This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in class VII B MTsN 1 Pangandaran in social studies subjects. Improved student learning outcomes by being given action through the use of maps as learning aids. This research uses Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists Two meetings. Each Meating consist of four stages, namely planning, acting, observing and evaluating the results of the action and reflecting until the expected improvement. The population of this study were all students of class VII B MTsN 1 Pangandaran with 30 students. The results of the study indicate that the use of maps as learning aids can improve student achievement in social studies subjects. This is evidenced by an increase of 20% compared to pre-treatment. Learning achievement in the first cycle of the second meeting increased by 40% to 67% in the second cycle of the 1st meeting. Similarly, learning outcomes in the second cycle of the first meeting increased by 20% to 87% at the end of the second cycle of the second meeting. -learning is proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes on the concept of understanding the human environment using of maps as learning aids of the location and area of Indonesia in class VII B MTsN 1 Pangandaran.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Subjects in recitation material by using the singing demonstration method and the use of PAI smart pole props in class III-1 of 004 North Balikpapan Public Elementary School in North Semester 2016/2017 Academic Year. The problem in this study is how to improve student learning outcomes in the material of recitation. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education Subjects in recitation material using singing demonstrations and PAI smart pole props namely: the number of completeness in the pre-cycle was only 10 people (32.2%) increased to 20 complete people (64.5 %) in the first cycle and increased to 27 students (87.09%) in the second cycle. The research concludes that the singing demonstration and PAI smart pole props can improve student learning outcomes in class III-1 of 004 North Balikpapan Public Elementary School, even semester, 2016/2017 academic year.

This study aims to improve the pedagogical competence of educators at Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Pendidikan Kalangsari (YPK) Cijulang, Pangandaran Regency in preparing the administration of assessments through academic supervision. The method used in this research is school action research. The stages of activity in this research consisted of the stages of planning the action, implementing the action, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques using class observation techniques. The observation instrument used was the Educator Ability Assessment Tool (APKG) in the form of a learning administration assessment instrument. The data analysis used a comparative descriptive analysis technique. The quantitative data obtained were described in the form of words or explanations. Furthermore, data comparisons are carried out to ensure whether there is an increase in the ability of educators in assessing learning administration. The results showed that academic supervision could improve the ability of educators in compiling administrative assessments in learning at Madrasah Aliyah YPK Cijulang by 26.2%.

This madrasah action research aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision programs implemented by madrasah principals to improve teacher performance in implementing exploration-based learning, elaboration, and confirmation. The form of research used a madrasah action research design. The subject of this research is the teacher who is the homeroom teacher of class 1 to grade 6, totaling 12 people. The research activity was carried out in two cycles. The time of research activities in the odd semester 2019/2020 academic year, starting from August to October 2019. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the average performance score of the twelve teachers in implementing learning in pre-cycle activities is 75.05; the average value in cycle I activities was 81.80 (an increase of 6.75); and the average value in cycle II was 88.73 (an increase of 6.93), which means that there is an increase in teacher performance in the implementation of learning. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision program could improve teacher performance in implementing exploration-based learning, elaboration, and confirmation.

The background of this research Students’ class XI IPS 2 Madrasah Aliyah YPK Cijulang Kabupaten Pangandaran learning outcomes in sociology subject were still in low category, students who have not reached KKM reached 87.5%. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class XI IPS at Madrasah Aliyah YPK Cijulang Pangandaran in the 2019/2020 school year on sociology through the use of film media. The method used in this research was classroom action research which was carried out in two cycles. The data sources came from the teachers and students. This study employed observation and test to collect the data collection using observation and test techniques. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that students’ learning outcomes increased from pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. The completeness percentage was 12.5% in the pre-cycle, increasing to 44.82% in the first cycle and increasing to 75% in the second cycle. The class average score of students in the pre-cycle 61.05 increased to 72.33 in the first cycle and increased to 76.84 in the second cycle. From the result, it can concluded that the use of film media can improve the learning outcomes for sociology of conflict and violence material for students of class XI IPS 2 Madrasah Aliyah YPK Cijulang Pangandaran Regency in the 2019/2020 academic year.

