Abstract

With the development of internet technology, it makes it easier for humans to do work. Many ways or systems from a job that is still done manually (conventionally) are changed to computerized so that it is more effective and efficient. One of them is in the financial management system at SMAN 2 Cikarang Pusat which can be done using a computerized system. The method used is the prototype method, which is a software development method, which is a physical model of the system's work and serves as an initial version of the system. With this prototyping method, a prototype system will be produced as an intermediary for developers and users so that they can interact in the process of information system development activities. The purpose of this study is to build a financial management system for SMAN 2 Cikarang Pusat, which is expected to assist officers in managing school finances more regularly, effectively and efficiently. The results achieved from the design and manufacture of this financial management system are assisting financial officers in the process of data collection, reporting, and filing of finances as well as introducing developed information technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the morale of employees at PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 BIMA. Where the sample used is 43 permanent employees. The results of the validity test indicate that the career development and work spirit variables are all declared valid because r correlation > r comparison 0.300, the reliability results of the statement instrument on career development variables (X) and work spirit (Y) obtained Cronbach's Alpha Career Development (X) values of 0.906 and Work Morale (Y) of 0.936 and in accordance with existing standards, the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.60, which means that all the answer items on the questionnaire are declared reliable. morale value is 19,309. The career development variable regression coefficient is 0.662; This means that if career development has increased by one unit, then the morale will increase or increase by 0.662. The results of the correlation coefficient obtained a simple correlation coefficient value of 0.613, The results of the coefficient of determination obtained a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.375 or 37.5 The % level of influence is said to be low, while the remaining 62.5 is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. T-test results (partial) Based on the SPSS output in the t-test table above, the t-count value is 4.963 and the sig value of 0.000 will then be compared with the t-table value of 2.019, it can be concluded that the t-count value is greater than t-table (4.963 > 2.019 ) and the sig value obtained is 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means career development has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT PLN (PERSERO) UP3 Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions on shopee consumers STKIP PGRI Jombang students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research population of 298 students. The total population is more than 100, so by using simple random sampling, 75 samples are obtained. Data collection is done by using questionnaires and documentation. Each variable was measured using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis with F test, t test, and determination test and used classical assumption test which included normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. From this research, it was found that the promotion results had a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of the students of STKIP PGRI Jombang, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The quality of service has a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of students of STKIP PGRI Jombang, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Promotion and quality of service simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in students of STKIP PGRI Jombang, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that promotion and service quality together can influence purchasing decisions. This shows that promotions and good service quality will support the purchasing decisions of Pgri Jombanh stkip students as expected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims at analysing the differences of verbs between the Sika and the Tana Ai dialects. This is a qualitative descriptive research to describe objectively and accurately. The subjects were 14 people of Sika Natar Hamlet in sika village and Pauklor Hamlet in Pruda village, 7 from each village respectively. The seven informants consist of 1 expert informant and 6 ordinary informants. Data were analyzed using the equivalent method. The results of data analysis based on the and interview and listening during the conversations between the researcher and the informants proved that there are pairs of different verbas with different phonemes in the initial, middle and final consonant sounds. Then, from the pair of consonants and vowels sounds, were also found.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Voluntary Disclosure Program and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. This research used 37 respondent taxpayers from various regions. The data collection method for this research is the questionnaire method, which is distributed online with google forms on a likert scale of 1-5 points and processed using SPSS application. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical, validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square), simple linear test and correlation coefficient test. The results of the study indicate that the Voluntary Disclosure Program has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance and tax sanctions had no effect on taxpayers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Quizizz learning media on the learning motivation of STKIP PGRI Jombang students, based on the results of the study during learning there is interaction between lecturers and students, there are tools to deliver material. The tool is in the form of teaching materials or learning media so that students are motivated to participate in learning. However, in the use of learning media, there are several obstacles as is the case for students sometimes wanting creative and not boring learning. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is a type of research ex post facto, namely research that is carried out after an event occurs and looks at the factors that can cause the event. Sampling in this research uses proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. Hypothesis testing is carried out by simple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis that has been obtained by researchers, it proves that the use of Quizizz learning media has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation by the correlation or relationship value (R) which is 0.754. from the output obtained a determination (R Square) of 0.568. which means that the influence of free or independent variables (the use of Quizizz learning media) on bound or dependent variables (student learning motivation) was 56.8% and the remaining was influenced by other variables that were not present in this study.

