Abstract

Kinerja karyawan akan menentukan pencapaian tujuan sebuah perusahaan, begitu banyak faktor yang memberi dampak pada kinerja tersebut seperti pelatihan dan kompensasi. Dua hal ini sangat erat kaitannya terhadap peran perusahaan memperhatikan kebutuhan penangan kerja yang efektif dan efisien melalui pelatihan dan kompensasi sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap para karyawan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat pengaruh keduanya terhadap kinerja yang di lakukan di PT PNM Mekar Cabang Helvetia Medan dengan jumlah populasi yang sekaligus sampel sebanyak 36 orang. Terbukti bahwa secara parsial maupun pelatihan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sedang kompensasi signifikan. Seara bersama keduanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

One source of development financing is obtained from fiscal policy, namely the use of taxes with the aim of promoting economic development. As one source of development financing, Motor Vehicle Tax is certainly worth researching how effective its collection is. Motor Vehicle Tax is a potential for tax revenue where the number of vehicles each year in the District. Pakpak Bharat continues to improve. The results obtained within the research time span were 1) the target of the motor vehicle tax in the district. Pakpak Bharat increases in line with the increasing number of motorized vehicles. 2) For the effectiveness of Motor Vehicle Tax in 2012-2013 revenue was effective and for 8 consecutive years (2014-2021) Motor Vehicle Tax revenue was very effective but decreased in 2022 revenue was again in the effective category 3) the existence of E Samsat made It is easier for the public to know and pay motor vehicle tax and 4) there are still many motor vehicle taxes owed due to the public's lack of awareness about paying their vehicle tax.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how inspiration and correspondence affect the morale of privileged representatives working in the Paya Bakung Town Office in the Hamparan Perak Region. As mentioned by the examination goals, the exploration data came from surveys, opinions, and related writing research. The F and T tests, in particular, are two of the several straight relapse with speculation tests used in the investigative process. 35 respondents took part in the exams, which included unintentional examination techniques. The results demonstrated that the elements of Inspiration and Correspondence had a significant influence on the Resolve of Privileged Workers at the Paya Bakung Town Office, Hamparan Perak Locale, Store Serdang Regime, either completely or partially.

Abstract

A santri is someone who always follows their teacher wherever they go and resides with them. The consumption of santri typically revolves around dormitory fees, daily operational costs (DOP), supplements, and the everyday needs of the santri. This research aims to analyze the consumption patterns of santri in the Al-Mawaddah region of the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. The research data were obtained through observation and direct interviews with relevant parties, specifically active santri in the Al-Mawaddah region. The findings of this research indicate that the consumption patterns of santri in the Al-Mawaddah region are still excessive and not rational in terms of the use of the santri's pocket money. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Plangkaraya semi mart, mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Plangkaraya semi mart dan mengetahu pengaruh persepsi harga dan citra merek secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT plangkaraya semi mart medan dengan populasi sebanyak 216 orang perhari, menarik sampel rumus slovin sehingga sampel menjadi 68 orang. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskripsi kuantitatif dengan instrument kuisioner, teknik analisia data uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (Simultan) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian persamaan regresi linier berganda menunjukan hasil: Y = 8,297 + 0,109X1 + 0,170X2 + 0. Uji t (Parsial) diperoleh nilai thitung persepsi harga adalah 2,962 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,996 ketentuan nilai thitung > ttabel dan sighitung < sigtabel atau (2,962 > 1,996) dan (0,004 < 0,05), nilai thitung citra merek adalah 2,376 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,996 ketentuan nilai thitung > ttabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (2,376 > 1,996) dan (0,031 < 0,05) dan uji f (simultan) nilai fhitung persepsi harga dan citra merek adalah 5,049 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 3,133 ketentuan nilai fhitung > Ftabel dan sighitung < sigtabel atau (5,049 > 3,133) dan (0,009 < 0,05). Nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,751 atau R2 x 100% sebesar 75,10%, dengan demikian variabel bebas memberikan sumbangsi sebesar tentang kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 75,10% sedangkan sisanya 24,90%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian persepsi harga dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan secara serempak persepsi harga dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Plangkaraya Semi Mart Medan.

Abstract

This study was conducted by looking at the phenomenon of online shopping services that are currently growing. So the researcher aims to analyze the influence of Purchase Interest and Competitiveness on Sales Increase in Instagram online shopping services @Jastipdiskon.Medan. The background of this study is based on problems related to consumer purchasing interest and lack of competitiveness that can result in decreased sales. This study uses a quantitative method with a customer population of @Jastipdiskon.Medan of 80 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling (Slovin) method. Purchase interest and competitiveness factors have been shown to have a significant influence on increasing sales. These results are presented to provide input for the same type of business so that it can continue to grow and the possibility of other factors that can affect sales such as great competition due to the increasing number of online shopping services today

Abstract

In this modern era, every large company always has quality human resources. The implementation of a good work ethic as well as a directed work ethic will improve the work integrity of employees who will advance the company to be able to compete with other competing companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethics and work ethic on the work integrity of employees of PT. Golgon Medan. The research method used is a quantitative analysis method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The study population was 50 people using saturated sampling techniques where all members of the population were sampled. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on simultaneous analysis of work ethics and work ethic affect the work integrity of employees of PT. PT. Golgon Medan. Partially, there is an influence of work ethic variables on work integrity and there is an influence of work ethic on the work integrity of employees of PT. Golgon Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of motivation and salary on employee loyalty at PT Nusantara. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method to determine the relationship of each independent variable to the dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees at the company totaling 79 people. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples. Thus, the sample in this study amounted to 79 people. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test showed that simultaneously motivation and salary had an effect on employee loyalty at PT. Nusantara. Partially, each variable of motivation and salary had an effect on employee loyalty at PT. Nusantara.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Bhakti Kencana in strengthening local food security in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. Food security is a strategic issue in village development, especially in facing the challenges of urbanization, climate change, and dependence on external food supplies. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with BUMDes managers, local farmers, and village officials, complemented by observations and document analysis. The research findings indicate that BUMDes Bhakti Kencana develops strategies based on local potential, such as empowering farmers through integrated agricultural business units, strengthening community-based food distribution, and innovating in marketing agricultural products directly to consumers. However, the implementation of these strategies still faces obstacles such as limited access to capital, managerial capacity, and institutional synergy with external parties. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for strengthening village economic institutions and formulating food security policies that are more contextual and locally based.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between exposure to financial influencers on social media and financial literacy among Gen Z, considering the role of education as a moderating variable. Financial literacy is analyzed through three main components: financial knowledge, financial attitude, and financial behavior. Using a cross-sectional approach, this study involved 259 respondents aged 15–26 years, with data collected through an online survey. The analysis results indicate that exposure to financial influencers does not significantly affect financial knowledge, regardless of respondents' education levels. Although financial knowledge does not directly influence financial attitudes, both components contribute positively to financial behavior. Additionally, perceived behavioral control has a significant impact on individuals' financial behavior. These findings highlight the need for a more targeted approach to improving financial literacy among young generations, considering factors beyond influencer exposure. Governments, educational institutions, and social media platforms can collaborate to promote more educational financial content. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the role of financial influencers on social media in shaping Gen Z's financial literacy and expands insights into how various factors, including education, influence individual financial behavior.
