Abstract

This research aims to: (1) analyze, understand, and explain compensation at PT Pelita Abadi Sejahtera; (2) analyze, understand, and explain motivation at PT Pelita Abadi Sejahtera; (3) analyze, understand, and explain employee performance at PT Pelita Abadi Sejahtera; (4) analyze, understand, and explain the relationship between compensation and motivation with employee performance at PT Pelita Abadi Sejahtera; (5) analyze, understand, and explain the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Pelita Abadi Sejahtera; (6) analyze, understand, and explain the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT Pelita Abadi Sejahtera; and (7) analyze, understand, and explain the combined effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Pelita Abadi Sejahtera. The study utilizes a descriptive method to describe issues related to the independent variables—compensation, work motivation, and employee performance. The verification approach is used to assess the effects of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The population consists of employees at PT Pelita Abadi Sejahtera Cirebon in the second process section, with a total sample of 67 employees selected using nonprobability sampling. Path analysis is employed as the analytical tool. The results reveal: (1) a very strong and positive correlation between the compensation variable (X1) and work motivation (X2), with a correlation coefficient of 0.808; (2) no partial effect of compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y), where compensation contributes 10.28% to employee performance; (3) a partial effect of work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y), with work motivation influencing employee performance by 84.76%; and (4) a significant simultaneous effect of compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y), accounting for 95.03%, with the remaining impact attributable to other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of organizational culture and organizational communication on employee performance at PT Alam Jaya Karawang. This study uses a verification method with quantitative data analysis, distributing questionnaires as a data collection tool to employees of PT Alam Jaya Karawang. The findings in this study are that organizational culture has a partial influence on the performance of employees of PT Alam Jaya Karawang with a tcount value greater than the t valuetabel (18.696> 1.655). Organizational communication also has a partial influence on the performance of employees of PT Alam Jaya Karawang with a tcount value greater than the t valuetabel (12.731> 1.655). Simultaneously, organizational culture and organizational communication have an influence of 81% on the performance of employees of PT Alam Jaya Karawang while the remaining 19% can be attributed to other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze 1) The effect of Organizational Communication on Employee Performance in the finished goods section of PT Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills Karawang, 2) The influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance of the finished goods section of PT Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills Karawang, 3) The Effect of Organizational Communication and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of the finished goods section of PT Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills Karawang. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey method with a population of 134 employees and a sample size of 90 respondents, while the analytical tools used are multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing and significance testing. The results of this study found that organizational communication has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the finished goods section of PT Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills Karawang. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the finished goods section of PT Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills Karawang. Organizational communication and work motivation together have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the finished goods section of PT Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills Karawang. Further research is recommended to consider other variables that can affect employee performance besides organizational communication and work motivation. In the future, it can add independent variables such as leadership style, work environment. In addition, it can increase the research subject to all employees at PT Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills Karawang, not only the finished goods section.  Because organizational communication affects employee performance at PT Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills Karawang with a positive relationship direction, the company must ensure that information about the vision, mission and goals of the organization is clear and accessible to all employees. Provide a transparent forum or communication channel to convey organizational information to all members. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees in the finished goods section of PT Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills Karawang, so companies must adopt a holistic approach that involves various aspects of employee work life. Recognize individual needs and desires while maintaining fairness and transparency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how workload and motivation influence the performance of PT employees. Concorde Industry Karawang. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses a causality survey method. The research population was 449 employees of PT Concorde Industry Karawang, and the sample used was a non-probability random sample. In this research, multiple regression, correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing were used. The research results show that employee performance is influenced by motivation and workload simultaneously, and workload partially influences employee performance. It is proven that workload and motivation improve employee performance. The limitations of this research are limited to two influencing variables; further research should be carried out with more research variables. This research can be used by institutions to consider things that can improve the performance of their employees. It is hoped that further research will add to the company variables studied. This research investigates the motivation of PT employees. Concorde Industry Karawang, their workload, and their performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pratamaeka Bigco Indonesia. The population of this study amounted to 210 while the number of samples with the slovin formula obtained 138 respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to selected respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach verified by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence both partially and simultaneously job characteristics and work discipline on employee performance. Company management needs to consider job designs that accommodate task diversity, provide clear task identities, emphasize task significance, provide autonomy and provide feedback to employees. In addition, companies also need to encourage a work culture that emphasizes adherence to applicable rules and norms and provides adequate supervision of the implementation of these rules.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze how Work Discipline and Work Motivation Influence Employee Performance at the UPTD Community Health Center in Klari District, Karawang Regency. This research is quantitative in nature and employs a causal method by conducting a survey among employees of the UPTD Community Health Center in Klari District, Karawang Regency. The research involves 61 employees of the UPTD Community Health Center in Klari District, Karawang Regency, selected through non-probability sampling techniques. Initial data obtained through questionnaires are utilized. The analysis employs multiple regression, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing, and correlation. The research findings indicate that Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a significant influence on employee performance collectively; individually, Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. Additionally, it is proven that Work Discipline and Work Motivation significantly enhance employee performance. This research only addresses two influencing variables, thus additional research on variables and research methods will be conducted. The findings of this research can be utilized by institutions to consider factors that can improve employee performance. Future Research: Considering the unique features of the company under study, further research is expected to encompass more investigated variables. This research involves employees of the UPTD Community Health Center in Klari District, Karawang Regency, regarding performance, work motivation, and work discipline.

