Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of powerpoint- based learning media as a learning media used by lecturers. The approach used is through descriptive qualitative methods. This research was conducted in the V semester economics study program, Muhammadiyah University, Maumere, Suruber. The data in this research were obtained from informants through lecturer in office management courses in semester V and srudents in the economics education study program in semester V. Data collection techniques were obtained using interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research indicate the need for learning media to support the learning process so that students become clear and motivated. Use of powerpoint media. It is used in lerning and makes it easier for office management course lecturers to deliver material in the V semester economics education study program. Apart from that, the use of powerpoint media has a significant influence on students of the economics education study program at Muhammadiyah University, Maumere. In this way, the powerpoint media has an influence on the learning motivation of students in the V semester economics education study program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of production costs and operating costs on net income both partially and simultaneously at PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia, Tbk 2007-2023. The research method used is associative method, through secondary data collection with library studies of financial reports for 17 years from2007 to 2024, using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that partially production costs have a significant effect on net income with a t test result value of 3,632, partially operational costs have no significant effect on net income with a t test result value of -1,024, andsimultaneously production costs and operational costs affect net income with a f test result value of 18,397.

Abstract

Internship program activities are activities that provide initial experience to educators to become teachers who have pedagogical, personality, social and professional competencies which are also expected to develop creativity in apprentice participants in the educational professional field. This internship activity aims to directly observe school culture, observe basic, pedagogical, personality and social competencies, strengthen elementary level participants' understanding of the teaching and learning process directly in the classroom and reflect on the results of observations of the learning process. The method used in this report is descriptive qualitative direct observation in the field.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to examine the influence of Service Quality dimensions (Servqual) and Differentiation Concurrent Pes Student Preference in selecting private higher education institutions, specifically Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Tuban, with Campus Image as a mediator. The study employs a quantitative method with inferential quantitative hypotheses. The population consists of all ITB Tuban students in the 2023/2024 academic year, with a sample size of 111 students. The analytical technique used in this research is Partial Least Squares (PLS). By using the outer model to test validity and reliability. As well as aninner model to test hypothesis. The results indicate that Differentiation Of Concurrent Pes (X2) through Campus Image (Z) on Student Preference (Y) has a coefficient of 0.029 with a T-value of 0.722 and a P-value of 0.470, indicating non-significance. This implies that Differentiation Of Concurrent Pes does not significantly affect Student Preference through Campus Image. In contrast, the mediation path of Service Quality (X1) through Campus Image (Z) on Student Preference (Y) has a coefficient of 0.171 with a T-value of 2.696 and a P-value of 0.007, indicating significance. This signifies that Service Quality significantly influences Student Preference through Campus Image, suggesting that improvements in Service Quality will enhance Campus Image and subsequently increase Student Preference.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of Love of Money on Islamic Consumption Behavior Patterns with Locus of Control as a moderating variable, focusing on the community in Waetuo Village. This research employs a quantitative approach and involves 98 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25.The results of the study indicate that: (1) Love of Money does not have a significant influence on Islamic Consumption Behavior Patterns, with a significance value of 0.104, which is greater than 0.05. (2) Based on analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), it is shown that Locus of Control can function as a moderating variable that strengthens the negative effect of Love of Money on Islamic Consumption Behavior Patterns. However, this result does not require further discussion because the moderation depends on the validity of the first hypothesis.
