Abstract

The research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes on the theme of Figure and Discovery. The research aims to improve student learning outcomes by using the inquiry method in class VI MIS Emplak Pangandaran Regency. The research method used was Classroom Action Research. The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. The research subjects were all students of class VI MIS Empal Pangandaran Regency in the first semester of 2019/2020 Academic Year totaling 19 students. The results showed: (1) There was an increase in students' enthusiasm and attention towards the material delivered by the teacher, namely 37% in the first cycle and 79% in the second cycle. (2) There was an increase in student activity, namely 43.5% in the first cycle and 75% in the second cycle. (3) An increase in student learning outcomes is in the first cycle of 66.4% and the second cycle of 73.35%. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes through the method of inquiry on the theme of the characters and findings on the 1st learning in class VI students of MIS Emplak Pangandaran Regency in the academic year 2019/2019.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of observations known to students experiencing difficulty in achieving the minimum completeness target and the lack of active students in learning. The author solves this problem by applying the Mind Mapping model to the knowledge tree game. This study aims to improve the activity and student learning outcomes. Research in the form of Class Action consisting of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings with four stages, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects were students of class VIII-B MTsN 4 Pangandaran. Data to be taken include: student activity data, learning outcome data, teacher performance data during learning and student response data. The results showed an increase in activeness and student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The percentage of students' activeness in cycles I and II respectively: 59.26% and 81.48% while the percentage of classical completeness in cycles I and II respectively: 81.48% and 96.23%. Teacher performance during learning has reached good criteria. Students give positive responses to learning. The results of the study concluded that the application of Mind Mapping with the knowledge tree game could increase student learning activities and outcomes in the Structure and Function of Plant Network Functions in class VIII-B MTsN 4 Pangandaran. Learning with this model can be used to improve student activity and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is based on the background that the development of poetry works cannot be separated from the development of ancient poetry. Poetry is shaped like a poem according to the development of ancient cultural societies that enjoyed language. This is applied in writing written on the stones of the Ka'bah. Then religious poetry appears which will be studied through the hermeneutic method to be used as material for literary appreciation learning. The research objectives are; (1) to find out the meaning of religious poems by Indonesian poet period 66 based on the hermeneutical method; (2) to find out the meaning of religious poems by Indonesian poets period 2000. The research approach used is a qualitative with using descriptive study and literature method. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that, (1) poetry generation 66 and 2000 contain divine meanings, confession of sins, fear, and servitude to God, and (2) the results of poetry studies with hermeneutical methods can be used as literary appreciation learning. Based on the results of the study, it was suggested that teachers use various approaches to literary work in implementing literary appreciation learning in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes students on the Jurisprudence Subjects on the Hajj and Umrah material. The research method used was classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle carried out in two meetings. Each meeting consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were all students of class X IPS-5 MAN 2, Bandung City in the even semester of the 2016/2017 academic year, totaling 35 students. Data obtained in this study include: learning outcomes and student learning completeness taken from the provision of test questions at each end of the meeting and the activeness of students in the learning process takes place. The results showed the use of a jigsaw cooperative learning model for each cycle obtained an increase. The research data obtained the average learning outcomes in the first cycle was 78.57 and the second cycle was 96.00. The average learning completeness in the first cycle was 74.29% and the second cycle was 100%. Based on these data from cycle I to cycle II there was a significant increase. This means that the use of a jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of students of class X IPS-5 MAN 2 Bandung in the Subjects of Jurisprudence on the subject of Hajj and Umrah.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on the performance of MTs teachers in the KKM MTsN Cimerak: (1) teacher participation in making decisions on teacher performance. (2) the effect of teacher participation in the implementation of supervision on teacher performance. (3) Is there a relationship between teacher participation in decision making and implementation of supervision on teacher performance. The research method uses descriptive-correlational method. Data collection by observation and questionnaire to 30 respondents. The results of the study concluded: (1) The results of testing using the Spearman's Rho Correlation Test between Variable X1 (Teacher Participation in Decision Making) with Y Variable (Teacher Performance), obtained the Spearmen's Rho Correlation Coefficient of 0.685, means a moderate correlation. (2) The test results using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Test between Variable X2 (Teacher Participation in Supervision Implementation) with Y Variable (Teacher Performance), obtained Pearson correlation coefficient (r) of 0.804, highly correlated. (3) The results of testing using the multiple correlation test for Variables X1 and X2 with Variable Y, the double correlation coefficient (r) is 0.848, which means high correlation. Based on the test results the significance level is 0,000, which means far below 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between teacher participation in joint decision making and teacher participation in the implementation of supervision of performance improvement in MTs throughout the MTsN Cimerak KKM.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in respiration material at MAN 2 Bandung. Researchers solve these problems by applying problem solving learning methods. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in respiration material at MAN 2 Bandung. The study was Classroom Action consisting of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. Classroom Action Research is an effort made by teachers in schools to improve the quality of learning or service, test the assumptions of educational theory in teaching practice and assess all educational activities in the education system. Setting The study was conducted in class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Bandung in semester Two of the 2018/2019 academic year. The number of XI MIPA 1 students consists of 8 men and 30 women. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I (57.9%) to cycle II (82.3%). Researchers concluded that problem solving can be used to improve student learning outcomes in Class XI MIPA 1 on respiration material at MAN 2 Bandung.

