Abstract

Assumption from this research reflected in hypothesis that suspect that htere is a positive and significant influence from leadership, motivation, training, and workin environment to performance. For testing the validity from that hypothesis it's needed a related data from worker opinion about leadership, motivation, traing, working environment, and performance.Data explored based one judgemnet and worker opinion from 100 respondents. The result of regression analysis is meanwhile F is 8,873 with significant 0,00. R square is 0,806. So the variable can explained 80,6% to performance and the rest 19,4% can be explained the another variables. From the research it can be concluded that leadership, motivation, training and working environment have positive inlfuence to performance.

Abstract

This reserch examines the behavior of consumers in the decision to buy a smartphone based on android whether they are affected usefulness and product attributes. Reserchers distributing questionnaires in the Yogyakarta area with respondents android-based smarphone users. this study used 75 samples. the analysis used is multile regression analysis using independent variables usefulness, quality, price, design, and features while the dependet variable was the decision to buy. the study concluded that usefulness influence on purchase decisions tech android smartphone, quality attributes do not affect the decision to buy a smartphone tech android. the price attributes influence the decision to buy a smartphone tech android. design attributes influence the decision to buy a smartphone tech android. feature attribut influence the decision to buy a smartphone tech android. usefulness, quality, price, design and featres together influence the decision to uy a smartphone tech android.

Abstract

reserch under the title "The effect Image, Prodct and Consumer Price Loyalty Toyota Avanza in Yogyakarta. The samples used in this study of 100 respondents. The level of comsumer loyalty 64,2% is determined bythe image, product and price: whreas 35,8% is determined b other variables that are not covered in this study. For example, customer satisfaction, customer commitment, and others. Image, product, and price simultaneously or with a significant effect on customer loyalty (F cout = 36,26: p=0,000< 0,05). Image, product and price partially positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Citra is the varible most dominant influence on consumer loyalty. In an effort to increase consumer loyalty, policies or strategies that might be able to run effectively and efficiently is to improve the company's image

Abstract

Along with the rise of online business development that occurs in social networking especially Instagram, researchers wanted to analyze customer loyalty in the online business transactions. Factor buyers satisfaction to the dimensions of the product and the level of response, the trust factor buyer to the dimensions of certainty and pragmatic attitude, the experience factor buyer in the dimension of pleasure and dimension reduction barriers affect customers loyalty in the purchase through a social networking site Instagram. Because in any business area, business people must expect loyal customers will affect revisiting, repurchase and recommend it to others.
