Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the best response of mung bean to the application of a combination of phosphorus, potassium and arbuscular mycorrhizal fertilizers, to determine the significant correlation between growth components and yield component to yield of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) Vima 4. The research was carried out from August to October 2021 at the Ma'had Al Zaytun Agicultural, Indramayu, West Java. The location is ± 50 m above sea level, type of soil is latosol with pH of 6.11 and a clay texture (67.96 %). Rainfall is 73 mm/month and air temperature is 32 0C. The research method uses an experimental method with a combination randomized block design. There were 9 combinations of SP-36, KCl and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) treatments. SP-36 fertilizer consisted of 3 levels 50, 75 and 100 kg/ha, KCl fertilizer with 3 levels 50, 75 and 100 kg/ha and CMA with 3 levels 5, 10 and 15 kg/planting hole. Each combination was repeated three times, 27 experimental plots. Each experimental plot is 4 m2. Observation data were processed using analysis of variance, Scott-Knott further test and Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that (1) the combination of P, K and CMA treatments had a significant effect on root volume at 35 DAP, number of pods per plant, pod weight per plant, pod weight per plot, seed weight per plant, and seed weight per plot. significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf area index, number of branches and plant growth rate; (2) treatment of 75 kg SP36/ha, 75 kg KCl/ha, and CMA 15 g/hole gave the highest seed weight of 546.31 g/plot (1.16 tons/ha) but not significantly different from the treatment of 50 kg SP36 /ha, 50 kg KCl /ha, and CMA 15 g/hole which yielded grain weight of 484.89 g/plot (1.03 tons/ha); (3) there was a significant correlation between root volume at 35 DAP and the number of pods per plant to seed weight per plot

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of combination treatment of plant spacing and nitrogen fertilizer (Urea fertilizer and NPK fertilizer) on the growth and yield of rice varieties Inpari 48 Blas. This research was carried out from May to September 2021 in the public rice fields of Sendang Village, Karangampel District, Indramayu Regency. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RAK) with a combination pattern: Spacing consisting of: 25 cm x 25 cm spacing, 2:1 legowo spacing (25 cm x 12.5 cm x 50 cm), and plant spacing. legowo 2:1 (25 cm x 20 cm x 50 cm), N fertilizer dose consisting of 60 kg N fertilizer (100 kg Urea fertilizer and 100 kg Phonska NPK), 90 kg N fertilizer (150 kg Urea fertilizer and Phonska NPK 150 kg) and 120 kg N fertilizer (200 kg Urea fertilizer and 200 kg Phonska NPK fertilizer). The results showed that there was a significant effect between the combination of spacing and dose of nitrogen fertilizer on all growth components and yield components of the Inpari 48 Blas variety, the best weight of milled dry grain per plot was obtained at the combination treatment of row spacing legowo 2:1 (25 cm x 20 cm x 50 cm) and a nitrogen fertilizer dose of 120 kg/ha (200 kg Urea fertilizer/ha and Phonska NPK fertilizer 200 kg/ha) which yielded 14.71 kg/plot or equivalent to 6.54 tons/ha. In addition, the best dry milled grain weight per plot was also found in the combination treatment of 2:1 row spacing legowo (25 cm x 12.5 cm x 50 cm) and a nitrogen fertilization dose of 120 kg/ha (200 kg urea fertilizer/ha and Phonska NPK 200 kg/ha) which yielded 14.61 kg/plot or equivalent to 6.49 tons/ha, there was a significant correlation between plant height, number of tillers per clump, root volume, Leaf Area Index (ILD), and rate of plant growth (LPT) with the weight of milled dry grain per plot per plot.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh dari kombinasi perlakuan pupuk kalium dan kompos terhadap pertumbuhan, komponen hasil dan hasil tanaman jagung (Zeamays L.) Varietas pioneer 21, (2) mengetahui hasil terbaik dari perlakuan kombinasi perlakuan pupuk kalium dan kompos, (3) korelasi antara komponen pertumbuhan dengan komponen hasil dan hasil tanaman jagung (Zea mays L.) Varietas pioneer 21. Percobaan ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Pondok Pesantran Al- Zaytun yang berlokasi di Desa Mekarjaya Kecamatan Gantar Kabupaten Indramayu Jawa Barat. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai dengan bulan Juni – oktober 2022. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Rancangan Acak Kelompoak (RAK). Percobaan ini terdiri dari 9 kombinasi pupuk kalium da kompos yang masing-masing di ulang tiga kali, sehingga terdapat 27 petak percobaan. Kombinasi perlakuan yang diuji dilapangan adalah : A (pupuk kalium 50 kg/ha KCL dan 10 ton/ha kompos), B (pupuk Kalium 50 kg/ha KCL dan s 15 ton/ha kompos), C (pupuk kalium 50kg/ha KCL dan 20 ton/ha kompos), D (pupuk kalium 100 kg/ha KCL, dan 10 ton/ha kompos), E (pupuk kalium 100 kg/ha KCL dan 15 ton/ha kompos), F (pupuk kalium 100 kg/ha KCL dan 20 ton/ha kompos), G (pupuk kalium 150 kg/ha KCL dan 10 ton/ha kompos), H (pupuk kalium 150 kg/ha KCL dan 15 ton/ha kompos) dan I (pupuk kalium 150 kg/ha KCL dan 20 ton/ha kompos)., H pupuk kalium 150 kg/ha KCL dan 15 ton/ha kompos dan I pupuk kalium 150 kg/ha KCL dan 20 ton/ha kompos Hasil percobaan menunjukan (1) Perlakuan pupuk kalium dan kompos berpengaruh terhadap komponen pertumbuhan, pada komponen hasil, sedangkan pada hasil tanaman jagung. (2) Hasil tertinggi jagung pada komponen pertumbuhan terdapat pada perlakuan kombinasi pupuk Kalium 100 kg/ha dan Kompos 15 Ton/ha, sedangkan pada komponen hasil dan hasil tanaman jagung terdapat pada perlakuan kombinasi pupuk Kalium 100 kg/ha dan Kompos 20 Ton/ha, yaitu dengan nilai biji kering jagung 10,74 kg/petak atau setara dengan 10,22 ton/ha, dan apabila di konversi ke 80% lahan optimal 8,18 ton/ha, tetapi tidak berbeda nyata dosis pupuk kalium 150 kg/ha dan kompos 10 ton/ha. (3) Terdapat hubungan korelasi yang nyata pada pengamatan tinggi tanaman umur 21 HST sebesar 28,9 % dengan kategori sedang, jumlah daun umur 21 HST dengan bobot biji kering jagung per petak sebesar 19,0 % dengan kategori lemah, panjang tongkol dan jumlah baris terdapat hubungan korelasi yang nyata sebesar 75,2 % dan 47,7 % dengan kategori kuat dengan bobot biji kering jagung per petak.

