Abstract

The writing of this article is a research using the normative method (doctrinal), which aims to describe how the direction of public service policy reform, especially in regulating the operation of permits in Indonesia. who issued the permit. Policies related to licensing issued by the government are a guide in the implementation of licensing services. Provisions regarding licensing issues are very broad because of the diversity of types of licenses issued according to the position of each agency itself, so over time there will continue to be reforms in public service policies, especially in terms of licensing policies. These reforms are of course aimed at creating the conditions for public services desired by the community, namely licensing services that are easy, fast, and efficient.

Abstract

Dalam era modern seperti sekarang ini, semua hal menjadi layak untuk dikonsumsi termasuk informasi kesehatan. Dalam pelayanan kesehatan dikenal adanya rahasia medis pasien, rahasia medis pasien berisi data pribadi kesehatan seseorang yang termsuk informasi yang dikecualikan untuk dapat dibuka kepada public. Namun, dalam situasi pandemic seperti sekarang segala informasi di bidang kesehatan sangat diperlukan untuk mengatasi penyebaran virus Covid-19, dalam hal ini tidak terkecuali informasi tentang rahasia medis seseorang. Dari artikel ini dapat diketahui bahwa ternyata rahasia medis seseorang dapat dibuka kepada public, hal ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk upaya pemerintah dalam mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19. Undang-Undang tentang Kesehatan dan Praktek Kedokteran memberikan pengecualian terhadap kerahasian data pasien apabila berhubungan dengan kepentingan umum maka kerahasiaan pasien dapat dibuka kepada public. Namun, keterbukaan rahasia medis pasien Covid-19 hanya sebatas identitas lengkap sepeti nama dan alamat sebagai syarat untuk mengetahui contact tracing pasien, sedangkan mengenai riwayat penyakit yang selama ini dialami oleh pasien tetaplah menjadi ranah hukum private antara pasien dan pemberi pelayanan kesehatan, sehingga tidak dibenarkan bagi masyarakat umum untuk menyebarluaskan informasi mengenai riwayat kesehatan pasien Covid-19.

Abstract

This paper was written to find out how the one-stop integrated service system at the Jambi City Investment Agency can improve the process of better licensing services. Reform of public service policies, especially in matters of licensing, is an activity that encourages the development of the formal economic sector. Therefore, it is necessary to know how to regulate the one-stop integrated licensing service procedure at the Jambi City One Stop Integrated Investment Service, to know what are the constraints in the implementation of one-stop integrated services at DPMPTSP Jambi City, and how the efforts to increase licensing are carried out at the One Integrated Investment Office Jambi City Door.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Ombudsman as an oversight body for the delivery of public services in Indonesia. The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia as an institution that helps the delivery of public services has an important role in the implementation of effective and efficient public services. However, it is realized that they still exist in the implementation of supervision of public services. First, they still represent the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia who cannot be transferred by the invited party because many think that the ombudsman should not be invited. Second, it is constrained by the absence of regulations related to Ombudsman approval and the sanctions that must be applied. Third, there is no punishment execution by the Government for the cancellation of public services to Regional Heads that has been proclaimed by the Indonesian Ombudsman. Both the government and the community must support the implementation of oversight of governance by the Ombudsman in order to create public welfare.

Abstract

Results of the Authority of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency Based on Presidential Regulation Number 192 of 2014 concerning the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency. Supervision of the planning and implementation of programs and/or activities that may hinder the smooth development, audits of price adjustments, audits of claims, audits of investigations on cases of irregularities indicating financial loss to the state/region, audits of calculating state/regional financial losses, providing expert information and efforts to prevent corruption. Whereas to carry out the supervisory function as stated in Article 3 letter e, in accordance with Article 27 of the Presidential Regulation Number 192 of 2014 it is carried out through the Deputy for Investigation of the BPKP. which reads that the Deputy for Investigation carries out the task of assisting in the field of monitoring the smooth running of development including cross-sectoral programs, prevention of corruption, audits of price adjustments, audits of claims, investigative audits of cases of irregularities with indications of harming state finances, audits of calculating state financial losses and giving expert testimony. Mechanism of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Determines State Financial Losses Based on Presidential Regulation Number 192 of 2014 concerning BPKP. The authority of BPKP in laws and regulations is based on the function of BPKP as stated in Article 3 letter e, then BPKP is an institution authorized to calculate (assess) state financial losses, In particular, BPKP is also authorized to assess state financial losses in an effort to prevent corruption because BPKP is also authorized to conduct investigative audits on cases that are indicated to be detrimental to state finances (corruption), When reviewing the source of authority owned by BPKP, then the authority possessed by BPKP is included in the delegative authorit.
