Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has made the emergence of many digital platforms make it easier to disseminate information. This study aims to find out marketing communication through Instagram social media on Instagram @premiumphotography_ph accounts. With this phenomenon, this study aims to find out marketing communication through Instagram social media on Instagram @premiumphotography_ph account. The reason for researching this is because it is interesting to discuss and in the digital era there are many significant changes related to life. The focus of the researcher here is Instagram social media, how they can use digital media to market photography services. This research method uses qualitative, data collection techniques through observation on Instagram social media accounts @premiumphotography_ph, observations and interviews. The result of this study is that photo and video vendors from Premium Photography Yogyakarta effectively use Instagram social media as a new platform to convey information related to their services to the public. They package their information in the form of stories and other interesting content published through the Stories feature and feeds on Instagram. The use of Instagram by @premiumphotography_ph accounts as a publication medium has proven its effectiveness in achieving their goals.

Abstract

Jambi Province Regional Development Bank or Bank Jambi is a bank in Indonesia. This bank was founded on February 12 1959 and is domiciled in Jambi City. Jambi Regional Development Bank is one of the banks that faces competition from other banks. It expects the council to use the greatest capacity accessible, to win over the opposition. One of the assistance techniques to change the implementation of data innovation that takes advantage of business goals is data innovation administration. The acceptance of innovation administration using the COBIT 2019 structure will have a huge effect in supporting the goals of the organization on the grounds that legitimate data innovation administration can help the organization in competing with different opponents. Different improvements have occurred during the modern time frame like now and have fundamentally affected various parts of society, including the business and production areas of online stores. Taking advantage of this, processes that have been recognized as significant processes, such as APO08 (Managed Relationship), APO12 (Managed Risk), APO13 (Managed Security), DSS04 (Managed Continuity), and DSS05 (Managed Security Services), must be continues to be focused on achieving the significant standards that have been set. By focusing on this cycle and continuously assessing and improving, companies can achieve better goals in using data innovation offices for corporate achievements.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini mengeksplorasi proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pemberian kredit dan langkah-langkah yang diambil jika terjadi kredit bermasalah di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Mulia Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dengan manajer, kepala akuntansi, dan petugas kredit KSP Mulia Jaya, serta menganalisis dokumentasi terkait pemberian kredit. Pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi menerapkan sistem kredit yang efektif bagi anggotanya, dengan memberikan pinjaman hanya kepada pemohon yang dipastikan mampu mengembalikan pinjaman sesuai dengan persyaratan yang disepakati, melalui survei lapangan. Namun, ditemukan bahwa KSP Mulia Jaya tidak melakukan pemantauan rutin terhadap aktivitas usaha debitur. Hal ini perlu menjadi perhatian manajemen agar dapat mencegah potensi kerugian bagi koperasi