Abstract

The greater public awareness of fulfilling the needs of vegetable protein and the growing black soybean processing industry, black soybean plants have become one of the staple food crops whose needs continue to increase. However, in fulfilling the people's need for soybeans, the government is still relying on imports from other countries. Black soybean is a staple in the food processing industry, especially as the main ingredient for making soy sauce. To meet the increasing demand for black soybeans, efforts are needed to increase production and productivity, one of which is through effective and efficient fertilization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of NPK fertilizer and compost on the growth and yield of black soybean plants (Glycine soja (L) Merr) variety detam 1, to determine the best results from NPK and compost fertilizer treatment and to determine the relationship between growth components and yield components of the black soybean plant (Glycine Soja (L) Merr) variety Detam 1. The experiment was carried out at the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School Experimental Garden which is located in Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency, West Java. The method used was a randomized block design (RBD) with the following treatments: A (25 kg/ha NPK fertilizer and 8 tons/ha compost), B (25 kg/ha NPK fertilizer and 10 tons/ha compost), C (25 NPK fertilizer kg/ha and compost 12 tonnes/ha), D (NPK fertilizer 50 kg/ha and compost 8 tonnes/ha), E (NPK fertilizer 25 kg/ha and compost 10 tonnes/ha), F (NPK fertilizer 50 kg/ha) ha and compost 12 tonnes/ha), G (NPK fertilizer 75 kg/ha and compost 8 tonnes/ha), H (NPK fertilizer 75 kg/ha and compost 10 tonnes/ha) and I (NPK fertilizer 25 kg/ha and compost 12 tonnes/ha). There was a significantly different effect on NPK and compost treatment on plant height observations of 14 HST, 21 HST and 28 HST, number of leaves 14 HST, 21 HST and 28 HST, leaf area index 21 HST and 28 HST, root volume at 14 HST, 21 HST and 28 HST, Growth rates 14-21 HST and 21-28 HST, number of filled pods, number of empty pods, and seed weight per plot. The highest yield of soybeans occurred in treatment E (NPK 50 kg/ha and compost 10 tons/ha) with a dry soybean seed value of 1.22 kg/plot or the equivalent of 2.03 tons/ha and when converted to 80% optimal land 1 .63 tonnes/ha. There is a significant relationship in the observation of the number of leaves aged 14, 21 and 28 DAP, root volume aged 14, 21 and 28 DAP

Abstract

This experiment aims to determine the effect of compost fertilizer on growth, yield components and yield of Soybean (Glycine Max (L) Merrill) Anjasmoro variety. This experiment was carried out in Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency - West Java. The time of the study was carried out from August to November 2021. The location is located at an altitude of ±50 m above sea level (masl), the soil type is Latosol and Regosol association, including type D (moderate) rain. The experimental method used was the experimental method with a factorial randomized block design (RAK), the treatment consisted of two factors which were repeated three times. The first factor is compost, which consists of three levels, namely compost 5 tons/ha, 10 tons/ha, and 15 tons/ha. While the second factor is the spacing which consists of three levels, namely the spacing of 40 cm x 30 cm, 40 cm x 40 cm and 40 cm x 50 cm. The main observation data were processed using linear model statistical tests, analysis of variance, and Scott-Knott cluster further test analysis. To determine the correlation between the treatment with the components of growth and yield of soybeans, the correlation used is the Product Moment correlation coefficient.The results showed that: (1) There was a significant effect between the combined dose of compost and plant spacing, (2) Combination of compost at a dose of 10 tons/ha gave the highest dry seed weight per plot at a spacing of 40 cm x 50 cm on Anjasmoro soybean. namely 929, 13 grams/plot or equivalent to 1.55 tons/ha, and (3) There was a significant correlation between plant height at 21 DAP and 28 DAP, and root volume at 21 DAP and 28 DAP and dry seed weight per plot.

To determine the correlation between the treatment with the components of growth and yield of soybeans, the correlation used is the Product Moment correlation coefficient. The experimental results showed: (1) The combination of phosphate fertilizer and plant spacing affected the number of leaves at 14 DAP, the number of branches at 28 and 35 DAP, leaf area index at 14, 28, and 35 DAP (2) Dry seed weight per plot The highest yield was produced by the combination of treatment F, with a spacing of 40 cm x 30 cm and a phosphate dose of 200 kg/ha with a dry harvest weight of 0.711 kg per plot (equivalent to 1.8 tons/ha), and (3) There was a significant correlation between height plants aged 28 DAP and 35 DAP and the number of leaves at 28 DAP with dry seed weight per plot.
