Abstract

Bendungan Saradan merupakan salah satu bendungan yang terletak di Kecamatan Saradan, Kabupaten Madiun, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Bendungan Saradan dibangun antara tahun 1942 oleh Pemerintah Hindia Belanda, oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui keamanan bendungan perlu ditinjau rembesan dan kestabilan badan bendungan saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Casagrande untuk menganalisis rembesan yang terdapat pada tubuh bendungan dan metode Bishop untuk menganalisis stabilitas tubuh bendungan dengan menambahkan faktor koefisien beban gempa OBE (Operating Basis Earthquake) dan MDE (Maximum Design Earthquake). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Program GeoStudio 2012 untuk menganalisis rembesan dan stabilitas badan bendungan pada kondisi muka air banjir, muka air normal, muka air minimum, dan penarikan cepat. Hasil analisis menggunakan Geostudio 2012 menunjukkan bahwa faktor keamanan untuk kestabilan badan bendungan Saradan ada pada kondisi dengan muka air banjir tanpa gempa 6,005 > 1,5 (Aman), dengan angka gempa OBE 3,452 > 1,5 (Aman ), dengan angka gempa MDE 1.457 > 1 (Aman), kemudian pada kondisi muka air normal tanpa gempa 5.037 > 1,5 (Aman), dengan gempa OBE 3.124 > 1,2 (Aman), dengan angka gempa MDE 1.407 > 1 (Aman), maka di kondisi muka air minimum tanpa gempa 2.541 > 1,5 (Aman), dengan angka gempa OBE 2.031 > 1,2 (Aman), dengan angka gempa MDE 1.245 > 1 (Aman), kemudian pada kondisi drawdown tanpa gempa 1,899 > 1,3 (Aman), dengan gempa OBE 1,541 > 1,1 (Aman), dengan angka gempa MDE 0,973 > 1 (Aman). Analisis rembesan pada bendungan Saradan setelah dilakukan perhitungan manual dan hasil analisis program GeoStudio 2012 menunjukkan dalam setiap kondisi aman.

Abstract

Project management is the process of planning, coordinating organization, and controlling resources so that objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the performance of the project in terms of cost and time conditions with the earned value method on the Bekasi Urban Familia Housing Development Project. The method in this study uses quantitative methods, quantitative research is research on data that is numerical and tends to use analysis. The method used is by field observations, interviews with implementing contractors, and data processing from the field such as working drawings and basic unit prices. Based on the results of the study, the actual cost of the 18th week was Rp. 2,859,922,545.75, while the planned budget for that week was Rp. 3,381,087,652.62. Project performance in the form of actual progress weights issued until that week was 58.04% while in that week it was planned to be 67.98%. Estimated cost and time projections at the end of the project are obtained that the cost to complete the remaining work during that time (BETC) is IDR 897,934,488.98 and the total cost the final amount (EAC) was Rp. 4,927,465,511.02. The time to complete the project (SETC) is 151 days with a total planning time of 147 days. Due to the delay in project completion, the contractor will be fined Rp. 23,301,600 the total final cost of the project according to the work contract is Rp. Rp 4,950,767,111.02.

Abstract

Porositas dapat didefinisikan sebagai ruang kosong diantara material (volume ruang kosong yang ditempati oleh fluida) terhadap volume total beton. Beton merupakan salah satu bahan yang sering digunakan dalam struktur bangunan yang mempunyai beberapa kelebihan dan mudah  digunakan dan dikerjakan, mudah di bentuk sesuai kebutuhan, proses perawatan juga mudah dilakukan, ekonomis dalam pembuatannya karena menggunakan bahan–bahan lokal yang mudah diperoleh. Secara struktural beton memiliki kekuatan yang cukup besar dalam menahan gaya tekan. Beton dengan campuran serat merupakan beton yang dicampur dengan material serat serabut kelapa sawit, tetapi bisa juga diberikan tambahan berupa serat alami dan serat sintetis yang dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas dari beton. Penambahan serat serabut kelapa sawit dalam campuran adonan beton bisa memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam pemanfaatan limbah serabut kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini dalakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan membuat sampel uji beton berbentuk kubus dengan ukuran 50x50x50mm kemudian dilakukan uji porositasnya. Hasil analisis regresi terhadap nilai porositas beton setelah di tambah dengan serabut kelapa sawit  diperoleh (P) sebesar 21,02761%.

Abstract

Accidents are unplanned and uncontrolled actions, when the action and reaction of objects, materials or radiation will cause injury or Possible injury Jalan Malangbong – Limbangan is the National route which is located on the southern route of West Java. The results of the analysis showed that the largest percentage of traffic accidents on the Malangbong Limbangan road from 2015 - 2020, the largest number of accident victims was 2015 by 33% of the number of accident victims, the placeor location of the accident occurred 63% at bends during the period 2015 - 2020, based on the type of collision by 42% when overtaking, accidents based on the most road users are motorcycles with the largest percentage from 2015 - 2020 by 58%, and 79% occurring in areas around residential areas, the largest time of occurrence is from 06.00 - 15.00 at 55 % and the main factors causing traffic accidents from year 2015 – 2020 is an environmental factor of 63% which occurs in corners due to blocked visibility and bumpy road surfaces due to heavy vehicle loads and the number of road surfaces that are temporarily repaired with patches

Abstract

Damage to roads will cause many losses to community activities or activities, especially economic activities that can be felt by users directly and also economic actors, in this case local market traders.Similar problems can be seen in road conditions in Kalibobo Central Market, Nabire Regency, Province Papua, in almost the last one period, the road at Kalibobo Central Market, Nabire Regency, is very concerned about. Many people have complained to the local Regency Government to pay attention to this road but until now it has not been well realized. The objectives of this study are: "Knowing the effects of damage to road infrastructure at the Kalibobo Central Market on the Economic Activities of the Nabire Regency Community." The data analysis method used by the writer is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques used, namely observation and interviews, the results obtained are the effect of road damage on economic activity, among others: Inadequate road class, vehicle intensity with large loads, parking area that is not regular, Lack of Government Attention. Therefore it is necessary to have a thorough road paving by the Nabire Regency government so that economic activity in the Kalibobo central market can work well.
