As a public service provider, the Medan Polrestabes community service unit is faced with many things related to improving the quality of public services through good service performance. To measure the performance of public service units, elements / indicators are needed as a reference to provide an assessment of the performance results of public service units. To determine public satisfaction with services, the government issued several regulations related to the quality of public services, one of which is KEPMENPAN NO.25 / 2004 concerning general guidelines for compiling the community satisfaction index for service units of government agencies, which are general guidelines used as a reference for government agencies. There are 14 indicators related to the performance and services performed by service employees. The purpose of this research is to develop a service quality measurement application that can be accessed directly by the public. With the application of measuring the quality of public services that can be accessed directly by the public, the task of public service providers in evaluating the performance of public service delivery can be carried out easily. Based on the results of the research, the value of the community satisfaction index at the Medan Police Station with 50 respondents as a whole was 3.07572, the IKM value after being converted was 76.893 where the quality of service B and the performance of the service unit were in the good category, meaning that the community was satisfied with the service of the Medan Police.Keyword : Application, Community Satisfaction Index, website

In the administrative process for information on the rank and retirement of personnel from the Sabhara Directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police, they still apply a manual system, where personnel must know when they will be promoted or retired, resulting in personnel neglect due to too much work. The promotion and retirement process takes a long time, because it requires consideration and approval from the leadership. From this problem, the author applies a system for determining the promotion and retirement process at the North Sumatra directorate automatically with notifications (alarms) for personnel who will be promoted and retired based on a desktop with Windows operating system. This application was created to assist the North Sumatra Regional Police Directorate in processing rank and pension data from members of the police quickly and accurately, to realize smooth operations..

Development business beauty business is currently growing rapidly with following changes technology and method look somebody to style life, good women nor man always want to come on stage interesting as well as perfect for cover the drawbacks with do various method among others do maintenance beauty. Wrong business or form in field beauty which there is that is salon which is form business wich is related with service beauty, which offer various maintenance from hair ends until toe. However in beauty salon Maria Studio Beauty from consumers to owner still not maximal, then from that writer make system E-Booking beauty salon. The method used in this research is (UCD). UCD is technique that places the user at the center of the system design process. The biggest benefit of implementing UCD is that it can provide a more accurate defenition of requirements from system users. This method is used to produce a user interface design that is in accordance with the experience and needs for the user. With this Beauty Salon E-Booking system, it can make it more for consumers to choose to type of service they need and can help Maria Studio Beautu owners in managing salons using the system.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian, perancangan dan pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan di Universitas Negeri Medan yang bertujuan untuk: 1)membuat sistem pengacakan soal dengan algoritma Fisher Yates Shuffle; 2)pendataan yang lebih dan akurat terkait hasil penilitian dari tes yang dilaukan mahasiswa; 3)tidak ada pemborosan kertas dan alat ujian; 4)mengukur kemampuan mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Pelaksanaan ujian tes standar bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir sebelum wisuda selama ini dilakukan belum secara online. Dengan perancangan dan pengembangan sistem, maka solusi terhadap permalahan tersebut yaitu membangun sistem tes standar online berbasis HOTS menggunakan algoritma Fisher-Yates Shuffle sebagai pengacak soal yang dibuat agar meminimalisir tindak kecurangan yang dilaukan mahasiswa. Hasil dari uji coba pada penilitan ini adalah untuk pengacakan soal dan jawaban dapat membuat mahasiswa mendapatkan urutasn soal dan jawaban pada soal pilihan ganda yang berbeda-beda, sehingga dapat meminimalisisr kecurangan-kecurangan dalam proses ujian. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang telah dibangun berjalan dengan baik sesuai proses yang ada dalam sistem ujian tes standar online berbasais hots.

Pengembangan Hardware dan Software saat ini begitu cepat dan terasa sangat menumbuhkan pembelajaran berbagai disiplin sains. Pesatnya perkembangan tentu saja harus disertai dengan sikap mengklik pengetahuan kelas yang dimiliki oleh kita semua baik dari segi hardware maupun software. Hardware memiliki keahlian di bidang komputer dan perangkat lunak adalah tuntutan zaman seperti ini, apalagi Pelatihan Perakitan dan Instalasi Komputer merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dipegang oleh sekolah kejuruan, terutama bidang komputer. Rakitan komputer adalah bagaimana kita bisa melakukan perakitan dan pembongkaran perangkat keras dan juga cara menginstal SO Windows. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMK Cerdas Murni Tembung. Mereka sangat menginginkan dilakukannya kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan perakitan komputer. Metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktek. Adapun materi dan praktek yang dilakukan meliputi: cara merakit komputer, pengenalan komponen hardware pada komputer beserta fungsinya, penginstalasian dan troubleshooting. Hasil kegiatan ini:para peserta mampu merakit komputer, mengetahui dan memahami komponen apa saja yang terdapat dalam sebuah komputer beserta fungsi-fungsinya. Sehingga mampu lebih waspada dan teliti ketika akan membeli atau memasang komponen hardware komputer tersebut; Para peserta pelatihan dapat menginstalasi komputer dengan benar dan komputer berfungsi dengan baik. Sehingga dapat diimplementasikan di rumah atau di tempat pekerjaannya.