Abstract

Due to process errors that occurred, PT Rubber Indonesia employees experienced a decline in performance, which resulted in products not meeting standards, customer complaints and decreased productivity. Some employees do not understand the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (IK), which causes problems in the work process. This research aims to determine how work experience and training influence employee performance. This study used quantitative methods, and the sample consisted of 75 people who were selected purposively. Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out after the data was collected through distributing questionnaires. The results show that, while H1 is accepted, work experience has a significant effect on employee performance, H2 is rejected, training has no significant effect on employee performance. However, H3 is accepted, both work experience and training have a significant effect on employee performance. The results suggest that businesses should consider and leverage employee work experiences to improve performance and re-evaluate training programs to ensure that they are helping employees and the organization as a whole.

Abstract

This study investigates how Job Satisfaction and Work Environment impact employees' turnover intention at PT. Nakama Berkah Sejahtera Karawang. Using a quantitative approach with a causal method, the research surveys the entire employee population of 60 people. Primary data were collected via questionnaires, and the analysis employed multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that both Job Satisfaction and Work Environment significantly influence turnover intention, with each factor individually contributing to the reduction of turnover. These insights highlight the importance of improving job satisfaction and work environment to reduce turnover. However, the research is limited to these two variables, and future studies are encouraged to expand by considering additional variables and examining potential mediator and moderator effects. This research provides valuable insights for companies seeking strategies to reduce turnover intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of the use of celebrity endorsers and advertisements through digital marketing on the buying interest of Tokoedia users and to find out whether student objects are able to influence purchases on Tokopedia with the presence of celebrity endorsers and advertisements displayed by Tokopedia. The research method used is a quantitative method and uses secondary and primary data. Primary data was obtained from respondents who were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 30 questions. The sample consisted of 97 active students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University, Tokopedia users with a population of 3855 students and used a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique for this research uses PLS-SEM versi 4. The results of the research show, (1) There is a positive and significant influence of celebrity endorsers on the buying interest of Tokopedia users among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau, (2) There is a positive and significant influence of advertising on users' buying interest Tokopedia among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau, (3) There is a positive and significant influence of celebrity endorsers on the digital marketing of Tokopedia users among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau, (4) There is a positive and significant influence of advertising on the digital marketing of Tokopedia users among students. Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau, (5) There is a positive and significant influence of digital marketing on the buying interest of Tokopedia users among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau, (6) celebrity endorsers on buying interest through digital marketing do not have a positive influence on the use of Tokopedia in students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau, and (7) There are advertisements that have a positive and significant effect on buying interest through digital marketing of Tokopedia users among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau.

Abstract

This study aims to determine This study aims to determine the the influence of Institutional Ownership, Corporate Risk, Board of Commissioners Independence, Company Size, and Profitability on Audit Fees in BUMN listed on the IDX for the 2021-2022 period. The sampling technique used wan purposive sampling with a total sample of 27 sample with a 2-years research period. The data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis through the Eviews 12 application. The result of this study indicates the variable of institusional ownership, independence of the board of commissioners and profitability does not have an effect on audit fees. While, firm risk, company size has an effect on audit fees.