Abstract

This study discusses increasing student learning, the results of observations show that many students of MTs Negeri 1 Pangandaran have problems in learning that increase student learning. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to provide services that can accommodate the interests of a number of these students together such as group counseling services. By implementing group counseling services, it is expected to increase students' learning for achievement that is free from improvement. Adding group counseling services used here is an activity of giving assistance with groups or problems related to personal and confidential in groups intended for personal development, discussion and solving personal problems needed by each group member. This research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles in students of class IX-A in the year of 2017/2018 which tests 35 students. The results of the study (1) through the implementation of group counseling services can improve learning for achievement that is free from the initial conditions 57.1% into the education cycle level of 34.5% in class IX students. A. MTs Negeri 1 Pangandaran. So with this group counseling service, the rate of increase in students is increasing. (2) through learning groups improve learning efficiency for achievement which frees from understanding in class IX students. A. MTs 1 Pangandaran Academic Year 2017/2018.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in the Natural Sciences subject matter of the Earth and disasters. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on cognitive learning outcomes in the Earth and Disaster Layer material and the influence of the PBL model on learning motivation in the Earth and Disaster Layer material. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques, documentation studies, and literature studies. Data analysis using simple regression test and multiple regression test. The population used in this study were all VII grade students of MTs Legokjawa 2018/2019 academic year totaling three classes. The sample is taken by simple random sampling technique. Class VII-A as the control class and class VII-B as the experimental class. The results showed that the results of the t test test t value of 5.598 obtained significance in the equal variances assumed column of 0,000, which means that there was an influence PBL learning model on motivation in earth layer material and disasters, and the t test results of 2,897 obtained significance in the column equal variances assumed is 0.006, which means that there is an influence of the PBL model on cognitive learning outcomes in earth layer material and disasters.

Abstract

The following article is "Implementation of STAD Type Learning to improve Activities and Student Learning Outcomes". The research background is due to the lack of activity of students in the teaching and learning process, lack of motivation to take part in learning, and unsatisfactory student learning outcomes. The method used is in the form of Cooperative Type STAD learning. The research location was conducted at MIN 3 Pangandaran. The study was conducted in three cycles. In the first cycle, some students are not familiar with the STAD Type Cooperative learning conditions. In the second cycle, students and teachers have begun to understand the implementation of STAD Type Cooperative learning and have shown satisfactory results. From the observation results, student activity increases. Whereas the daily test results showed an increase from an average of 5.48 on the first repeat daily test (before the use of STAD Cooperative Learning type) to an average of 6.53 on the second and second daily tests averaging 7.33 on the third daily test. (after the use of Cooperative Type STAD learning. From the implementation of Classroom Action Research, the first, second and third cycles it can be concluded that Cooperative Learning Type STAD can improve student learning outcomes and activities in Jurisprudence learning in class V MIN 3 Pangandaran.

Abstract

Improving student learning outcomes in story questions about fractions through realistic approaches to students of MIN 3 Pangandaran. The approach in learning is essentially an effort to restore and enhance learning activities carried out by teachers and students. Approach to learn includes factors that determine the level of success of student learning. Realistic Mathematics Approach is an approach used in the learning of school mathematics carried out by placing the reality and experience of students as the starting point of learning The research method used is descriptive method with the form of research is classroom action research. Based on the results of the study, the average student learning achievement increased. In Cycle I only 64%. After improving the learning cycle II to 72% and the third cycle 79%, the average student learning completeness increased. In the first cycle students who only 26%, had improved learning cycle II increased to 16 students 69% and the third cycle became 20 students 86%, and the average student learning activities increased. In the first cycle students who only 42%, had improved learning the second cycle increased to 73% and the third cycle increased to 82%.
