Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan pilar penting dalam pembangunan daerah dan merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengukur hasil pembangunan dan menentukan arah pembangunan ke depan. Jika infrastruktur tidak bagus, pembangunan tidak akan berjalan lancar dan jika infrastruktur lemah maka kegiatan ekonomi suatu negara atau wilayah akan menjadi tidak memadai. Perkembangan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Probolinggo selama periode 2018-2023 mengalami perubahan yang fluktuatif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh infrastruktur jalan, air bersih, dan listrik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deduktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, data yang berupa data time series (runtun waktu). Sumber data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan melakukan analisis asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur jalan, air, dan listrik tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dimana nilai signifikasinya > 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work culture and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Medan Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office, Type B Medan, partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive statistical research with the population being all 110 employees at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Customs and Excise Type B, and the sample is the entire population, namely 110 employees. The data used is primary data collected using a questionnaire. Data is processed using SPSS. The results obtained are that both partially and simultaneously the variables of work culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on organizational culture with a sig value <0.05.

Abstract

This study is aimed at finding out the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type B Medan Customs. The research population was employees of the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office, Middle Type Customs B, Medan customs and excise section, totaling 32 (thirty two) employees. All members of the population are sampled. The sample in this study was the entire population of 32 (thirty two) employees. Data was obtained by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. The research results show that the leadership and motivation variables have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the work quality variable as indicated by a sig value <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and standard operational procedures on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type Madya Customs B Kualanamu. The data used is primary data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The number of samples used was 37 employees from the total population. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect, indicated by a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Standard operating procedures have a positive and significant influence on performance as indicated by a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Likewise, partially the work environment and standard operational procedures have a significant effect (sig value 0.000 < 0.05) on performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.585, meaning that the ability of work environment variables and standard operational procedures to explain variations in work quality is 58.5%. Meanwhile, another 41.5% is explained by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study's findings is to understand how advertisements and consumer behavior relate to the reasoning behind purchases made through the market place shopee. The entire 7th semester population Jurusan Management of the business and economics faculty Economic Development course is represented in this essay. In this study, 63 people who bought skincare products from an underpriced store were sampled, and they were interviewed informally using the method of random sampling. These kinds of analysis is a quantitative analysis. Iklan and consumer behavior are taken into account while using the data collection tools, angket and pengamatan langsung kelapangan, which are after which it was examined utilizing a linear regression analysis. technique Y=3,332 + 0,547 X1 +0,504 X2 + e, which is intended to better understand the reasons behind purchases. To conclude, pengujian with uji hipotesis has resulted in Fhitung 55,429>3,15, allowing it to be demonstrated that every variable X is simultaneously changing in response to the thesis of the study. Uji t presents 4,447>1,67 and 4,164>1,66, which are advertisements and consumer behavior with significant bearing on the case for purchase. R square indicates that the coefficient of determination is approximately 0.64, meaning that advertisements and Consumer actions have a big influence on the likelihood of purchase being made, which is approximately 64,9%. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian dalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepribadian dan Budaya Kerja Perubahan Terhadap Kebosanan Kerja Kerja Pegawai PT. Seafood Sumatera Perkasa Medan. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada PT. Seafood Sumatera Perkasa Medan dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 76 Pegawai. Instrumen Penelitian ini adalah angket/kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Uji persyaratan dilakukan untuk menguji normalitas. Teknik analisis data digunakan adalah teknik Regresi Berganda pada taraf signifikansi a = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepribadian (X1) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kebosanan Kerja Pegawai PT. Seafood Sumatera Perkasa Medan t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel (2,039 ˃ 1.66342) dengan nilai signifikan 0,045. Sedangkan Budaya Kerja (X2) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kebosanan Kerja Pegawai PT Anugerah Cipta Karya Tama dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel (1,696 ˃ 1.66342) dengan nilai signifikan 0.009. Berdasarkan output SPSS diketahui bahwa nilai Besarnya R squared adalah 0.579 artinya variansi variabel Kebosanan Kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kepribadian dan Budaya Kerja sebesar 57,9 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,1 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model ini. Abstract

This research was carried out at the Medan City Government with a population and sample of 55 employees. This research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Requirements tests are carried out to test normality. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Regression technique at a significance level of a = 0.05. The results of this research show that Work Experience (X1) has a significant and influential effect on the performance of Medan City Government Employees. The calculated t is greater than the t table (2.954 ˃ 1.674) with a significant value of 0.03. Meanwhile, Motivation (X2) has a significant influence on the performance of Medan City Government Employees with a calculated t value greater than the t table (4.180 ˃ 1.674) with a significant value of 0.000. Based on the SPSS output, it is known that the R squared value is 0.350, meaning that the variance in the Performance variable can be explained by the Work Experience and Motivation variables by 35 percent, while the remaining 70 percent is explained by other variables not included in this model. In other words, there are still other independent variables that influence performance.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work climate and change-oriented leadership on employee loyalty at PT Anugerah Cipta Karya Tama Medan. This research was carried out at PT Anugerah Cipta Karya Tama Medan with a population and sample of 52 employees. This research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Requirements tests are carried out to test normality. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Regression technique at a significance level of a = 0.05. The results of this research show that the Work Climate has a significant and influential effect on Employee Loyalty at PT Anugerah Cipta Karya Tama. The calculated t is greater than the t table (2.434 ˃ 1.67655) with a significant value of 0.019. Meanwhile, Oriented Leadership has a significant influence on Employee Loyalty at PT Anugerah Cipta Karya Tama with a calculated t value greater than the t table (5.210 ˃ 1.67655) with a significant value of 0.0000. Based on the SPSS output, it is known that the R squared value is 0.443, meaning that the variance of the Loyalty variable can be explained by the Work Climate and Leadership variables of 44.3 percent, while the remaining 55.7 percent is explained by other variables not included in this model. In another sense, there are still other independent variables that influence Loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana dampak wisata Air Panas Sipoholon terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan indikator Badan Pusat Statistik 2019 yang dirangkum dalam tujuh indikator. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitar wisata Air Panas Sipoholon dari 30 informan diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat tergolong dalam kategori tidak sejahtera dengan jumlah 23 informan (76.6%), 7 informan (23.3%) tergolong kedalam kategori sejahtera. Hal ini menandakan bahwa keadaan keluarga masyarakat sekitar wisata Air Panas Sipoholon termasuk kedalam kategori miskin atau tidak sejahtera.
