Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi orang tua mengenai penerapan sekolah secara hybrid learning terhadap kesiapan orang tua dalam menghadapi sekolah masa transisi pasca pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu cross sectional dengan menggunakan hasil survei dari google form dengan kriteria subjek penelitian yaitu wali murid sekolah dasar yang sedang menjalani sistem pembelajaran hybrid learning dan berdomisili di Kalimantan Selatan dengan jumlah 84 responden. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa: (1) 92,2% orang tua setuju diberlakukannya sistem pembelajaran hybrid learning, (2) 92,2% orang tua setuju keoptimalan hybrid learning, (3) 91,2% orang tua setuju anak merasakan kebosanan pada kegiatan belajar secara online, (4) 92.9% orang tua setuju anak lebih bersemangat dalam belajar menggunakan sistem hybrid learning, (5) 82,1% orang tua setuju bahwa masa transisi pasca pandemi COVID-19 adalah waktu yang tepat untuk anak dalam beradaptasi kembali ke sekolah dengan sistem hybrid learning, (6) 94% orang tua pasrah dan mempercayakan kepada anaknya untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan, (7) 60% orang tua ragu terhadap karyawan dan guru yang ceroboh dalam menjaga berjalannya protokol kesehatan di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil diatas dapat ditentukan bahwa sebagian orang tua memiliki persepsi positif terhadap penyelenggaraan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan sistem hybrid learning. Abstract: This study aims to determine parents' perceptions regarding the implementation of hybrid learning schools on the readiness of parents to face the transitional school period after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method is cross sectional using survey results from google form with the criteria of the research subject being the guardians of elementary school students who are undergoing a hybrid learning learning system and domiciled in South Kalimantan with a total of 84 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) 92.2% of parents agree with the implementation of a hybrid learning learning system, (2) 92.2% of parents agree that hybrid learning is optimal, (3) 91.2% of parents agree that children feel bored on online learning activities, (4) 92.9% of parents agree that children are more enthusiastic in learning using a hybrid learning system, (5) 82.1% of parents agree that the post-COVID-19 transition period is the right time for children to adapt return to school with a hybrid learning system, (6) 94% of parents surrender and entrust their children to comply with health protocols, (7) 60% of parents have doubts about employees and teachers who are careless in maintaining health protocols at school. Based on the results above, it can be determined that some parents have a positive perception of the implementation of teaching and learning activities with a hybrid learning system. Abstract

The research aims to describe: 1) The implementation of community empowerment through the development of a Tourism Village in Koja Doi Village, East Alok District, Sikka Regency, 2) The form of community empowerment through the development of a Tourism Village in Koja Doi Village, East Alok District, Sikka Regency, 3) The results of community empowerment in Koja Doi through the development of Tourism Villages in Koja Doi Village, East Alok District, Sikka Regency. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the Koja Doi Village Government, the Tourism Awareness Group, and the Koja Doi Village community. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that 1) Community empowerment through the development of Tourism Villages was carried out through three stages, namely the awareness stage, the ability transformation stage and the intellectual ability improvement stage. 2) The form of community empowerment through the development of Tourism Villages has involved many local communities in improving community skills and independence, including tourism awareness counseling, tourism village management training, SOP training, scouting, entrepreneurship, catering service training. 3) The results of community empowerment through the development of the Koja Doi Tourism Village in the Koja Doi Village are increasing community skills and independence, developing the management of the Koja Doi Tourism Village, and maximizing natural and cultural resources. The increase in community skills and independence can be seen from the formation of tourism catering work groups, and guide groups from the community who have attended various kinds of training so that they acquire and improve skills and additional income.

Abstract

Lancar Jaya Kediri merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak dibidang penjualan alat dan bahan bangunan. Dalam kegiatan operasional untuk menjual barang dan mengantar pesanan tidak lepas dari penggunaan aktiva tetap. Penggunaan aktiva tetap dalam perusahaan akan menurunkan nilai dan fungsi dari aktiva tersebut. Dalam menghitung penyusutan aktiva tetap perusahaan sudah menerapkan metode penyusutan aktiva tetap berbasis komersial yaitu berdasarkan PSAK No. 16, tetapi belum menerapkan metode penyusutan aktiva tetap berbasis fiskal yaitu berdasarkan UU PPh Pasal 11. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan penyusutan aktiva tetap menurut UU PPh Pasal 11 dan pengaruhnya terhadap laba untuk mengurangi beban pajak terutang. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Jenis data dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penyusutan aktiva tetap, laba, dan beban pajak terutang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode penyusutan menurut UU PPh Pasal 11 yaitu garis lurus dan saldo menurun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif komparatif yang menjelaskan, mendeskripsikan, serta membandingkan tentang variabel atau data tentang penelitian yang kemudian dilakukan perhitungan sehingga diperoleh informasi yang tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusutan aktiva tetap dapat mengurangi laba sebelum pajak. Berkurangnya laba sebelum pajak tersebut dapat mengurangi beban pajak terutang. Metode saldo menurun terbukti lebih efektif dalam mengurangi beban pajak terutang dibandingkan metode garis lurus, hal ini disebabkan metode saldo menurun lebih menggambarkan kodisi perusahaan dimana aset yang digunakan terus menerus akan mengalami penurunan kondisi. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka saran peneliti adalah UD. Lancar Jaya Kediri sebaiknya mulai melakukan perhitungan penyusutan aktiva tetap berdasarkan UU PPh Pasal 11 untuk mengurangi beban pajak terutang.

Abstract

Mining companies are very important in economic growth in Indonesia. Share prices in the 2018-2022 period in mining companies experience fluctuations that can make investors confused and hesitant in investing in the capital market. Therefore, companies need to determine what factors are aspects in influencing a company's stock price.This research aims to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rates, gross domestic product on stock prices. The population in this research is all energy sector mining companies for the 2018-2022 period registered on the IDX. The sampling technique in this research uses the Purposive Sampling method, namely a sampling technique using several criteria so that the total sample is 42 companies. The analytical method used in this research is the SPSS 23 multiple linear regression method. The research results show that inflation has a significant effect on the share prices of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018- 2022 period. The exchange rate has a significant effect on the share prices of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. Gross Domestic Product has a significant effect on the share prices of Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. And inflation, exchange rate, gross domestic product have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on share prices of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Satuan Pendidikan Wilayah Kecamatan Cilodong. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pegawai satuan Pendidikan Wilayah Kecamatan Cilodong dengan jumlah 100 responden yang digunakan. Responden penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 4 poin untuk mengukur 32 indikator. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, kemudian Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance in educational units in the Cilodong District area. The dependent variable consists of employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of the Cilodong District Education Unit with a total of 100 respondents used. Research respondents were determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 4-point Likert scale to measure 32 indicators. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research prove that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has no effect on Employee Performance, then Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