Abstract

Lingkungan Sekolah dalam mencetak perilaku sosial siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mendeskripsikan tentang peran lingkungan sekolah dalam pembentukan perilaku sosial siswa. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Giriyoso Kecamatan Jayaloka Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi, dengan informan siswa, guru, dan tokoh masyarakat setempat yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Bourdieu habitus dan arena, dimana habitusnya adalah kegiatan di sekolah dan arenanya adalah lingkungan sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku sosial siswa merupakan segala bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan siswa dalam situasi sosial tertentu. Perilaku sosial seseorang akan dapat terbentuk dengan berbagai faktor, baik faktor eksternal maupun internal, artinya perilaku seseorang akan terus dapat menyesuaikan dirinya dengan berbagai situasi sosial. Peran dari lingkungan sekolah terhadap perilaku sosial siswa seperti: keteladanan, pembiasaan, nasehat, mekanisme kontrol, memberi sanksi terlaksana secara baik dan sistematis. Elemen masyarakat sebagai salah satu pengapliaksian dari sikap-sikap sosial siswa menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dan ikut berperan sebagai kontrol dari sikap-sikap sosial tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract MSME players in Cibinong District have a very basic problem, namely in terms of the legality of business ownership. There is still a lack of knowledge and skills of MSMEs about the importance of business ownership legality if they want to upgrade. The use of this legality is the basis for a business if MSMEs want their business to progress. The community service activity of the DIII Finance and Banking PNJ Study Program aims to help partners take advantage of their gadgets in making NIB online. So important is the meaning of legality if MSMEs want to upgrade, because one of the requirements that must be owned by entrepreneurs, both individuals and business entities, is to have a Business License which is now better known as NIB. And if MSMEs want to apply for loans to banking and non-banking financial institutions, they must have an NIB. Therefore, we provide assistance in making NIB online using the OSS (Online Single Submission) application. This training was held at the Bogor Regency Bappedalitbang Building on July 11, 2023 with 30 partners participating. The implementation of this training includes an explanation of the importance of NIB and direct assistance in making NIB online using the OSS (Online Single Submission) application accompanied and guided by the implementing team. From the results of the training and assistance in making NIB, almost all participants succeeded in bringing home NIB, there were only a few who could not be printed due to time constraints and it is hoped that participants can print their-own. Abstrak Para pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Cibinong mempunyai masalah yang sangat mendasar yaitu didalam hal legalitas kepemilikan usaha. Masih minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan UMKM tentang pentingnya suatu legalitas kepemilikan usaha jika mereka ingin naik kelas. Penggunaan legalitas ini adalah dasar bagi suatu usaha jika para UMKM ingin usahanya maju. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Program Studi DIII Keuangan dan Perbankan PNJ bertujuan untuk membantu mitra memanfaatkan gadget yang dimiliki dalam pembuatan NIB secara online. Begitu pentingnya arti sebuah legalitas jika para UMKM ingin naik kelas, karena salah satu syarat yang harus dimiliki oleh para pengusaha baik perorangan maupun berbentuk badan usaha adalah memiliki Surat Ijin Usaha yang sekarang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan NIB. Dan jika para umkm ingin mengajukan pinjaman ke lembaga keuangan perbankan maupun non bank adalah memiliki NIB. Oleh karena itu, kami mengadakan pendampingan dalam pembuatan NIB secara online dengan menggunakan aplikasi OSS (Online Single Submission). Untuk pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Gedung Bappedalitbang Kabupaten Bogor pada tanggal 11 Juli 2023 dengan peserta pelatihan sejumlah 30 mitra. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini meliputi penjelasan pentingnya NIB dan pendampinan langsung membuat NIB secara online menggunakan aplikasi OSS (Online Single Submission) dengan didampingi dan dipandu oleh Tim pelaksana. Dari hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan NIB ini hampir seluruh peserta berhasil membawa pulang NIB, hanya ada beberapa yang tidak sempat dicetak karena keterbatasan waktu dan diharapkan peserta dapat mencetak sendiri.

Abstract

Marriage is a physical and mental union between husband and wife, which connects the two of them who were originally two different human individuals. The method used in the research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The type of legal research conducted is Juridical Empirical, namely legal research that examines applicable legal regulations and the reality that occurs in society, this research is conducted to understand the actual situation that occurs in society, with the aim of finding facts used as research data, then the data is analyzed to identify problems that ultimately lead to problem solving. This research was conducted in Sinar Laut Village, and the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Agrabinta District, Cianjur Regency. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that divorce outside the religious court carried out by the people of Sinar Laut Village illustrates a form of injustice in the fulfillment of wives' rights, this is caused by five factors including Many women do not know their rights such as iddah and mut'ah maintenance, as well as legal procedures for filing divorces in court, long distances to the court and high costs are the main obstacles, coupled with the complicated and time-consuming divorce process, Economic dependence on husbands or in-laws leaves women without the resources to claim their rights after divorce, Influence from husbands and in-laws and concerns about family reputation often prevent women from claiming their rights through legal channels, and cases of domestic violence and irresponsible behavior from husbands exacerbate women's conditions, yet they still do not receive adequate legal protection. The results also show that the role of the Village Head, KUA, and Amil is crucial in addressing and reducing cases of out-of-court divorce by socializing to the community the negative impact of out-of-court divorce on the rights of the wife and children as well as other administrative aspects.

