is linear regression test (F test) by comparing the Fcount value of 24.47 and F table of 7.56, then the Fcount> Ftable value is 24.47> 7.56. Thus, the results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence from the application of the learning by doing learning model on the reasoning abilities of Class X students of SMKS-PP Putra Jaya Jabal Rahmah in the subjects of Islamic religious education and character

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Perputaran Persediaan (Inventory Turnover), dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah 46 perusahaan pada periode 2012 – 2016. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan penarikan data dengan cara purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 perusahaan dengan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 155 pengamatan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Current Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Debt to Asset Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, Perputaran Persediaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Ukuran Perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Perputaran Persediaan dan Ukuran Perusahaan secar simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012 – 2016.
