Abstract

This thesis is titled Cassava Agribusiness (Manihot Esculenta Crunte) In Kabupaten Cilacap. The study was carried out in Kecamatan Karangpucung, Kabupaten Cilacap and started from January 29 to April 29, 2001. To cope with the problem of food preservation, it is important to make food diservication program that is to be reled in aggregat ogribusiness system. Cassava is one of the ideal plants used in agribusiness system. This study aimed to find out the relationship between subsystems in cassava agribusiness in  Kabupaten Cilacap. It was also directed to find out the trend of cassava and-tapioca prices. The study employed basic descriptive analytical method. Sampling of kecamatan, desa, merchandiser and manufacturing industry used proposive sample method, while sampling of farmers used simple random sample method trend. Data collected were primary and secondary data taken by the interview record, and observation methods. Data analysis exerted tabulation and linier-trend analyses. The results of analyses indicated that cassava agribusiness activity is still isolated between writs of activity. The distribution of revenues and profits is not equal and the tendency of cassava production and price as well as the price of tapioca trend to increase. So cassava agribusiness system is necessary to be improved in the aggregateKeywords: agribusiness system, revenues and profits, production and price.

Abstract

The aim of this study is 1) to analyze the amount of profit pattern koa partnership between the cocoa farmers group Sumarah with PT. Pagilaran in Ngawis Village 2, 2) to know how far the effectiveness partnership of the PT. Pagilaran with cocoa farmer groups Sumarah in Ngawis village 2. The method used in this study is Descriptive. The study sample as many as 44 respondents had taken using Census method. The data used is primary data obtained from interviews of farmers in the Ngawis village and questionnaires filled out by respondents were concerned, the secondary data obaatained by quoling existing data from agencies associated with the research. The analytical techniques to determine the effectiveness of the Partnership by using the Likert Scale method and the analysis technique used to determine the advantages of using profit analysis. The study results show that cacao farmer effort Sumarah farmer group with PT Pagilaran in the Ngawis village 2, the Ngawis, Karangmojo Sub-District, Gunungkidul benefit to the Sumarah cacao farmer group that is equal to Rp 737.458.34/1.38 ha. The Effectiveness partnership that carried out between a Sumarah farmer group with PT. Abstract

The study is conducted in Keeamatan Giri Mulyo, Kecamatan Nanggulan, and Kecamatan Kalibawang by purposively. The primary data are collected from 117 sample respondents using cluster sampling. The analysis using Heteroscedastic Non Limer Least Square method by Multiplicative Heteroscedasticity Model. The result show that rice production was positively influenced by labor inputs, urea,TSP, and KCI. Meanwhile, rainfed low land, medium and low risk region have a negative effect to production. On the other hand, labor inputs, seeds, dry season, to make a negative contribution to variance of production. While, more of urea fertilizer increase the risk.Keywords: inputs risk, rice farming

Abstract

The Agroindustry of local food in rural areas in an activity that can improve indigenous resources. All of local potencies done in rural area, not only to get benefit, but also to increase the role of agroindustry. The development of agroindustry is able to increase local food added value, income and opportunities for employment, and so far to get higher regional economic growth. One of the agroindustry in Kokap District, Kulon Progo is "Sumber Rejeki", a group of farmers that produce granulated coconut palm sugar. This group is the pioneer on producing granulated coconut palm sugar. The objective of this paper are to identify indigenous resources based on granulated coconut palm sugar industry; to analyze the role of agroindustry in improving farmers income and job opportunities, and to elaborate the role of farmers group as the centre of institutional improvement. Survey method was used to collect data with qualitative and quantitative data in the area. The result show that "Sumber Rejeki" farmers group has empowered the rural community by increasing the added value, income and employment opportunities through agroindustry of granulated coconut palm sugar.Key words: Agroindustry, Added Value, Income, Opportunities for Employment, Farmer Group

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of land and labor institutions on food and non food consumption in Gunung Kidul. The research was conducted by discriptive method. The result of this research shows that food and non-food consumption of the owrner-operator farmers are not different with the consumption of farmers in other land institutions. Food and non-food consumption of forestry tenant land are lower than the consumption of farmers in other land institutions. Food consumption of Lungguh-Kas Desa-Pengarem arem-milik Perseorangan (LKP) rented land is lower than the consumption of farmers in other land institutions. Food consumption based on labor institution of farming is not different. Non food consumption of farmers who employ royongan labor is higher than one of farmers in other labor institutions.Kerywords : land institutions, labor, consumption

