Abstract

This study aims to determine students 'perceptions of the term moonlighting lecturers and find out the effect of moonlinghting on lecturers' performance which is mediated by achievement motivation. This study uses quantitative methods with path analysis based on data from 145 student respondents in private universities in Jeneponto Regency. The results of the study showed that students perceive moonlighting as a natural thing for lecturers to do as an alternative to meet the needs of lecturers. Abstract

In the rapid development of technology, the business world is required to compete in this globalization era. The company is expected to keep abreast of technological developments accompanied by producing goods that are in accordance with the times and are full of innovative. Considering now, cellphone is a necessity item that cannot be separated from daily life, of course, causing increasingly fierce competition between cellulair operators to attract the attention of consumers to want to use and remain loyal to their products. This is the basis for thinking of this research with its long-term goal of creating a close and strong relationship with consumers through brand equity . In the context of creating loyal customers, the task of marketers is always not focused on the effort to practice marketing mix as the main strategy. The short-term goal is to analyze the influence of brand awareness and, brand associations. In relation to Sim cards more and more choices of goods and services make possibilities moving brands are higher, customers are less loyal so they need to get attention. The results obtained that there are three variables that have a significant effect partially, namely brand associations with a significance value of probabilities as α of 0,000 <0.05 while the calculated value> t table is 8.871> 0.1996. The results of the t test calculation of the Brand Awareness variable obtained the significance value of the probability α of 0.223> 0.05 while the value of t count <t table is -2222 <0.1996.

Abstract

Natural disasters and inflation that occurred in the city of Bima caused economic growth to slow down and cause the impact of social inequality that causes poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variable in this study is economic growth while the dependent variable is poverty in the City of Bima for the period 2012-2018. The sample in this study is economic growth in the form of GDRP data based on constant prices and poverty over the past 7 years, from 2012 to 2018. The data used in this study are in the form of a list of tables on economic growth in the form of GDRP based on constant prices and poverty during 7 years obtained from the Central Statistics Agency office in Bima City. The data used are secondary data and the method used is simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient, simple linear determination and t test (2 parties) using SPSS Version 21.0 to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The results showed that economic growth had no effect and was not significant on poverty in the Bima city.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based e-commerce information system using a Content Management System (CMS) that can provide informative information, make transactions online, and expand market coverage. The system is built using CMS WordPress. The method used in system development is a prototype method with the system modeling language used is Unified Modelling Language (UML). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of variable number of members and current ratio on the remaining business results (SHU). The sample used is all data for the time series period 2012-2018. The data used are secondary data and the method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 23 program to obtain the influence of the independent variables with the dependent variable. The results showed that the number of members had a positive and significant effect on the residual results of operations, the current ratio had a negative and significant effect on the residual results of operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the influence of the Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL) and Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL) on company profitability. The population in this study was consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018, with 33 sample companies selected using purposive sampling. Method research was causality research and the data used is quantitative data. The company published a complete financial report from 2017 to 2018 which could be accessed through the Indonesian Stock Exchange Website and related company websites. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 21 application. The result shows that individual testing of DOL with profitability and DFL with profitability and joint testing of DOL and DFL with profitability found that DOL and DCL did not have a significant effect on the changes in company profitability (ROE and ROA) .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the prediction of bankruptcy in Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk for the period 2011 to 2018. Z-score is the independent variable (X) measuring by five ratios: working capital to total assets, retained earnings to total assets, earnings before interest and tax to total assets, the market value of equity to total liabilities, and sales to total assets. The background of this research is the government's ban on the export of raw minerals, which resulted in Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk no longer making overseas sales of nickel ore, which made the company's profit decline. This research method uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach, the source of the data used is secondary data based on financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official website www.antam.com. The population used is the financial statement data for ten years, namely from 2009 to 2018, while the sample using for eight years, namely from 2011 to 2018. The data collection technique carried out using documentation and literature study techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out by discriminant analysis using the Altman Z-Score method and one sample t-test analysis. The Altman Z-Score uses five variables that represent liquidity ratios X1, profitability ratios X2 and X3, and activity ratios X4, and X5. The formula Z-Score Z = 0.717 X1 + 0.847 X2 + 3.107 X3 + 0.420 X4 + 0.998 X5. With criteria, Z> 2.99 categorized as a good company. Z between 1.23 to 2.99 categorized as a company in the grey area or area of ​​financial difficulty. Z <1.23 is categorized as a potentially bankrupt company.
