Abstract

Annual plants are plants that can produce more than one year. Of the various types of annual plants there are several types of plants that are not directly productive. The selection of commodities that will be developed in an area that is supposed to have a competitive advantage, making it profitable and sustainable. In the era of free trade, all agricultural commodities can be freely traded between regions, and even countries. The consequences of free trade is the only commodity that has a competitive advantage are able to compete. The purpose of this study was (1) Knowing how much production, farmers' income, the efficiency of farming cloves. (2) To determine the contribution of family income of farmers from farming cloves, and determine the level of family income distribution of farming clove farmers. and (3) Knowing the value of the feasibility of annual crops cultivated farming. The assessment was conducted using survey / interviews using a structured questionnaire simple. interview done in Takatunga Village, District of South Golewa with a total sample of 30 respondents who specified intentionally (purposive sampling). To obtain the desired goal analysis indicator used is the analysis of production, income and farm efficiency cloves (Syzigium aromaticum) and its contribution to the family income. Clove production of 30 respondents in the village Takatunga is Rp 1,647,969,200 with an average production of USD 5.49323 million . This shows that production Takatunga profitable farming village cloves . Takatunga village clove farm income is $ 1,576,631,200 with a total average income of Rp 3,115,298 cloves . This shows that farming village clove Takatunga very profitable . Clove farming in rural sub-district Takatunga South Golewa very efficient . With a ratio of R / C = 23.09 . Clove farm income contribution to total household income is relatively high at 85.31 % of the total household income .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mangaran Kecamatan Mangaran Kabupaten Situbondo Propinsi Jawa Timur yaitu petani padi sawah dengan menggunakan pupuk semi organik dan pupuk anorganik dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 (tiga puluh) responden. Untuk mengarahkan penelitian ini, maka dirumuskan beberapa tujuan yaitu : untuk mengetahui perbedaan produksi, pendapatan, dan efisiensi antara penggunaan pupuk semi organik dan anorganik pada usahatani padi sawah. Analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat beberapa kesimpulan yaitu antara lain : (a). Produksi usahatani dengan menggunakan pupuk semi organik dan pupuk anorganik berbeda nyata pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Produksi rata-rata per hektar usahatani padi dengan menggunakan pupuk semi organik lebih tinggi yaitu 2.318 Kg dibanding usahatani padi dengan menggunakan pupuk anorganik yaitu 2.293 Kg dengan selisih 25 Kg. (b). Pendapatan usahatani dengan menggunakan pupuk semi organik dan pupuk anorganik berbeda nyata pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Pendapatan rata-rata per hektar usahatani padi dengan menggunakan pupuk semi organik lebih tinggi yaitu Rp. 11.357.283 dibanding usahatani padi dengan menggunakan pupuk anorganik yaitu Rp. 10.994.750 dengan selisih Rp. 362.533. (c). Tingkat efisiensi rata-rata per hektar usahatani padi dengan menggunakan pupuk semi organik dan pupuk anorganik berbeda nyata pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Tingkat efisiensi yang paling efisien adalah usahatani padi dengan menggunakan pupuk semi organik dengan tingkat efisien 2,99 sedangkan usahatani padi dengan menggunakan pupuk anorganik tingkat efisien 2,89.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to know the agroindustry revenues tofu at UD. Al –lkhlas and marketing strategy of agroindustry tofu at ud. al-ikhlas in the village of curah jeru the district of panji. Samples are taken as one that entrepreneurs processing soybeans into tofu at UD. Al-Ikhlas in the village of Curah Jeru the District of Panji Regency of Situbondo. The results showed that the revenue of the agroindustry tofu during the month carried of businessman UD Al-Ikhlas profitable, in which the agroindustry tofu business income earned over a period of a month to reach Rp. 14.920.500, -. Marketing strategies for agroindustry tofu at UD Al-Ikhlas In the village Curah Jeru District of Panji Regency of Situbondo running well. This can occur because the product tofu of the UD Al-Ikhlas has a market share and consumers are much in Situbondo and products may interest the public. Sales tofu too high so as to increase revenue and profit producer. Suggestions from researchers to entrepreneurs tofu the UD Al-Ikhlas which should increase again the number of production tofu because the company already has a lot of market share and good marketing, increased production should also be followed by the addition of labor, the expansion of marketing and distribution as well as adding a branch of production and marketing