The data collection of incoming and outgoing goods is still semi-manual by being recorded in a book, then every month it is transferred to excel, making data collection not recorded accurately, so that there is often a discrepancy between the data of the goods that come out and the written data, this results in the unknown number of remaining goods being delivered. available in the warehouse for sure. That way the company does not know when to reorder its stock of goods. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based inventory information system for distribution outlet businesses or commonly called distributions. In determining the right amount of inventory to place an order for stock of goods back by using the Reorder Point method. This website was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database as well as the CodeIgniter framework. The system development uses the Waterfall method, and the system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this study are a website-based inventory information system application using the reorder point method which can be used to facilitate the process of collecting data on receipt of goods and expenditure of goods, and the reorder point method can be used as a solution in determining the inventory of an item to be reordered so as to minimize the occurrence shortage or even out of goods.

Satria Pharmacy is a drug product selling business that only sells various kinds of pharmaceutical products. Pharmacies Satria often have difficulty in predicting future product inventories based on previously recorded data. Forecasting is very influential on the decision of the pharmacy owner to determine the number of pharmaceutical products that must be provided by the pharmacy. In developing this forecasting system, the writer uses the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) forecasting methods. The purpose of this study is to apply the Weight Moving Everage (WMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) methods to determine the accuracy of the Weight Moving Average (WMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) methods with the MSE technique. The results of this study are a website-based system that can forecast and produce value comparisons between the Weight Moving Everage and Single Exponential Smoothing methods where in the overall calculation of the error value with Mean Square Error (MSE) there are 54,95 for the WMA method and for the WMA method. SES has a value of 40,79, with that the SES method as a whole predicts better than the WMA method

The improvement of web innovation permits individuals to acquire data rapidly and precisely. Apart from being a source of information, the internet is also used for purchasing and selling goods, a practice known as e-commerce. Yolanda is a handmade company that sells high-heeled sandals to women.The ordering process is always done through WhatsApp or in person.The goal of this research is to create an e-commerce system for custom-made women's sandals. The development of this system follows the waterfall method. The study's findings include an e-commerce system for custom-made women's sandals, which can aid in the promotion, buying, and selling of women's sandals.

The digital era, where all activities can be done using technology. Including about books that can turn printed books into digital books or E-books. Immunization is the process of making a person immune or immune to a disease. The type and schedule of immunizations will determine the health of their toddlers both now and in the future. Parents' ignorance of the type and stage of the immunization schedule is an obstacle for parents. To find out the types and stages of the immunization schedule, parents should read a guide book containing information on immunizations. With immunization books that are still conventional, books become less effective due to carelessness, such as being easily damaged and lost. To prevent and reduce these problems the author wants to design an E-book application or a web-based digital version of a book that can be used as a source of immunization information. In designing this application, the author uses the Object Oriented method, namely Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) for the system development method and Oriented Programming (OOP) for making the application. With the Immunization E-book Application using the Web-based Object Oriented Method, it is hoped that the general public, especially parents with toddlers, doctors and nurses can find out information about Immunization data quickly anytime and anywhere.

Rekam medis terkait erat dengan Standart Pelayanan Minimal Puskesmas. yang merupakan bukti tentang proses pelayanan medis kepada pasien. Bentuk Rekam Medis dalam berupa manual yaitu tertulis lengkap dan jelas dan dalam bentuk elektronik sesuai ketentuan. Rekam medis terdiri dari catatan-catatan data pasien yang dilakukan dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Catatan-catatan tersebut sangat penting untuk pelayanan bagi pasien karena dengan data yang lengkap dapat memberikan informasi dalam menentukan keputusan baik pengobatan, penanganan, tindakan medis dan lainnya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mengetahui produktivitas pelayanan rawat jalan dan untuk memudahkan pengambilan keputusan (perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, penilaian, dan pengendalian) oleh pemberi pelayanan klinis dan administrasi pada sarana pelayanan kesehatan. Adapun manfaat dari perancangan aplikasi ini adalah menyediakan informasi guna memudahkan pengelolaan dalam pelayanan kepada pasien dan untuk melakukan proses pelayanan pengobatan dengan sistem yang digunakan saat ini sehingga diharapkan dapat lebih mudah mencari data – data pasien yang sudah berobat rawat jalan pada Puskesmas Perancangan sistem ini akan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML), dan perancangan menggunakan android studio.
