Media sosial menjadikan masyarakat mengalami pergeseran perilaku baik budaya, etika dan norma yang ada, sehingga mereka dapat mengeluarkan opini-opini yang mereka miliki. Opini merupakan suatu pendapat dari pemikiran masayarakat mengenai suatu permasalahan yang sedang terjadi, saat ini Indonesia sedang dihadapkan oleh masalah mengenai virus Covid-19 yang memakan begitu banyak korban jiwa sehingga masyarakat mengeluarkan opini mereka mengenai virus tersebut dan kebijakan yang dilakukan pemerintah menghadapi virus tersebut.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sentiment publik terhadap kebijakan yang akan dilakukan pemerintah mengenai kebijakan lockdown ataupun pembatasan sosial berskala besar menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine denga ekstraksi fitur tf-idf dengan pengujian yang nantinya akan dilihat bagaimana nilai accuracy, precision, Recall dan F1-Score.Penggunaan metode Support Vector Machine dan ekstraksi fitur dengan tf-idf yang membagi kelas menjadi sentiment positif 68,75% dan negative 31,25% menghasilkan nilai accuracy sebesar 74%, precision sebesar 75%, recall sebesar 92% dan F1-Score sebesar 83%.

PT Bintang Kharisma Motor is a Honda dealer engaged in motorbike service located on Jalan Raya Soekarno Hatta 5A Tanjung Seneng, Bandar Lampung. PT Bintang Kharisma Motor has equipment related to motorbike service, which does not have a system for ordering motorbike service orders and there is no system to measure the level of service found at PT Bintang Kharisma Motor. Apart from that, the recording of the purchase and sale of spare parts still uses manual recording so that distorting data on the purchase and sale of spare parts is still deemed inefficient and ineffective. Making reports that are long and deemed ineffective makes researchers want to develop a system at PT Bintang Kharisma Motor. In making the system at PT Bintang Kharisma Motor made with UML diagrams consisting of three diagrams, namely usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams as the initial system design to be made, then programming is made with the PHP programming language according to the existing user interface design. and MySql as database. The system that has been created can help distort sales / service data, purchase and create purchase and sales reports faster than before, and the system helps in processing complaint data, ordering services, and measuring the level of service provided at PT Bintang Kharisma Motor.

BP3TKI Lampung has a problem in the section regarding the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) activity, namely the data processing of the survey results must be calculated manually so it takes a long time. It is expected from this research how to build a web-based community satisfaction survey system, where this system can directly calculate and display the final results of the survey in the form of graphs. In this study, data collection methods were used in the form of interviews, observation, literature review, and documentation at the BP3TKI Lampung office. . The system design is carried out using a modeling language using UML. While the programming used is PHP using the MySQL database. And for the system development method in the form of Extreme Programming. There are four stages in extreme programming, namely planning (planning), design (design), coding (coding), and testing (testing). The final result of this design produces a web-based community satisfaction survey system for BP3TKI Lampung which is expected to make it easier for agencies to conduct surveys and calculate survey results more easily and quickly.Keyword: System, Survey, Satisfaction, Society.

Scholarships are the provision of assistance in the form of financial assistance provided to individuals with the aim of being used for the sustainability of the education achieved. The problem that occurs in this research is that the process of determining which is still carried out conventionally the student section must check one by one the scholarship application files submitted by students because each data will be compared one by one according to predetermined criteria, which results in the student section becoming difficult in the decision so that It takes a long time, therefore we need a decision support system that can help schools make decisions about scholarship recipients.The Naive Bayes Classifier method is a method that can be used in decision making to get better results on a classification problem. The purpose of this study is to build a scholarship recipient decision support system using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. In this study, a problem analysis was carried out using PIECES analysis and for the system development method using.The result of this research is that applying the naïve Bayes method to the scholarship recipient's decision support system can assist the school in determining the scholarship recipient more quickly and accurately. The scholarship recipient's decision support system was built using the Java programming language and MySQL database. Koperasi Primkop Kartika Gatam is a state-owned cooperative agency that provides savings and loan services to members and has an address at Jl Teuku Umar, No 85, Penengah, Kedaton, Bandar Lampung and has a total of 300 cooperative members. Based on the results of interviews with the head of the cooperative, Mrs. Ollivia Febrojaya, S.H, there were problems in the management process of processing savings and loan data, which as a whole was carried out using manual or recording processes such as loan applications and member data recording, saving and loan data recording. As a result, the integration of data between divisions cannot be carried out easily and the process of reporting data on deposits and loans is carried out repeatedly resulting in frequent delays in submitting reports on deposits and loans to the leadership. The next problem is that the process of calculating savings data is still using a calculator so that the impact is an error in calculating total savings and loans. This of course requires innovation regarding information technology that can be operated via the internet network using a website.So that the researcher provides a proposal to develop a cooperative management system that has several features such as online loan applications and can view the history of savings and loans and provides convenience with the calculation of the total recap and the amount of savings and loans automatically based on the date and month of the printed report.
