This study aims to build a knowledge-based psychology system for the diagnosis of gross motor development disorders in early childhood so that it can help educators in this case, PAUD teachers and parents/guardians in knowing information about gross motor development disorders in children. This study uses the development method of the UCD (User-Centered Design) system. The inference engine used is forward chaining that performs the search for progress in extracting information in this case, the symptoms that arise in children who are unusual with other children. The final results obtained from this study are an expert system for the diagnosis of gross motor development disorders in early childhood where the user chooses symptom data contained in the choice. Users will get the results of consultations in the form of conclusions about the diagnosis of the disorder and the implementation of the therapy.

The development of Information and Communication Technology is currently growing very rapidly. One of them is mobile technology. Mobile technology is currently not only used as a communication tool, but also to facilitate users in everyday life. Android is a new generation of mobile platforms. Platform that gives developers to develop what they expect. The learning media of Asmaul Husna are still dominated by books which cause people to be less interested in reading it. Therefore, researchers developed the Asmaul Husna Application Equipped with Nadhom and Prayer Based on Android as a learning medium in understanding and memorizing the Asmaul Husna that can be used anytime and anywhere. The method used to develop the Asmaul Husna Application Equipped with Nadhom and Prayer Based on Android is a Prototyping method. Performance testing of this application is based on the Dimension of Quality For Goods with the product test value (NUP), which is equal to 90.83. To test usefulness the application, researcher created a questionnaire which was then filled by 20 members of IPNU (Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association) and 30 members of IPPNU (Nahdlatul Ulama Princess Student Association) with the highest benefit test results lies in the Efficiency aspect of 93.5%.

In general, the Bank has many products that must be offered to customers that aim to increase profits for the bank. In this case each bank is expected to be able to maintain good relationships with existing customers so that it can facilitate the implementation of marketing related to the products of the Bank. The most frequently used effort in marketing is direct marketing or by contacting customers via telephone or e-mail, commonly referred to as telemarketing. The use of customer data is very much needed to help the bank or company make predictions about the level of success in marketing products to customers, so that it can be efficient in terms of time and also marketing costs. In this study, bank customers will be segmented in giving the right promotion using the Iterative Dichotomiser Three (ID3) method using bank telemarketing data, then processed using the RapidMiner application to get the right decision pattern in providing promotions to customers, from this analysis obtained attributes that most important in giving promotions are poutcome attributes or results from previous marketing by being influenced by several attributes including pdays, age, month, marital, day and job.

Tourism industry has the business process of tourism service transaction between merchant and agent. That business process between merchant and agent is known as business-to-business (B2B). Merchant has role as inventory providers and agent as sellers. Based on the information, the transaction between the merchant and agent is still done conventionally. The merchant has to find the potential agent that ready to sell their products, negotiate special rate and the term of payment. Long negotiation process makes the marketing coverage become less. On the agent side, the sales potential isn’t maximal because the limitation of product that they can sell. Based on the explanation above, it is necessary to build an app as solution with concept of business to business tourism service marketplace. Android mobile application was developed to fulfill the merchant and agent necessary in mobility. Application was developed with features such as inventory management, stock management, transaction, booking management, and fund management (topup, withdraw and payment history). The transaction done by the agent will be paid by using active balance that can be added by bank transfer to virtual account. Kotlin was used by the writer to develop the application and black box testing method for testing

Perancangan teknologi e-hospital dengan menerapkan CRM merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Rumah sakit memiliki beberapa kendala dalam upaya proses bisnis yang sedang berlangsung. Beberapa rumah sakit telah menggunakan teknologi dalam proses pelayanan rumah sakit mulai dari pendaftaran sampai dengan pembayaran. Permasalahan yang terjadi dimana tahapan proses yang terjadi saat ini belum memanfaatkan teknologi dalam melaksanakan proses yang ada. Dari permasalahan tersebut dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan model CRM (Customer Relationship Management) untuk melakukan analisa dengan memberikan gambaran kondisi yang ada di lapangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi yang ada saat ini di lapangan dan memberikan gambaran lingkungan internal, lingkungan eksternal. Hasil penelitian memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengetahui bagaimana menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan, menambah pelanggan baru dan menjaga loyalitas terhadap pelanggan. Dari hasil analisa lingkungan internal dan eksternal akan memberikan gambaran tentang perancangan sistem untuk proses pengolahan data pasien rawat inap dan pasien rawat jalan.