The main research problem in this study is that the madrasa organizational climate is still not condusive. The employees’ discipline level is still low. Civilizing employee discipline is assumed can create an organizational climate quality at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 6 Pangandaran. This study aims to describe the implementation of a discipline culture in creating an organizational climate quality. This study used school action research. The subject in this study were teacher in Public Madrasa Ibtidaiyah (MIN) 6 that consists of five female teachers and six male teachers. The results showed that teachers’ discipline can improve the quality of organizational climate. The conclusions of this study are: 1) The quality of the organizational climate in MIN 6 Pangandaran before the implementation of the discipline culture is still low. 2) The process of implementing a discipline culture to create a quality organizational climate at MIN 6 Pangandaran increases in each cycle. The culture of teachers’ discipline increased well. It can be seen from the achievements of 75.54% in the first cycle to 85.09% in the second cycle. 3) The implementation of a discipline culture can improve the quality of the organizational climate at MIN 6 Pangandaran with an average score of 74.81% in the first cycle to 86.18% at the end of the second cycle. This study recommends that teachers should have the discipline to plan, implement, and evaluate performance so can produce the best quality of graduates.

This study aims to determine the decrease in the number of smokers for students of MAN 2 Bandung through the application of the Main Healing Technique (MHT) and to know the steps of its application. The background of this research is the observation result of BP teachers which shows that there are students who have difficulty quitting smoking outside of school hours. The research was conducted in 2 cycles. Initial actions that have been taken are the optimization of School Health Business Education and the establishment of anti-smoking ambassadors in each class as well as counseling on the dangers of smoking. And the results from 360 male students obtained that 54.5% of students had ever smoked and 45.5% had never smoked. Students who had smoked were then diagnosed with a smokerlyzer device by the local Puskesmas staff and 17.8% of students were detected as having started addiction and smoking every day. Then the first cycle research was carried out by applying the Main Healing Technique (MHT) in collaboration with the Psychotherapy Sufism Study Program at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung en masse. Then the Main Healing Technique (MHT) action was performed again in the second cycle in groups. The results showed a decrease in the number of students who smoked. Students who used to smoke every day were 9.9% but after MHT it became 1.9%. Students who occasionally smoked from 15.7% to 0.42%. So the results of the study conclude that the application of the Main Healing Technique (MHT) can be used as an alternative for therapy for students to be freed from smoking habits.

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in social studies subjects was still in low category. The research objective was to improve the learning outcomes of social studies subjects for class IX-A students of SMP Negeri 2 Sidamulih through the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This study used CAR method that was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The research subjects were 27 students of class IX A SMP Negeri 2 Sidamulih in the 2018/2019 academic year, consists of 16 male and 11 female student. The results of the research in cycle I showed that the average learning outcomes Increased 7,41% from 63,33 to 71,11 from the first meeting with a percentage of 25.93% at the second meeting, in Cycle II the average score was 78, 52 with a percentage of 74.07% at meeting 1 to 87.78 with a percentage of 96.30% at meeting 2. The results of skills in the first cycle increased on average from 68.75 with a percentage of 7% at meeting 1 to 76.16 with 33% percentage at meeting 2, in cycle II increased from 79.63 with a percentage of 70% at meeting 1 to 85.65 with a percentage of 93% at meeting 2.Based on the percentage of completeness, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes class IX A subject matter at SMP Negeri 2 Sidamulih.

This research was motivated by the low science learning outcomes in class VII MTs Negeri 2 Pangandaran. The research objective was to improve the science learning outcomes of class VII-V students of MTs Negeri 2 Pangandaran through a mind mapping learning model. The method used is classroom action research. The research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The research subjects were students of class VII-C MTs Negeri 2 Pangandaran, totaling 30 students, consisting of 14 male students and 16 female students. The results showed that the average student learning outcomes increased from 54.55 before the pre-action to 63.33 in the first cycle of meeting 1 and increased to 70 in the first cycle of meeting 2. In cycle 2 the average learning outcomes increased from 78 in findings. 1 to 84 at the meeting 2. Based on the completeness data it can be concluded that the application of the mind mapping model can improve the learning outcomes of class VII-C students in the science subject at MTs Negeri 2 Pangandaran.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in class XI IPA 2 MAN 1 Pangandaran on Chemistry subjects. Increasing student learning outcomes by being given action through the Problem Based Learning model. This research uses Classroom Action Research, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings; each meeting consists of four stages four stages, namely planning, acting, observing and evaluating the results of the action (observing) and reflecting. The results showed, the use of the Problem Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Chemistry with acid-base solutions. Learning outcomes in the first cycle of the second meeting increased by 10% to 60% in the second cycle of the 1st meeting Similarly, the learning outcomes in the second cycle of the first meeting increased by 25% to 85% at the end of the second cycle of the second meeting. Based Learning is proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes on acid-based solution in class XI IPA 2 MAN 1 Pangandaran.