Abstract

Dental plaque is a soft and sticky deposit on the tooth surface consisting of salivary glycoproteins,  extracellular polymers and various bacteria, one of which is Streptococcus mutans. Plaque is a  major factor in the occurrence of various problems in the oral cavity. Plaque formation can be  suppressed by chemical plaque control using mouthwash. Currently, the available mouthwash  contains several chemicals that can cause side effects in the oral cavity, so mouthwashes with  herbal ingredients are starting to be used. Virgin coconut oil (Virgin Coconut Oil) contains 44%-53%  lauric acid is a compound that contains antibacterial which also plays a role in whitening teeth. The  purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of gargling with virgin coconut oil (Virgin  Coconut Oil) against plaque accumulation. This type of research is analytic observation. The  method used is one group pre-test post-test design with a cross sectional approach. The research  sample was obtained using a purposive sampling technique, namely the people of Fakkie Village as  many as 32 respondents. The results showed that the average plaque accumulation before rinsing  with virgin coconut oil was 3,484 and after gargling with virgin coconut oil was 2,097. The results of  statistical tests using Paired t test obtained a significance result of 0.000 (p-value <0.05). So it can  be concluded that gargling with virgin coconut oil is effective in reducing plaque accumulation.  Keywords : Gargling; virgin coconut oil; plaque

Abstract

BACKGROUND Touch DNA samples are frequently discovered at crime scenes, including those found at the scene, on the victim, with the suspect, or on objects related to the incident. This study aimed to investigate 3 key factors affecting touch DNA samples: the characteristics person that shed the DNA, surfaces variants where the DNA was deposited, and different sampling methods effectiveness that influence DNA quantity, quality, and detection. METHODS 9 participants grouped into high, intermediate, and low shedder levels simultaneously tied 2 types of ropes, non-porous and porous. The first person will hold a rope for 5 min then pass it to the second person to hold on the same spot for another 5 min. DNA was collected from each rope using the double swab and tape-lift method, extracted, and quantified using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Touch DNA profile at 20 short tandem repeat loci was amplified in PCR system and detected on capillary electrophoresis. RESULTS Type of substrate (p = 0.97) or sampling method (p = 0.053) used for touch DNA collection did not significantly impact the DNA yield or profiling outcomes. A notable difference (p<0.001) was found in DNA quantity between high, intermediate, and low shedders, regardless of the substrate or method used. CONCLUSIONS Individual shedder level has a greater influence on the results of touch DNA analysis regarding the DNA quantity and profiling quality than substrate type and sample procedure.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the experience of active tiktok users in shopping through the tiktok shop in Banyumas Regency. The Tiktok application is one of the social media platforms that is very popular with the public. The reason is that the tiktok application is able to provide shopping features, making it easier for tiktok users to buy products directly. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Research data was collected through questionnaires distributed using google form. The questionnaire was distributed to active tiktok user communities in Banyumas Regency. The research was analyzed using the rapidminer application. The results of the research show that people who use tiktok shop in Banyumas Regency feel satisfaction in their shopping experience and most respond to satisfaction by selecting the “Agree” of “Strongly Agree” options. The results of the research show that people who use tiktok shop in Banyumas Regency feel satisfaction in their shopping experience and most respond to satisfaction by selecting the “Agree” or “Strongly Agree” and “Neutral” options. The characteristics of individuals who choose the “Agree” or “Strongly Agree” and “Neutral” options are based on gender, occupation, age, and experience in shopping on Tiktok. Female respondents have a relatively high sense of satisfaction. Meanwhile, male respondents have a more neutal attitude due to individual chatacteristics that are less interested in the features in the tiktok shop.Therefore, tiktok needs to improve its features and collaborate with various parties such as the government, police, and bank. Also, the existence of gender preferences increases satisfaction for active tiktok users in their online shopping experience.

Abstract

The incidence of early marriages in Mallusesalo Village is rising year on year. This issue has a significant impact on the quality of children, families, family harmony, and divorce. The prevalence of early marriages in the Wajo District has increased markedly in recent years. In 2023, the rate for males was 3.16%, while for females it was 3.45%. These figures represent a significant rise from the 1,041 recorded events in the preceding year. The underlying cause is also attributable to local cultural factors, which are shaped by the social system and the tradition of early marriage that is perpetuated within families. The consequences of early marriage include children dropping out of school, the loss of their reproductive rights due to early pregnancy and childbirth, and an increased risk of low birth weight (LBW), which can lead to stunting. Despite the enactment of Law No. 16 of 2019, which establishes the minimum age for marriage at 19 years for both men and women, early marriage remains prevalent. It is therefore important to facilitate socialisation with the aim of increasing public awareness of the impact of early marriage. This will help to reduce the increasing divorce rate, problematic female reproductive health, the number of stunted children caused by teenage mothers and domestic violence.
