The study aimed to analyze the relationship of services quality of ship agency, interpersonal communication with user satisfaction in PT Buana Listya Tama, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses quantitative methods by doing survey, and the data were analyzed using correlation and regression. The results show that the variables of interpersonal communication and service quality have a significant relationship either partially or simultaneously with customer satisfaction. Variable quality of service has a positive and significant correlation with t value of 4.905 and greater than t table of 1.998 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Interpersonal communication variables also has a positive correlation with customer satisfaction with the value of tcount equals to 6,108 and greater than t table of 1.998 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Through the F test it is found that the quality of service and interpersonal communication are simultaneously correlated with satisfaction where the F count is larger than F table (90.839> 2.75) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Square) between variables is 0.749 or 74.9%. The amount of the contribution of service quality and interpersonal communication on customer satisfaction is 74.9%, whereas 25.1% influenced by other factors not examined.

The utilization of Indonesia’s fisheries potential should be supported by the development of fisheries industry, more specifically by the improvement on fisheries supply chain management. It is needed to preserve the quality and safety of fisheries product from sea to consumers’ table and the sustainable fisheries supply. The fisheries product is perishable therefore the appropriate handling and full controlled process are needed to maintain product quality and safety. In fisheries industry, quality and safety can be maintained by applying good logistic practices (GLoP). GLoP is best practices ofcold chain management supported by quality and safety control system such as good manufacturing practices (GMP), standard sanitation operating procedure (SSOP) and hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP). On the other hand, the sustainability of fisheries supply canbe achieved by applying full controlled resources management. The commitment and cooperation of all parties on fisheries industry, as well as the standard implementation of fishery management is needed to improve quality and quantity of Indonesia’s fisheries products.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) and the use of information system on the Flight Safety in the Indonesian Air Navigation Services Organization both partially and simultaneously. The research uses quantitative methods, and the data are analyzed using linear regression, simple correlation both partially and simultaneously and path analysis. The result shows; implementation of Safety Management System (X1) as measured by the Flight Safety (Y) has a positive and significant contribution on the level of Flight Safety. The amount of the application contribution of Safety Management System that directly contributes to the Flight Safety is 35.4%, so the research hypothesis which states that the Safety Management System application directly impacts significantly on Aviation Safety is accepted; the use of Information Systems (X2) as measured by the Flight Safety (Y) has a positive and significant contribution on the level of Flight Safety. The use of information systems contributions that directly contributes to aviation safety is 38.4%, so the hypothesis which states that the use of information system directly affects significantly the flight safety is acceptable; the total effect of simultaneous application of Safety Management System (X1) and the use of Information Systems (X2) contribute significantly to the Flight Safety (Y) as much as 66.3%. The remaining 33.7% is the influence of the other factors such as refresher and development training for air navigation personnel, aviation navigation equipment renewal and observation flight
