Abstract

Analysis of Costumer Satisfaction Position and It’s Influenced Factors (a Case Study on Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant Galeria Mall, Yogyakarta. Supervised by and This research aims lo analyze the costumer satisfaction position of KFC Restaurant Galeria Mall, Yogyakarta and to analyze the influence of product, place, promotion, human resources, physical facilities, and the process to customer satisfaction of KFC Restaurant Galeria Mall Yogfakarta. Data obtained from interviews, observation, recording, and questionnaires sample with I00 respondents, Sampling method using non-probability sampling, and analisys techniques using likert scale, cartesius diagram and regression. The results of this research are the consumer satisfaction position of Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant Galeria mall, Yogyakarta is located at the position "Pertahankan Prestasi (kuadran B)."The influence of marketing to the customer satisfaction of restaurant Galeria Mall, Yogyakarta.Key word: product, place, promotion, human resources.

Abstract

Tingkat rendemen menentukan daya saing tebu petani dan daya saing pabrik gula terhadap industri gula luar negeri, artinya rendemen tebu sangat mempengaruhi tingkat keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitif masyarakat. Gula Indonesia. Metode penulisan menggunakan Metodhe Survai Duta yang digunakan data primer (petani) Tahun Giling 2009 dan data dari hasil-hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di lingkungan Program Studi Agribisnis Fakultas Pertanian UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. Rekomendasi pemilis, Perlu diadakan Pelatihan dalam hal teknologi pengolahan tebu bagi wakil petani pengurus koperasi tebu, pengurus APTR (Asosiasi Petani Tebu Rakyat) sehingga bisa memantau dan mengawasi secara tepat proses penentuan rendemen petam, 2) Perlu adanya Undang-Undang yang mengatur keterbukaan manajemen pabrik dan pelaporan hasil pengolahan gula dalam penentuan nilai rendemen sehubungan dengan pola bagi hasil pengolahan tebu peram, 3)Perlu adanya campurtangan pemerintah dalam mewujudkan reforma ai birokrasi di tubuh manajemen PTPN sebagal induk pabrik gula, sehingga terwujud iklim usaha yang kondusifKata Kunci Rendemen, Keterbukaan, Nilai (harga) tebu, Kesejahteraan

Abstract

The research entitled Farmer Income Analysis of Organic Rice at Delanggu subdistrict, Klaten district generally was directed to study the use of input and cost of production and farmer income of organic rice cultivation that is try to be developed, particularly at Segaran village. The background of this researchwas intensive agriculture activities that caused highly dependence on agriculture chemical. The activities lead to the negatively environment impact and chemical residue in consumed food. Organic farming produced safe food for people's health at in also mean as holistic approach towards sustainable agriculture as well as to protected the environment. The results of this search showed that in comparison to nonorganic farming, organic rice productivity was lower than that of nonorganic one (respectively 4000,05 kg/ha and 4181,30 kg/ha grain yeld), cost of production of organic rice cultivation was lower than that of nonorganic one respectively Rp 2.375.895 arul R 2.684.300 per ha, organic rice farmer income was higher than that nonorganic one Rp 3.435.780 and Rp. 2.751.390 per ha).Keywords : organic farming, rice productivity, cost-income analysis

Abstract

Technology Application level analysis of Honey Bee Farming liaising Alumni "UD. Amanah” in village Distict Jayan Borubudur Magelang District. This study to (1 )Analyzing the Application of honey bee cultivation technology training alumni "UD.Amanah” (2) Analyzing the influence of age, education level, exprience, training intensity and the number of levels implementation honey bee cultivation technology training alumni "UD.Amanah” (3) Analyzing the honeybee cultivation undertaken by graduate training “UD.Amanah”. The study was carried out by using Case study method. Kind of data is primary data and secondary data. Analyzing level for the application of honeybee cultivation technology using a likert scale score, to analize Influence of age, education level, exprience, training intensity and the number of levels step using multiple liner regression equation, to analize honeybee cultivated using break even point analysis. The results showed that the level of the application of honeybee cultivation technology training alumni “UD.Amanah” in the high category, indicated by an average score of 61.57 (93.29%). Factors age, education level, exprience, training intensity and the number of levels step together against the application of honeybee ccultivation technology for 87,4%, intensity training is the most influential variabel of the 5 other variables. Honeybee busies be at profit area with the average honey product at first period1,1 kg/stup and number of stup 23 stop with profit Rp 738. 700/ period and second period 1,2 and number of stup 30 stup with profit Rp 823.800/ period.Keyword : Level of implementation

