Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian dan pengaruh label halal dalam memoderasi hubungan antara promosi dan keputusan pembeliaan.sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 60 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa promosi promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan Label halal memperkuat hubungan antara promosi dan keputusan pembelian namun tidak signifikan.Kata kunci : promosi, keputusan pembelian dan label halal

Abstract

Aster Floral merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang florist yang berada di Kota Batam. Aster Floral menyediakan layanan di bidang penataan bunga seperti, bunga wisuda, bunga penghargaan, bunga kelulusan, bunga hari ibu, bunga kasih sayang, dan masih banyak lagi yang terbuat dari bahan kertas. Aster Floral mengimplementasi sistem ERP demi membantu kelancaran bisnis yang dijalankan. ERP dijabarkan sebagai sistem yang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam menjalankan proses bisnis. ERP yang diterapkan pada usaha Aster Floral adalah CRM. CRM sendiri dimanfaatkan dalam mencatat keterangan pelanggan dan sebagai pencatatan transaksi bagi usaha.

Abstract

Brand image is the representation and overall perception of the brand and formed from past information and experiences on a lifestyle brand is one's lifestyle in a world expressed in its activities, interests, and opinions. When the brand image and lifestyle have a positive influence, it becomes a separate consideration for consumers and can influence consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of the study this is to know the influence of Brand Image and Lifestyle to the decision of purchasing IPhone to MBS FEBI UIN RIL class of 2019 students. The method used in this research is quantitative method. This research took 30 samples. Sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by questionnaire technique. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of competence and work motivation on employee performance at RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. Sukabumi City. Researchers used a quantitative approach with associative and questionnaire methods as a means of data collection. The population is all employees at R. Syamsudin Hospital, SH. The City of Sukabumi has a total of 1,446 employees, sampling using the slovin formula with an error degree of 10%, so the sample is 94 employees, and the sampling technique is proportional stratification random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and so on with multivariate regression analysis. The results, both independently and simultaneously, employee competence and work motivation have an impact on employee performance at R. Syamsudin, SH Hospital. Sukabumi City; (5) There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance at RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. Sukabumi City.

Abstract

This research is about consumer repurchase intention with the aim of analyzing satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer repurchase intention. The data analysis method uses multiple regression and the Sobel test to test the effect. The population is Matahari Department Store Sukabumi consumers in the June 2020 Observation Period of 8500 consumers. By taking the sample using the Taro Yamane formula with an error rate of 10%. So that the number of samples is 100 respondents. The results show that service quality has an effect on repurchase intention, product quality has an effect on repurchase intention, satisfaction has an effect on repurchase intention, service quality has an effect on satisfaction, product quality has an effect on satisfaction, service quality and product quality are each able to mediate the influence of interest. repurchase through customer satisfaction at Matahari Department Store Sukabumi.
