Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of organizational culture and organizational communication on employee performance at PT Alam Jaya Karawang. This study uses a verification method with quantitative data analysis, distributing questionnaires as a data collection tool to employees of PT Alam Jaya Karawang. The findings in this study are that organizational culture has a partial influence on the performance of employees of PT Alam Jaya Karawang with a tcount value greater than the t valuetabel (18.696> 1.655). Organizational communication also has a partial influence on the performance of employees of PT Alam Jaya Karawang with a tcount value greater than the t valuetabel (12.731> 1.655). Simultaneously, organizational culture and organizational communication have an influence of 81% on the performance of employees of PT Alam Jaya Karawang while the remaining 19% can be attributed to other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Education aims to create an effective system so as to achieve good quality learning. Teacher performance is influenced by competence and emotional intelligence. Competency supports teaching effectiveness, while emotional intelligence helps manage emotions and build positive relationships. Both play a role in improving teacher performance and learning quality. This study aims to determine the influence of competence and emotional intelligence on teacher performance at Budi Mulia Karawang High School. This researcher used quantitative and verifiable descriptive methods with a total teacher population of 38 teachers. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS26 using multiple linear regression tool methods. The results of this study can be concluded that competence obtained an average score of 168 with the very good category, emotional intelligence with an average score of 169.9 with the very good category and an average performance of 167.7 with the very good category. Meanwhile, competence partially has a very significant effect on performance with a sig value. 0.015 < 0.05, Thcal value 2.568 > Ttable 2.030. Emotional intelligence partially has a very significant effect on the GIS value. 0.001 < 0.05, Thitung 3,469 > Ttable 2,030. Simultaneously, competence and emotional intelligence had a very significant effect with a value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcal 53.655 > 3.26. The results of the Determination Test showed that the R-value squared was 0.754, which means that the variables X1 and X2 together had an influence of 75.4% on the Y variable, while 24.6% were influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

Education is an important process in shaping humans to be able to develop knowledge, attitudes, values, and behaviors that support personal and social growth. SMA Negeri 1 Karawang is one of the State Senior High Schools in Karawang Regency which was established on September 16, 1959. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Karawang. The method used is a quantitative descriptive and verification approach with a saturated sampling approach. The research sample consisted of 39 teachers. Multiple linear regression data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study can be concluded that work motivation with a score of 2,285 and an average of 175.84 is in the very good category and work discipline with a score of 2,333 and an average of 179.46 is in the very good category. Teacher performance with a score of 2,338 and an average of 179.84 is in the very good category. The results of the t-test show that work motivation has a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 and t-count 3.786> t-table 2.026 significantly influences teacher performance. Work discipline has a significant value of 0.014 <0.05 and t-count 2.592> t-table 2.026 significantly influences teacher performance. Simultaneously, work motivation and work discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and F-count 39.252> F-table 3.25 significantly influence teacher performance. The coefficient of determination of the magnitude of the influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on teacher performance is 0.686 or 68.6%, while 31.4% is influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek krusial dalam mendukung keberlangsungan operasional dan produktivitas perusahaan, khususnya di sektor industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi K3 yang mencakup penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), pelaksanaan Prosedur Operasional Standar (SOP), dan pelatihan K3 di Departemen Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) PT. XYZ, Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap empat informan dari berbagai bagian perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah menyediakan APD sesuai standar dan melaksanakan pelatihan K3 secara rutin, serta menerapkan SOP di seluruh unit kerja. Namun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan berupa inkonsistensi penggunaan APD dan kurangnya kedisiplinan dalam penerapan SOP. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya penguatan budaya keselamatan kerja, peningkatan pengawasan, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap efektivitas pelatihan. Dengan demikian, implementasi K3 di PT. XYZ telah berjalan cukup baik, namun masih memerlukan upaya perbaikan untuk mencapai lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, dan produktif secara menyeluruh

