Abstract

UMKM Kue Gipang Pangrih merupakan industri yang memproduksi makanan ringan khas kota Cilegon yang dikemas dengan plastik berisi 250 gram. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pelanggan UMKM Kue Gipang mempunyai kekurangan terkait desain kemasan yang kurang inovatif. Desain kemasan yang hampir sama dengan competitor juga menyulitkan pelanggan dalam memilih produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesain ulang kemasan Kue Gipang dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Penelitian ini menggunakan 65 responden dengan kriteria responden melakukan transaksi dalam kurun waktu minimal empat bulan terakhir. Hasil importance rating menunjukkan desain visual dan warna kemasan. Rancangan desain kemasan Kue Gipang Pangrih mempunyai kemasan premium yang lebih cerah dengan perpaduan warna putih dan coklat. Bahan kemasan menggunakan karton/art paper dengan kapasitas dua kali lipat desain awal dan lebih tahan menahan beberapa tumpukan kue gipang. Penggunaan kemasan yang baru mampu membantu meningkatkan penjualan selama evaluasi selama 4 bulan. Redesain kemasan dengan menggunakan QFD mampu memberikan rancangan yang mendekati keinginan konsumen sehingga dapat meningkatkan citra UMKM.

Abstract

Currently the use of wireless technology (wireless) is widely used in institutions, companies, schools and so on. Wireless is very useful because it can facilitate human interaction activities in sending data and so on. However, the existence of wireless is not completely safe in carrying out human interaction activities in sending data and so on, one of which is the illegal man in the middle attack DNS spoofing activity. With these illegal activities, a security system is needed which is expected to prevent illegal man in the middle attack DNS spoofing activities. The results of the attack are obtained based on 7 tests by calculating the quality of service (QOS), namely packet loss with the results of attack 1 model 1 with packet loss 0.154%, attack 2 model 1 with packet loss 0.234%, attack 3 model 1 with packet loss 0.291%, attack 1 model 2 with packet loss 0.173%, attack 2 model 2 with packet loss 0.128%, attack 3 model 2 with packet loss 0.028%, attack 4 model 2 with packet loss 0.231%, which means this attack can run well. And the results by utilizing a firewall security system can only prevent it by cutting off communication interactions between the attacker and the victim and the victim and the attacker.

Abstract

The data collection of incoming and outgoing goods is still semi-manual by being recorded in a book, then every month it is transferred to excel, making data collection not recorded accurately, so that there is often a discrepancy between the data of the goods that come out and the written data, this results in the unknown number of remaining goods being delivered. available in the warehouse for sure. That way the company does not know when to reorder its stock of goods. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based inventory information system for distribution outlet businesses or commonly called distributions. In determining the right amount of inventory to place an order for stock of goods back by using the Reorder Point method. This website was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database as well as the CodeIgniter framework. The system development uses the Waterfall method, and the system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this study are a website-based inventory information system application using the reorder point method which can be used to facilitate the process of collecting data on receipt of goods and expenditure of goods, and the reorder point method can be used as a solution in determining the inventory of an item to be reordered so as to minimize the occurrence shortage or even out of goods.

Abstract

Satria Pharmacy is a drug product selling business that only sells various kinds of pharmaceutical products. Pharmacies Satria often have difficulty in predicting future product inventories based on previously recorded data. Forecasting is very influential on the decision of the pharmacy owner to determine the number of pharmaceutical products that must be provided by the pharmacy. In developing this forecasting system, the writer uses the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) forecasting methods. The purpose of this study is to apply the Weight Moving Everage (WMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) methods to determine the accuracy of the Weight Moving Average (WMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) methods with the MSE technique. The results of this study are a website-based system that can forecast and produce value comparisons between the Weight Moving Everage and Single Exponential Smoothing methods where in the overall calculation of the error value with Mean Square Error (MSE) there are 54,95 for the WMA method and for the WMA method. SES has a value of 40,79, with that the SES method as a whole predicts better than the WMA method

Abstract

Bird pests are one of the problems that always haunt farmers, these pests often make it difficult for farmers, plus during the rice harvest period, bird pests will increase, thereby reducing the production yields that will be produced. The purpose of this study is to make an Arduino Uno-based bird repellent using an ultrasonic sensor, which is to read if a bird approaches it will automatically activate the sound that has been installed on a bird repellent that resembles a scarecrow. In addition, this tool can also move automatically if there are pests that come, the result of this study is the application of Bird Pest Repellents that can be implemented in rice fields.

Abstract

This design is based on the results of observations and literature studies, precisely for fish farming feed. Fish feed is always there, but has a relatively expensive price. Especially as a fish farmer, must have alternatives to develop his business. Because there is no use of a floating pellet molding machine, the machine was designed as a solution. Usually this machine is only used in pellet molding from fine bran and frementation materials that have been specifically designed to make animal feed. This design is carried out to make pellet printers from bran and calculate the production capacity. The design results use a 1450 rpm electric motor, 1:50 gear box, conveyor tank with a length of 220 mm, die with a size of 2 and 4 mm and a thickness of 8 mm, a cutting knife with a thickness of 1 mm, a length of 35 mm with a speed of 9 rpm and produces a capacity of 18 kg / hour.