Abstract

The research was determined the operating revenues of palm sugar, knowing palm sugar business development prospects in the Village of Patemon District of Bungatan. The method of determining the area of the research was purposive method because in the village of Patemon there are a lot of palm plants and there are 30 heads of families who do business with palm sugar making it easier to study. Results showed that the income of palm sugar producers in the Village Patemon District of Bungatan Regency of Situbondo favorably with averages revenue in a month Rp.1.764.000, -. Prospects for the development of palm sugar business is done in the Village of Patemon District of Bungatan Regency of Situbondo not feasible to be developed. Where in this prospect analysis B / C ratio to find the feasibility that will lead to the development prospects of palm sugar business. Based on the analysis of B / C ratio of the average obtained over a period of a month reached 0.28 so that the palm sugar business is not feasible to develop. Factors causing palm sugar business is not viable on a palm sugar prices are still low, the cost of purchasing palm juice and the amount of labor. For entrepreneurs should pay attention to the cultivation of palm sugar with the efforts of a simple way to get to a more modern way to get the maximum added value, improve marketing which usually only wait for customers who come marketed and sold in stalls / shops around the village Patemon increased sales to other areas such as traditional markets Bungatan, White Sand Situbondo sights even in the center by a product-by Situbondo that Patemon village can be recognized by people outside, to improve marketing can work well, note also that the product packaging palm sugar is made more attractive and looks more worthy to be sold and purchased society, this contributes to increase business because these products have long hereditary done and has even become a featured komuditi Village of Patemon District of Bungatan Regency of Situbondo.

Abstract

The purpose ofthe study is to know the income merchant businesses sap, and commodity prospect siwalan under reviewin terms of merchant businesses sap in the Kalianget village. Hypothesis in this study is the income of trader sap in the Kalianget village favorable and Commodity Development strategies palm in Terms of merchant businesses sap a good to be developed. The method used is descriptive method and survey. Descriptive method is a picture or painting in a systematic, factual, and accurate information on the facts and the relationship between the phenomena investigated. Survey method is to determine the sample that is the field and also write a questionnaire to obtain information needed. Population in this study there are 23 heads of families who do business sales sap, population because there is only 23 traders then all respondens in the sample made in this study that took 23 heads of families who do business in the Kalianget village district Banyuglugur regency of Situbondo. The result showed that the income traders sap in the Kalianget village favorable with the averages income in a month Rp. 403.300,- on weekdays and in the month of ramadhan revenue of Rp 1.854.200,-. Development strategy of business trader sap in the Kalianget village district Banyuglugur regency of Situbondo basad mapping SWOT matrix is in quadrant 1, means the situation is favorable because the strategy to be developed to have good opportunities and strengths, so that the strength that be can take advantage of the opportunities open. Advice is pay attention to the management of research efforts that needs to be improved further sap from the simple to the more modern direction to get better added value.

Abstract

The research was determined the durian farm income each of year in the village of Pakisan District of Tlogosari Regency of Bondowoso, knowing how feasibility durian farm in the village of Pakisan District of Tlogosari Regency of Bondowoso. Statistical analysis used is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method used to depict or describe the data in a systematic, factual, and accurate about the facts - facts and relationships between phenomena that are looking for. The sampling technique by means of a simple random and each respondent has an equal chance of being sampled. Durian farmers overall population (productive and non-productive) harvest season in 2014 in the village of Pakisan there are 123 farmers. But durian farmers productive population by 30 farmers so that sampling techniques into census technique which makes all the productive population durian farmers into a sample of 30 farmers. The results showed that the durian farm income during the first year by the farmers in the village of Pakisan District of Tlogosari Regency of Bondowoso profitable, where durian farm income earned average - average in the period of 1 year to reach Rp. 18.9569 million, and durian farm in the village of Pakisan District of Tlogosari the regency of Bondowoso feasible to try, prospects of this farm has a good chance to be developed further. Where the average per year for the feasibility of a durian farm in the village of Pakisan which was analyzed by B / C ratio is 13.47 and for the calculation of B / C Ratio durian farm on average reaches 1.15 per month. Suggestions of researchers is In durian farming activities in the village of Pakisan District of Tlogosari, farmers must be active and diligent in working in the field of durian cultivation and if necessary can be improved by adopting a more modern agricultural technologies in order to produce agricultural products such as durian high quality and good quality that can increase the income of farmers themselves