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the extent to which motivation and the work environment affect employee productivity at PT. ABC Indonesia, both when examined separately (partial) and jointly (simultaneous). The study was carried out using a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verifikative research design. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 81 respondents. Multiple linear regression was employed for data analysis. The results indicate that motivation and the work environment each have a significant influence on employee productivity when tested separately. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, both variables were also found to significantly contribute to the improvement of productivity in the company under study. These findings reinforce the view that internal factors in the form of motivational drive and external factors in the form of a conducive work environment are key determinants of employee performance. Therefore, company management needs to focus on strategies to enhance motivation, whether through rewards, incentives, or career development, as well as ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive work environment. Improvements in both aspects are believed to create positive synergy that not only enhances individual productivity but also contributes to the overall success of the organization. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana motivasi serta lingkungan kerja memberikan dampak terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. ABC Indonesia, baik ditinjau secara terpisah (parsial) maupun bersama-sama (simultan). Studi ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif sekaligus verifikatif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendistribusikan angket kepada 81 responden. Metode regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan ketika diuji secara terpisah. Selain itu, ketika diuji secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut juga terbukti berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas di perusahaan yang diteliti. Temuan ini memperkuat pandangan bahwa faktor internal berupa dorongan motivasi serta faktor eksternal berupa kondisi lingkungan kerja yang kondusif menjadi penentu utama kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, manajemen perusahaan perlu menitikberatkan pada strategi peningkatan motivasi, baik melalui pemberian penghargaan, insentif, maupun pengembangan karier, serta memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman, nyaman, dan mendukung. Peningkatan kedua aspek tersebut diyakini dapat menciptakan sinergi positif yang tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas individu, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is greatly influenced by several factors, namely service quality and employee competence, if the quality of service and employee competence work very well then customer satisfaction will be very good and vice versa. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and employee competence on customer satisfaction in the banking sector. The research method used is a descriptive and verification approach with a survey technique through a questionnaire distributed to 75 bank customers, the analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 21. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that service quality (X1) is categorized as good, employee competence (X2) is categorized as good, customer satisfaction (Y) is categorized as good, service quality (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) partially has a positive effect, employee competence (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) partially has a positive effect, service quality (X1) and employee competence (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) simultaneously have a positive effect, while the determination value is 0.545 or 54.5% and other values 0.455 or 45.5% are other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Research in the Sanggabuana coffee village tourist area aims to analyze how digital payments are used by MSMEs based on indicators of the value of digitalization of MSMEs and by current conditions. This research also looks at the impact of using digital payments on increasing income. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method, the results of the analysis show that MSMEs have a very high level of awareness, namely, 94% of MSMEs understand the importance of using digital payments in transactions. Where this level of awareness is related to the level of efficiency ( Efficiency ), security, and risk ( Security ), content related to digital payment finance is easy to understand ( Perceived ease of payment) and the use of digital payments provides benefits ( Perceived benefits) for MSME owners in developing their business and provide opportunities for business growth. However, the fact is that digital payment users among MSMEs in the Sanggabuana coffee village tourist area are relatively low. This can be seen from the percentage of digital payment users, namely 19 MSMEs or 63.33% do not use digital payments in transactions. This is in line with data from the Ministry of Communication and Information that the digital society index in Indonesia is classified as very low. From the research results, 36% of respondents who had provided digital payment facilities reported an increase in sales revenue every month.

Abstract

Toast is a food that is quite popular at all age levels. Consumers can choose a flavor variant that suits their taste. This type of food can be found in several places, including on Jl. HS Ronggo Waluyo No. 72 Sukaharja, East Telukjambe, Karawang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection methods using interviews, observation, and decision techniques. The digital marketing carried out by Roti Bakar ROBAKA includes marketing efforts that use electronic devices or the internet. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Search Engine Marketing, Content Marketing, content automation, social media marketing, and display advertising. The owner of Roti Bakar ROBAKA utilized the existing social media business TikTok and then started making posts with applications and layouts that attracted attention. Posts can be tailored to interesting promotional themes, for example, related to Buy 2 get 1 free, 30-50% discount with applicable conditions or other important dates and days.