Abstract

The cultivation of tidal swamp for agriculture had been done since a long time ago with traditional system and have potential to be develop in the future. But many constraints those cause low income for agriculture household. To solve this problem, agriculture household make diversification on farm or look for another job away from farm (off farm activity). The samples are devided in two groups, agriculture household that have overflow land (181 samples) and no overflow land (119 samples). The results from the research show, the off farm activity have great contribution to total income for agriculture household. The efforts of diversification by using home yard and take care of livestock had not yet gave high contribution yet.Key word: Income Source, Income Contribution, Tidal Swamp

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengkaji penerapan prinsip pemberdayaan pada Program Kampung Sayur Organik (2) Mengkaji pengelolaan Program Kampung Sayur Organik oleh Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) Kahuripan Sejahtera (3) Mengkaji proses pemberdayaan masyarakat kampung Ngemplak Sutan melalui Program Kampung Sayur Organik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pelaksanaan studi kasus dan pengambilan informan secara purposive sampling, yaitu Ketua dan Wakil Ketua KSM Kahuripan Sejahtera, Anggota aktif KSM Kahuripan Sejahtera, dan Pendamping program pemberdayaan Rumah Zakat. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data yang diperoleh akan diuji dengan teknik triangulasi pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa (1) Pada pemberdayaan Program Kampung Sayur Organik di Kampung Ngemplak Sutan menerapkan menerapkan prinsip pemberdayaan yaitu prinsip membangun kapasitas, merubah kukltur masyarakat, dan mengubah sistem (2) Pengelolaan Program Kampung Sayur Organik oleh KSM Kahuripan Sejahtera di Kampung Ngemplak Sutan melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. (3) Proses pemberdayaan Program Kampung Sayur Organik di Kampung Ngemplak Sutan melalui proses penyadaran, pengkapasitasan, pembuatan aturan / kebijakan, dan telah melalui proses pemberian daya. Kata kunci: prinsip pemberdayaan, proses pemberdayaan, pengelolaan, kampung sayur organik

Abstract

This research aims to identifying the factors that influence of cassava supply. The methode of research was descriptive. The data used were time series during 21 years (1977 to 1997) The estimation of growth of area, production, and productivity used semi logaritmic model, to estimate supply response used Nerlovian adjustment model. The result of the analysis show that growth of cassava production and productivity are possitive and significant, that means every year occur increase production and productivity. Cassava supply at Gunungkidul regency was not responsive to cassava price, because of the region physical condition, habits in cultivation, and social economic conditions of farmer.Keywords: cassava supply, production & productivity, cassava price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Perkebunan Tambi Unit Perkebunan Bedakah Kabupaten Wonosobo Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas pada proses pengeringan teh hitam di PT. Perkebunan Tambi Unit Perkebunan Bedakah; (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya proses pengeringan teh hitam di PT. Perkebunan Tambi Unit Perkebunan Bedakah. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode pelaksanaan adalah studi kasus. Metode penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive. Macam dan sumber data ialah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat alat pengendalian kualitas yaitu (1) lembar pemeriksaan; (2) X bar-Chart dan R-Chart; (3) kapabilitas proses; (4) diagram sebab akibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas produk pada proses pengeringan teh hitam di PT. Perkebunan Tambi Unit Perkebunan Bedakah masih berada dalam batas spesifikasi (2) Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya proses pengeringan teh hitam di PT. Perkebunan Tambi Unit Perkebunan Bedakah adalah  faktor bahan baku, mesin, tenaga keja, metode kerja dan lingkungan. Kata Kunci  : kapabilitas proses, kualitas produk, pengendalian kualitas produk

Abstract

he welfare level indicator of a household or population is the expenses allocation. The poorer of a household or population in a region, the higher expenses allocation for food. Howefer, the household expenses relatively in proportion to family income. The objectives of the research is to determine the factors influence the allocation of the household income for the food consumption. The expenses for consuming rice was affected by the hedonic price of cassava, family income and the amount of the family members. The parameter of cassava and corn hedonic prices is positive, means that the cassava and corn are rice substitution. The expenses for consuming cassava was affected by hedonic price of cassava, family income and location. The parameter of rice and com hedonic price is negative. means that the rice and corn are cassava complementary. The expenses for consuming corn was affected by hedonic price of corn, family income, the amount of the family members and location. The parameter of rice and cassava hedonic prices is positive, means that the rice and cassava are com substitution.Key words: Consumption, hedonic price, foodstuffs
