Abstract

This study explores the intellectual structure and emerging research trends of artificial intelligence in education management. It identifies six major research streams: (1) ai-driven educational governance, data-centric decision making, and digital transformation, (2) machine learning-based decision support systems and predictive analytics in education management, (3) data-driven educational intelligence and learning analytics in higher education, (4) ai-enabled educational leadership and sustainable development, (5) institutional effectiveness and ai-supported management systems, and (6) foundational education management as the core conceptual domain. co-word analysis further reveals emerging thematic patterns such as artificial intelligence applications, decision-making systems, machine learning, learning analytics, digital transformation, and information management in educational contexts. in terms of methodology, this study employs a bibliometric approach using data from 91 journal articles indexed in Scopus, applying bibliographic coupling and co-word analysis to examine the structure, evolution, and thematic development of the field. the bibliographic coupling analysis identifies the current intellectual structure of the research domain, while co-word analysis uncovers its conceptual evolution and emerging research directions. the findings confirm that artificial intelligence is a key driver in transforming education management systems into more intelligent, data-driven, and adaptive frameworks. the study contributes to theoretical development in educational management and socio-technical systems by positioning ai as a central enabler of institutional transformation. this research also provides practical insights for policymakers, educational leaders, and administrators in designing effective ai-based decision support and governance systems to enhance educational performance and institutional sustainability.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence has become an increasingly important topic in digital marketing research, particularly due to the rapid development of machine learning, big data analytics, personalization, chatbots, generative AI, and digital commerce. This study aims to map the scientific development of research on artificial intelligence and digital marketing using bibliometric analysis. Bibliographic data were collected from the Scopus database using the search string TITLE-ABS-KEY (“artificial intelligence” AND “digital marketing”). After applying filters for publication year, document type, language, and publication stage, 148 journal articles published between 2020 and 2024 were included in the final dataset. The data were analyzed using Biblioshiny, the web-based interface of the bibliometrix package in RStudio. The findings show that research on artificial intelligence and digital marketing has grown rapidly, with an annual growth rate of 56.51%. The number of publications increased from 12 articles in 2020 to 72 articles in 2024. The most productive source was the Journal of Digital and Social Media Marketing, while the most globally cited document was Dwivedi et al. (2021), with 1,744 citations. Keyword analysis shows that artificial intelligence, digital marketing, machine learning, commerce, social media, big data, and deep learning are dominant themes. The thematic map and co-occurrence network indicate that artificial intelligence and digital marketing form the core conceptual structure of the field, while ChatGPT, SEO, deep learning, and digital transformation represent specialized or emerging themes. This study contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive bibliometric overview of AI and digital marketing research and identifying future directions related to generative AI, personalization, consumer trust, privacy, and AI-driven marketing performance.

Abstract

The accelerating pace of digital transformation has intensified scholarly interest in understanding how leadership practices evolve in technology-driven organizational environments. This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of digital leadership research by examining 1,325 peer-reviewed articles indexed in the scopus database covering the period 2005–2025. Employing a dual analytical approach combining bibliographic coupling and co-word analysis using vosviewer, the study maps the intellectual structure and thematic evolution of the field. the bibliographic coupling analysis reveals four major research clusters: digital transformation and ai-driven leadership innovation; organizational behavior and workplace leadership dynamics; educational and distributed leadership systems; and digital collaboration and knowledge integration in complex organizational settings. the co-word analysis further identifies three dominant thematic streams: digital transformation and technological leadership ecosystems; agile organizational behavior and leadership practices; and educational leadership and instructional digital innovation. publication trends indicate a strong and sustained growth trajectory, particularly after 2015, reflecting the increasing recognition of digital leadership as a strategic organizational capability in the industry 4.0 era. building on prior fragmented studies in digital leadership and organizational transformation, this research provides a unified, dual-framework bibliometric map that clarifies the intellectual structure, dominant themes, and emerging research directions in the field. the findings contribute to both theory and practice by offering a comprehensive knowledge architecture for understanding how digital leadership enables organizational adaptation, innovation, and performance in digitally intensive environments.

Abstract

Green Human Resource Management has become an important research topic as organizations increasingly integrate environmental sustainability into human resource practices. This study aims to map the development of Green HRM research using bibliometric analysis. Bibliographic data were collected from the Scopus database using the keywords “green human resource management” OR “green HRM.” After applying filters related to publication year, document type, language, source type, and publication stage, 1,031 journal articles published between 2019 and 2025 were included in the final dataset. The data were analyzed using Biblioshiny, the web-based interface of the bibliometrix package in RStudio. The findings show that Green HRM research has grown rapidly, with an annual growth rate of 43.89%. The dataset involved 2,913 authors, with an international co-authorship rate of 44.62%, indicating strong scholarly collaboration. The most productive source was Sustainability (Switzerland), while the most productive countries included China, Pakistan, Malaysia, India, and Indonesia. Keyword analysis shows that the field is mainly centered on green human resource management, environmental performance, sustainability, green innovation, and sustainable performance. The thematic map and co-occurrence network indicate that Green HRM research has evolved toward more specific themes related to employee green behavior, sustainability performance, green training, employee engagement, and environmental outcomes. This study contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive bibliometric overview of Green HRM research and identifying future research directions related to sustainability-oriented HR practices, green innovation, employee behavior, and organizational environmental performance.

Abstract

In increasingly competitive business environments, service quality has become a strategic capability that enables organizations to satisfy customers and improve organizational performance. This study examines the direct effect of service quality on organizational performance and the indirect effect through the mediating role of customer satisfaction. The study is grounded in the Expectation–Disconfirmation Theory (EDT) and the Resource-Based View (RBV), which explain how superior service quality creates positive customer evaluations that ultimately contribute to sustainable organizational performance. A quantitative research approach was employed using a cross-sectional survey design. Data were collected from 152 employees working in service-oriented organizations across the retail, hospitality, financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications sectors in Indonesia. The research utilized Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 as the analytical tool to evaluate both the measurement and structural models. The findings indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and organizational performance. Customer satisfaction also exerts a positive and significant influence on organizational performance and partially mediates the relationship between service quality and organizational performance. These findings demonstrate that organizations achieve superior performance not only by delivering high-quality services but also by ensuring that customers perceive and experience those services positively. This study contributes to the service management literature by providing empirical evidence that customer satisfaction serves as a critical mechanism through which service quality is translated into organizational performance, offering practical implications for managers seeking to strengthen organizational competitiveness through customer-centered service strategies.