Abstract

The level of customer desire to use a food delivery service provider platform is the urgency of conducting research to knowing the effect of trust and promotion on buying interest in the ShopeeFood application. This research uses a case study on students from Adventist University of Indonesia, primary data collection through questionnaires, and the use of purposive sampling method in selecting respondents. The results obtained from 106 respondents indicate that customer buying interest in the ShopeeFood application is influenced by the trust and promotion variables in the form of vouchers available at Shopeefood. This is indicated by the sign value of 0.001 < 0.05 and Fvalue > the Ftable value is 37.256 > 3.08 which gives positive results from the data processing process.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan relasi tubuh dan jiwa yang telah diperdebatkan selama berabad-abad oleh para pemikir Barat. Salah satu film yang cukup menyita perhatian dengan berbagai kontroversinya adalah film Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku karya Garin Nugroho. Penelitian ini kemudian melihat adanya masalah yang dilihat di dalam film Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku berkaitan dengan fenomena tubuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yang mengacu pada model penelitian historis-faktual mengenai naskah kontemporer dan menggunakan metode fenomenologi kualitatif dengan fenomenologi Merleau-Ponty sebagai objek formal yang meliputi unsur metodis: interpretasi, deskripsi, koherensi intern, identifikasi, holistika. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah kesimpulan yang secara garis besar dapat dinyatakan bahwa: Film Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku memperlihatkan tubuh yang memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan eksistensi manusia yang berwujud dalam kebertubuhan yang dimiliki setiap karakter yang ada dalam film tersebut. Film Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku memiliki muatan fenomenologi tubuh. Pertama, tubuh sebagai subjek dalam film Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku dimaknai sebagai tubuh-subjek yang ditampakkan pada tokoh Juno. Pengalaman perseptual tubuh Juno bersifat subjektif, artinya pengalaman yang dimiliki bersifat terbatas. Dalam penggunaan tubuh, Juno tidak memikirkan cara untuk menggunakan tubuhnya. Kedua, tubuh yang hidup dalam film Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku diperlihatkan sebagai sesuatu yang hidup. Dalam hal ini, tubuh dimaknai sebagai being-in-the-world. Tubuh Juno secara aktif berelasi di dunia. Tubuh Juno harus mengalami dan menghuni di dunia. Ketiga, tubuh yang berkesadaran dalam film Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku dimaknai sebagai tubuh yang berkesadaran. Tubuh dan kesadaran Juno muncul karena relasi antar subjek yang menciptakan keberagaman pengalaman sehingga membentuk kesadaran tubuh Juno. Keempat, tubuh sebagai ekspresi dalam film Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku yang dimaknai sebagai tubuh adalah tindak ekspresi. Dengan menggunakan tubuhnya, tokoh Juno memahami tubuhnya sebagai sesuatu yang ekspresif. Tubuh Juno secara aktif berekspresi dan memproyeksikan signifikansi komunikasi tertentu. Kata Kunci: fenomenologi, tubuh, merleau-ponty, kucumbu Tubuh Indahku Abstract: This research departs from the problem of body and soul relations that has been debated for centuries by western thinkers. One of the movie that is quite impressive with various controversies is the movie of "Memories of My Body" by Garin Nugroho. This research then looked at the problems implied in the movie related to body phenomena. This research is a literature study that refers to historical-factual research models regarding contemporary manuscripts and uses qualitative phenomenological methods with Merleau-Ponty phenomenology as a formal object that includes methodical elements: interpretation, description, internal coherence, identification, and holistic. This research resulted in a conclusion that can be broadly stated that: Memories of My Body movie shows that body is related to the existence of human existence which is tangible in the entity which belongs to every character in the movie. This movie has a phenomenological substances of the body. First, the body and perception in the movie Memories of My Body is interpreted as the body-subject shown in the character Juno. Juno’s perceptual experience is subjective, meaning that the experience is limited. In the use of the body, Juno did not think of a way to use his body. Second, the body and the world in the movie Memories of My Body are shown as something alive. In this case, the body is interpreted as being-in-the-world. Juno’s body is actively related in the world. His body must experience and inhabit the world. Third, the body and consciousness in the movie Memories of My Body is interpreted as a conscious body. Juno’s body and consciousness arise because of the relationships between subjects that create a diversity of experiences which form Juno’s body consciousness. Fourth, the body and language in the movie Memories of My Body which is interpreted as a body is an act of expression. Using his body, Juno’s figure understood his body as something expressive. Abstract

Penelitian tentang judul yang diusung oleh peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana biaya kualitas dan biaya produksi sebagai variabel bebas dapat mempengaruhi penjualan sebagai variabel terikat, peneliti memilih perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI sebagai objek yang ingin diteliti. Melalui objek penelitian tersebut peneliti mengambil 22 perusahaan sebagai sampel yang diteliti sehingga didapatkan data sebanyak 66 dari pengambilan tiga tahun periode 2019-2021. Peneliti memilih metode purposive sampling sebagai metode riset yang dilakukan dan data yang dikumpulkan bersumber dari situ www.idx.co.id sebagai situ BEI yang resmi sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa jenis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data sekunder. Data yang sudah terkumpul diolah oleh peneliti menggunakan aplikasi yang bernama SPSS versi yang ke 26. Dalam pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS peneliti ingin melihat pengelompokan data secara deskriptif, menguji kelayakan data, menguji pengaruh antar variabel secara parsial maupun secara simultan, serta ingin mengetahui seberapa besar persentase variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat. Melalui semua pengujian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa biaya kualitas tidak mempengaruhi penjualan secara parsial dengan nilai signifikansi 0.072 > 0.05 sedangkan biaya produksi berpengaruh terhadap penjualan secara parsial dengan nilai signifikansi 0.00 > 0.05. Diluar dari pada pengujian hipotesa secara parsial dilakukan juga pengujian hipotesa secara simultan dengan kesimpulan biaya kualitas dan biaya produksi secara simultan berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap penjualan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 93.1%. Nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut mengartikan variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat sebesar 93.1% tetapi untuk sisanya 6.9% merupakan pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari variabel yang sama sekali tidak di bicarakan pada riset yang dilakukan peneliti.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of auditor job satisfaction, experience, and professionalism on audit quality in public accounting firms in Jakarta. This study uses primary data in the form of answers from respondents to questionnaire data collection. This study uses a purposive sampling method in determining the sample and 63 samples have met the criteria. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis in the data analysis technique, where the results of this study indicate that the experience and professionalism variables affect audit quality, while the auditor's job satisfaction variable does not affect audit quality.