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to analyze the potential of agro-tourism in the village of Jatiluwih (2) to analyze the development of agro-tourism in the village Jatiluwih Subak (3) to analyze the increase in yhe income of farmers with agro-tourism in the village Jatiluwih Subak. The basic method used in this research is descriptive method. Method of determining the location of the research is purposive. The sampling method used was accidental sampling and proportional random sampling. Methods of analysis using the t test is one sample t-test and T-test dependent. Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of input variables, wide area, TSP. ZA, EM4 fertilizer, labor and seeds to seaweed production at Farmers Group" Mario Marennu" (2) determine which variables ure dominant affect the production of seaweed on Farmers Group Mario Marennu Implementation of research methods used in this study is a survey method. Method of determining the location of the study using purposive. The method of sampling using census method. Kinds of data used is primary data and secondary data Sources of data obtained seaweed farmers, village office, district office, department of fisheries, gapoktan office and library research. Data collection techniques by observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. To analyze the factors of production of seaweed on Cobb Douglas production function and optimization. Research results are land area, TSP fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, EM4 fertilizer, labor, and seeds to give positive effect on the production of seaweed While the individual affected the discharge area of the seed production. Abstract

Kota Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu kota  besar sekaligus  menjadi ibukota provinsi dari Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Meskipun menjadi pusat perkotaan, sektor pertanian masih mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap perekonomian di kota ini, khususnya di bidang peternakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisis peran subsektor peternakan di Kota Yogyakarta, (2) menganalisis strategi pengembangan subsektor peternakan untuk mendukung ekonomi lokal Kota Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu  menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jenis penelitian yaitu studi kasus. Metode pengambilan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis Location Quotient (LQ, matriks Internal Faktor Evaluation (IFE), matriks External Faktor Evaluation (EFE), matriks Internal-Eksternal (IE), matriks Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, dan Threats (SWOT), dan Quantitive Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Subsektor peternakan menjadi subsektor basis di Kota Yogyakarta sehingga subsektor peternakan memiliki peran menjadi subsektor penggerak utama terhadap perekonomian Kota Yogyakarta, (2) Strategi pengembangan subsektor peternakan yang dapat diterapkan di Kota Yogyakarta adalah strategi pengembangan produk cara perbaikan kualitas ternak untuk menghasilkan produk ternak yang aman dan memaksimalkan pengolahan produk limbah ternak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut apa saja yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen terhadap minuman kemasan yang mengandung ekstrak jahe. Pengambilan data dilakukan selama tiga bulan, yakni bulan Juni-Agustus 2021. Responden penelitian adalah masyarakat Kabupaten Sleman yang mengkonsumsi minuman kemasan mengandung ekstrak jahe. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 orang, dimana jumlah sampel diperoleh dengan menghitung menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara langsung kepada responden terpilih sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari beberapa sumber referensi seperti buku dan jurnal. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui atribut yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen, dilakukan analisis uji binomial yang diolah menggunakan alat bantu SPSS.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui jika konsumen memperoleh minuman kemasan yang mengandung ekstrak jahe dengan cara membeli di swalayan (17%), mini market (26%), toko kelontong (41%), online (5%), lain-lain (13%). Selain itu, mayoritas konsumen menyukai membeli minuman kemasan mengandung ekstrak jahe dalam bentuk kemasan sachet, yakni sebanyak 84%. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji binomial untuk mengetahui atribut yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil uji binomial, diketahui jika atribut harga, rasa, kemasan, informasi produk, kadaluarsa, merek, promosi dan kemudahan didapat merupakan atribut yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam memutuskan untuk membeli minuman kemasan yang mengandung ekstrak jahe.

Abstract

“Orgo Organic Farm” melakukan bisnis sayur organik mulai dari budidaya hingga pemasaran. Ketatnya persaingan bisnis sayur organik di Malang mengharuskan pelaku bisnis memahami faktor-faktor yang mendorong keputusan konsumen melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di OOF. Data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara pelanggan OOF. Teknik accidental sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel pelanggan OOF. Data dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di OOF. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan nilai p value 0,001 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai original sample (path coefficient) 0,336 menunjukkan arah hubungan positif dan terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan konsumen. Harga tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan nilai p value 0,109 atau lebih besar dari 0,05. Nilai  original sampel (path coefficient) 0,172 menunjukan arah hubungan positif. Kata kunci : Harga Sayur, Keputusan Pembelian, Kualitas Sayur, Sayur Organik.
